The TMO may contain two types of methods, time-triggered methods(also called the spontaneous methods of SpMs) which are clearly separated from the conventional service methods (SvMs). The SpM executions are triggered upon design time whereas the SvM executions are triggered by service request message from clients. In this paper, we describes the application environment as the patient monitor telemedicine system with TMO structure. Vital sign information web viewer systems is also the standard protocol for medical image and transfer. We have to design to obtain useful vital sign information, which is generated at parsing data receiver modulor of HIS with TMO structure, that is offered by the central monitor of ICU. In order to embrace new technologies as telemedicine service, it is important to develope the standard protocol between different systems in the hospital, as well as the communication with external hospital systems.

As a part of working on development of the learning management system, a adaptive learning management system which is able to provide individual learner with different learning contents or paths customized to learner's learning behaviors by expanding SCORM was proposed in this dissertation. In terms of instructional technology interrelated with technology of CBI and ITS, new learning environments and learner preferences were analyzed. A related laboratory system was implemented by packaging a process on how to expand the meta data for contents and a process on how to utilize the web-based learning contents dynamically. In order to evaluate the usability of the implemented system, a sample content was provided to some selected learners and their learning achievement resulted from the new learning environment was analysed. A result of the experiment indicated that the adaptive learning management system proposed in this dissertation could provide every learner with the different content tailored to their individual learning preference and behavior. and it worked also to promote the learning performance of every learner.

Students develop mathematical concepts through concrete operations in the area of mathematics. However, most of the learning contents provided on the web are not interactive and limit interactions with learners. To overcome the limitations, there have been needs to develop learning contents to support active interactions with students according to their cognitive levels. In this study, the curriculum of numbers and number operations in elementary mathematics was analyzed. Based on the object-oriented design principle, "Number Classes" on numbers and number operations were designed and implemented. A class-based learning applet was developed with theses "Number Classes". It was developed in small unit programs based on learning themes of mathematics in elementary schools. With this learning applet, the active explorations through easy operations will help students to learn concepts and principles of numbers and number operations. It will strengthen active interactions of students with computer.

This paper describes the open API with integration of semantic web service with PARLAY X based open API in 4G mobile network. It can be expected that the intelligence such as the context-awareness, adaptation and personalization in 4G mobile network will be deployed. But the existing PARLAY based network lacks in considering context-awareness, adaptation and personalization. Therefore, the object of this paper is to support the architecture and the Application Programming Interface (API) of the network service for the context-awareness, adaptation and Personalization in 4G mobile network The open API is to provide users with the adaptive network service to the changing context constraints as well as detecting the changing context and user's Preference. For instance, the open API can Provide users with QoS in network according to the detected context and user's preference, after detecting the context such as location and speed and user's preference.

EDI is being considered as a new way for exchange business data in the form of electronic document, aiming the paperless transaction in business-to-business commerce. However, only a few enterprises select and practically use EDI accepts the closed and complicated method based on exclusive protocol for electronic document exchange. There, second, is insufficient regulation and system that support it. Last, the cost for operating is too high. In this paper, Open EDI Document Information Management System (OEIMS) was designed for solving the problem that mentioned above. We represented exchange document in code from as XML DTD. OEIMS that makers feasible to transfer their document through the web with low cost and, manage and search the information more efficiently and effectively using object-oriented database. We suggest OEIMS that provide efficiency to reposit and manage a system by modulized design of structural feature from EDI unlike other systems.

The purpose of this study is to scrutinize Internet sites which recently promote and sell Hanbok products online and to compare and analyze the formation and management conditions of those by types. One hundred thirty well-known Internet sites related to Hanbok products were studied on the formation and management conditions. The elements of Hanbok products, sales, promotion, and customer service were also discussed as details. In this study, those Internet sites were divided into six categories; private Hanbok designer sites, famous Hanbok brand sites, Hanbok specialized shopping mall sites, Hanbok rental sites, general and specialized Hanbok sites, and Hanbok information sites. The results of this study are as follows. First, the sites of private Hanbok designers and famous Hanbok brands are un for the purpose of promoting rather than selling its products. Second, the object of operating Hanbok specialized shopping mall sites is to sell its products via the Internet with practical Hanbok and kids Hanbok as the central items. These sites are fairly well organized. They show various items and provide information on descriptions, prices, and sizes of its products and offer customer service for sales. Third, custom-made Hanbok is also available alongside of Hanbok rentals on Hanbok rental sites. There are two kinds of rentals, door-to-door rental and online rental and customers normally rent traditional Hanbok for their needs. Fourth, products are sold in the order of kids Hanbok, practical Hanbok, Hanbok accessories, and traditional Hanbok on the general and specialized Hanbok sites. Finally, Hanbok information sites furnish various information on Hanbok and provide link services through making partnerships with other Hanbok cooperations.

The factory information provided by the Industrial Location Information System (ILIS) is provided as raw data by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and registered after a filtering process, so the new factory information update is slow. In this study, to solve the problem of updating factory information of industrial location information system, using building data of road name address with relatively fast renewal cycle and building data of real estate, we compared the factory information of existing ILIS and extracted new factory information. In the process of comparison, a method was proposed to compare spatial objects of different types with point data and polygon data. Attribute information matching and object matching were performed, and attribute values of new factory information were extracted. The accuracy evaluation of the proposed spatial analysis method showed 79% accuracy, and the above matching technique was used to confirm the possibility of convergence of road name address data, real estate data and factory information of ILIS.

With the purpose of looking into the information service study tendency, targeted at university library, this performed a content analysis of the articles in print from 2006 to 2015 on major four academic journals of Library and Information Science. Investigation items were study number of information services, subsidiary themes classified with information service functions, study method, collection method, user object, and theory study vs. service study in reality. As a result, information service studies were performed more than other areas. Information service functions targeted at the study were that of information supply. Major subsidiary themes were electronic information service, information literacy instruction, and information (reference) services general. Major study methods were survey research method,, case study, and major material collection methods were questionnaire and web-based research methods. Major user studies were targeted at undergraduates, and service study in reality took a great share.

Hyper text transfer protocol (HTTP) over transmission control protocol (TCP) is currently used to transfer objects in the Internet. Stream control transmission protocol (SCTP), an alternative to TCP, which allows for independent delivery among streams, and can thus reduce the mean response delay of web object. We present an analytical model to find the mean response delay for HTTP over SCTP, therefore, estimate the effectiveness of SCTP over TCP. Typical TCP delay models assume the wired environment. On the contrary, the proposed model in this paper assumes the multiple packet losses and wireless environment where fast retransmission is not possible due to small window. The estimated mean response time can be used the benchmark to meet quality of service (QoS) at end-user. We validate the accuracy of our model using experiments. It is shown that the differences between the results from model and those from experimental are very small below 6 % on average. We also find that the mean response delay for HTTP over SCTP is less than that for HTTP over TCP.

We construct the test process site about X-Internet and X-Forms base software. This software is developed with X-Forms base web UI tool. Basically, this software is operated on the Client. Even in operating process, this kind of software could be updated because of user's request, improvement in efficiency, reformation and addition in functions and so on. In order to test a updated software, V-Model will be extended and transformed test process will be proposed. This proposed test process is starting with test plan which defines test object and activities for attainment of process's goal. The following steps are recognizing testcase and data, analysis and design for constructing process environment, setting forth testcase in detail, realization of test methodology, and the arrangement of results. This paper will be helpful to build more efficient process site by managing and recording the test process.
