다목적 선형계획 문제에서 유효면의 특성 (Characteristics of Efficient Faces in Multi-objective Linear Programming)

  • The purpose of this paper are to find the relations between efficient faces and the regions of weights on the objective functions in Multi-objective Linear Programming. First, we define the region of weights corresponding to an efficient face, and find the changing pattern within the region of weights. Second, we find the eqution of the dimensional relation between the efficient face and the region of weight corrsponding to it.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 1980년대 후반~1990년대 후반까지 한국기업들의 대유럽연합(EU) 직접투자를 중심으로 EU Objective 1(저발전지역).2(구조재편지역)지역의 투자유치전략을 평가하는 것이다. 이 지역들의 투자유치전략 중 가장 중요했던 것은 한국기업들의 유치를 위해 제공되었던 막대한 인센티브 팩키지였다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 이와 같은 인센티브 팩키지는 한국기업이 지닌 경쟁력의 한계(비용경쟁력)와 EU Objective 1.2지역 지방노동시장의 경쟁력의 한계(저생산성.저숙련)로 인해 기업 및 지역발전에 기여하지 못했다. 결국, 기업과 지역의 내.외적 환경에 대한 고려없이 제공되었던 EU의 인센티브 팩키지 전략은 기업과 지역 모두에게 성공적인 발전경로를 밟을 수 있는 기회를 주지 못했다.

ON THE CONVERGENCE OF THE UOBYQA METHOD

  • We analyze the convergence properties of Powell's UOBYQA method. A distinguished feature of the method is its use of two trust region radii. We first study the convergence of the method when the objective function is quadratic. We then prove that it is globally convergent for general objective functions when the second trust region radius p converges to zero. This gives a justification for the use of p as a stopping criterion. Finally, we show that a variant of this method is superlinearly convergent when the objective function is strictly convex at the solution.

Three-dimensional evaluation of maxillary anterior alveolar bone for optimal placement of miniscrew implants

  • Objective: This study aimed to propose clinical guidelines for placing miniscrew implants using the results obtained from 3-dimensional analysis of maxillary anterior interdental alveolar bone by cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: By using CBCT data from 52 adult patients (17 men and 35 women; mean age, 27.9 years), alveolar bone were measured in 3 regions: between the maxillary central incisors (U1-U1), between the maxillary central incisor and maxillary lateral incisor (U1-U2), and between the maxillary lateral incisor and the canine (U2-U3). Cortical bone thickness, labio-palatal thickness, and interdental root distance were measured at 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm apical to the interdental cementoenamel junction (ICEJ). Results: The cortical bone thickness significantly increased from the U1-U1 region to the U2-U3 region (p < 0.05). The labio-palatal thickness was significantly less in the U1-U1 region (p < 0.05), and the interdental root distance was significantly less in the U1-U2 region (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that the interdental root regions U2-U3 and U1-U1 are the best sites for placing miniscrew implants into maxillary anterior alveolar bone.

가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 이용한 농촌지역의 객관적 경관 평가 - 전북 고창선동권역을 대상으로 - (Evaluating Objective Landscape of Rural Region Using Additive Integration Index Calculation Model - Focused on Seondong Region, Gochang-Gun, Jeollabuk-Do, Korea -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 고창군의 선동권역을 대상으로 가법형 통합 지수를 사용하여 농촌지역의 객관적 경관을 평가하는 것이다. 연구는 다음의 세 단계로 구성된다. 1) 농촌경관의 개념 및 평가방법을 살펴보고, 경관 평가지표와 가중치를 바탕으로 객관적 경관 평가를 위한 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 개발하였다. 2) 경관 평가지표 즉, 녹지자연도, 면적률, 건폐율에 대한 주제도 구축을 위해 고해상도 인공위성 영상을 이용한 식생지수 및 투수면적률을 산정하여 GIS DB를 구축하였다. 3) 평가데이터 및 각 지표에 의한 가중치를 통해 작성된 가법형 통합지수 산정모형을 사용하여 공간유형별, 경관영역별, 객관적 경관 평가를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 공간유형별 양호한 경관으로 판단되는 2등급 이상의 비율은 경작지, 수공간, 산림, 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지가 포함된 시가화 지역, 주거지, 건물 등에서 객관적 경관은 열악하게 평가되었다. 2) 경관영역별 2등급 이상의 비율은 혼합경관, 자연경관, 인공경관 순으로 나타났으며, 개발지로 이루어진 인공경관의 객관적 경관은 열악한 상태를 보였다. 3) 객관적 통합 농촌 경관 지수의 범위는 4등급이 가장 높게 나타났고, 1등급, 2등급, 3등급, 5등급 순으로 나타났으며, 객관적 경관이 보통 이하인 3등급 이하가 약 56.5%로 통합 농촌경관은 열악하게 평가되었다.

Is three-piece maxillary segmentation surgery a stable procedure?

  • Objective: The number of three-piece maxillary osteotomies has increased over the years; however, the literature remains controversial. The objective of this study was to evaluate the skeletal stability of this surgical modality compared with that of one-piece maxillary osteotomy. Methods: This retrospective cohort study included 39 individuals who underwent Le Fort I maxillary osteotomies and were divided into two groups: group 1 (three pieces, n = 22) and group 2 (one piece, n = 17). Three cone-beam computed tomography scans from each patient (T1, pre-surgical; T2, post-surgical; and T3, follow-up) were used to evaluate the three-dimensional skeletal changes. Results: The differences within groups were statistically significant only for group 1 in terms of surgical changes (T2-T1) with a mean difference in the canine region of 3.09 mm and the posterior region of 3.08 mm. No significant differences in surgical stability were identified between or within the groups. The mean values of the differences between groups were 0.05 mm (posterior region) and -0.39 mm (canine region). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that one- and three-piece maxillary osteotomies result in similar post-surgical skeletal stability.

필러시술이후 발생한 부작용의 한.양방 병행치료 1례 (Oriental-western Cooperative Treatment Clinical Sudy of Side Effect after Filler Injection Glabella Region)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to report the oriental-western cooperative treatment on opthalmic and dermatologic disease caused by adverse effect of filler injection galbella region. Method : After filler injection, a patient suffers from spontenous blineness and palsy of oculomotor and trochlear nerve on right eye and erythema on glabella and nasal region. She is admitted to kyung-hee oriental hospital for 2 weeks with oriental(herbal-medicine, acupunture and nega treatment) and western(department of opthalmology, dermatology and plastic surgery measurement) treatment. Result & Conclusion : Nerve palsy was recovered near to normal. And skin legion was proceeded to recovery period without any complication. This recovery speed with oriental-western cooperative treatment is much faster than usual treatment.

충돌제트 천이영역에서 로드에 의한 열전달특성 (Heat Transfer Characteristics by Rods in Transition Region of Impinging Air Jet)

  • 본 논문은 2차원 충돌제트 시스템에서 충돌판이 천이영역에 위치할때, 열전달성능이 감소하는 벽면분류영역의 열전달증진을 목적으로 난류촉진체인 정 4각 로드를 평판전열면 앞에 설치하고 로드와 로드사이의 피치(P)를 40 mm로 고정한 후 로드의 폭(W) 변화(4, 6, 8 mm) 및 로드와 전열면사이의 간극(C) 변화(1, 2, 4, 6 mm)에 따른 유동특성과 열전달특성에 대해 실험을 수행하고, 그 결과를 수치해석과 비교 검토하였다. 또한 로드가 설치되지 않은 경우와 정량적으로 비교하여 충돌제트 시스템에서 난류촉진체를 이용한 열전달증진에 관한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

대구.경북 시군별 지역농업 특성화 품목 도출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Selection of Agricultural Specialization Items in Daegu and Kyungpook Region)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate a priority and selection of agricultural specialization items from Daegu and Gyeongbuk region by using analytical tools such as, the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the Scoring Method. The results of this study are as follows; 1) Five major items were selected for each region based on Daegu and Gyeongbuk regional agricultural performances. 2) The results of AHP analysis, Daegu and Gyeongbuk's agricultural experts evaluated the weight of three decision-elements(objectiveness 0.35, efficiency 0.341, identity 0.309) and seven decision-elements. 3) Results of AHP and Scoring Method analysis, Investigated a priority of agricultural specialization 3 items in 25 cities and districts Daegu and Gyeongbuk regional agricultural performances. 4) Finally, The results of this study will provide basic information on agricultural specialization policy in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region.

충청권의 교통사고 예측모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Forecasting Model for Traffic Accident in Chung-Chong Region)

  • This paper deals with the forecasting model for traffic accident. Its objective is to develop the appropriate model to project the accident of Chung-Chong Region. Two types of models between motorization (M) and personal hazard (P) are tested : One is inverted-U (bell type) curve and the other is increasing (or decreasing) curve. The statiscal and sensitivity analyses show that exponential model (type III) and multiplicative model (type II) are well fit to the given cross-sectional and time-series accident data. The model projects that the fatality per 100, 000 persons of Chung-Chong region, when the motorization level (M) is 0.2, would be in the range between 18 and 77 persons. The paper concludes that the accident level is the function of motorization and the result of implementing the safety policy of a region.
