The landscape of rural settlement incurred the loss and worsening of its main feature in the modernization which was progressed by the inner and outer cause - the growth of urbanization and improvement of living and dwelling environment. This study investigates the visual characteristic of land-use in rural and analyzes relations between visual quantities by land-use and a pre(essence of landscape. And it is suggested the basic data of a planning and a management in rural by making clear characteristics and influences of landscape preference elements The visual characteristic of landscape elements that is based on the rural land-use is classified harmony, variety, variables and particulate. And it is classified the object of landscape by recognizing images of landscape produce space, natural environment, settlement place and cultivated land of a special products. In the analysis of landscape preference, it appears that the harmony has a great influence on a suburban, a rural, a mountainous district, and a hamlet in psychology elements and the volume of forest area in visual elements. As a result, it requests rural scenes in harmony with the natural environment. So, the landscape planning which has the regional development and the identity as the rural settlement can be represented by the preservation and development of regional feature.
In late Victorian England, a "pervert" meant two things. One meaning designated a person who "turned" or converted from one sect of Christianity to another. In Wilde's time this referred specifically to converts from the established state Church of England to the transnational Roman Catholic Church. The other, newer meaning designated someone who turned from conventional heterosexual relations to a (as yet unnamed) homosexual orientation. But what is provocative is way that Wilde used one "perversion" to play into another: so that in such works as The Picture of Dorian Gray and Salome, his version of a kind of anti-Catholic Catholicism becomes a site of sexual desire, and sexual desire expression for that kind of spirituality, which, as unrequited longing, can ultimately n find no object adequate to its imagination.

The vlda is an R (R Development Core team et al., 2011) package which provides functions for visualization of multidimensional longitudinal data. In particular, the R package vlda was developed to assist in producing a plot that more effectively expresses changes over time for two different types (long format and wide format) and uses a consistent calling scheme for longitudinal data. The main features of this package allow us to identify the relationship between categories and objects using an indicator matrix with object information, as well as to cluster objects. The R package vlda can be used to understand trends in observations over time in addition to identifying relative relationships at a simple visualization level. It also offers a new interactive implementation to perform additional interpretation, therefore it is useful for longitudinal data visual analysis. Due to the synergistic relationship between the existing VLDA plot and interactive features, the user is empowered by a refined observe the visual aspects of the VLDA plot layout. Furthermore, it allows the projection of supplementary information (supplementary objects and variables) that often occurs in longitudinal data of graphs. In this study, practical examples are provided to highlight the implemented methods of real applications.
This study aimed to reduce of traps incident of metro train door by suggesting preventive actions throughout analyzing why railway drivers and passengers commit unsafe behaviors which are human factors making occurrence of the incidents. The incident cases were analyzed and Incident Tree was structured by brainstorming with safety experts. In addition, the questionnaire survey was conducted for comparison with the analysis results. As the result, this study suggested driver's factors, passenger's factors, and public relation plan for safe use of metro in order to reduce the frequency of the incidents. For driver's factors, implementing job-rotation systems between railway and non-railway drivers, installing Object Detection Sensors between the metro doors and PSD, and flexible operation of dwell time were suggested. For passenger's factors, placing a platform safety person, installing a safety fence in front of the stairs and the elevators, and country wide public relations through mass media were suggested.
We investigate infrared properties of OGLE4 Mira variables in our Galaxy. For each object, we cross-identify the AllWISE, 2MASS, Gaia, and IRAS counterparts. We present various IR two-color diagrams (2CDs) and period-magnitude and period-color relations for the Mira variables. Generally, the Mira variables with longer periods are brighter in the IR fluxes and redder in the IR colors. In this work, we also revise and update the previous catalog of AGB stars in our Galaxy using the new sample of OGLE4 Mira variables. Now, we present a new catalog of 74,093 (64,609 O-rich and 9,484 C-rich) AGB stars in our Galaxy. A group of 23,314 (19,196 O-rich and 4,118 C-rich) AGB stars are identified based on the IRAS PSC and another group of 50,779 (45,413 O-rich and 5,366 C-rich) AGB stars are identified based on the AllWISE source catalog. For all of the AGB stars, we cross-identify the IRAS, AKARI, MSX, AllWISE, 2MASS, OGLE4, Gaia, and AAVSO counterparts and present various infrared 2CDs. Comparing the observations with the theory, we find that basic theoretical dust shell models can account for the IR observations fairly well for most of the AGB stars.
Since the introduction of web 2.0 technology, social network service has been recognized as the foundation of an important future information technology. The advent of web 2.0 has led to the change of content creators. In the existing web, content creators are service providers, whereas they have changed into service users in the recent web. Users share experiences with other users improving contents quality, thereby it has increased the importance of social network. As a result, diverse forms of social network service have been emerged from relations and experiences of users. Social network is a network to construct and express social relations among people who share interests and activities. Today's social network service has not merely confined itself to showing user interactions, but it has also developed into a level in which content generation and evaluation are interacting with each other. As the volume of contents generated from social network service and the number of connections between users have drastically increased, the social network extraction method becomes more complicated. Consequently the following problems for the social network extraction arise. First problem lies in insufficiency of representational power of object in the social network. Second problem is incapability of expressional power in the diverse connections among users. Third problem is the difficulty of creating dynamic change in the social network due to change in user interests. And lastly, lack of method capable of integrating and processing data efficiently in the heterogeneous distributed computing environment. The first and last problems can be solved by using FOAF, a tool for describing ontology-based user profiles for construction of social network. However, solving second and third problems require a novel technology to reflect dynamic change of user interests and relations. In this paper, we propose a novel method to overcome the above problems of existing social network extraction method by applying FOAF (a tool for describing user profiles) and RSS (a literary web work publishing mechanism) to OLAP system in order to dynamically innovate and manage FOAF. We employed data interoperability which is an important characteristic of FOAF in this paper. Next we used RSS to reflect such changes as time flow and user interests. RSS, a tool for literary web work, provides standard vocabulary for distribution at web sites and contents in the form of RDF/XML. In this paper, we collect personal information and relations of users by utilizing FOAF. We also collect user contents by utilizing RSS. Finally, collected data is inserted into the database by star schema. The system we proposed in this paper generates OLAP cube using data in the database. 'Dynamic FOAF Management Algorithm' processes generated OLAP cube. Dynamic FOAF Management Algorithm consists of two functions: one is find_id_interest() and the other is find_relation (). Find_id_interest() is used to extract user interests during the input period, and find-relation() extracts users matching user interests. Finally, the proposed system reconstructs FOAF by reflecting extracted relationships and interests of users. For the justification of the suggested idea, we showed the implemented result together with its analysis. We used C# language and MS-SQL database, and input FOAF and RSS as data collected from livejournal.com. The implemented result shows that foaf : interest of users has reached an average of 19 percent increase for four weeks. In proportion to the increased foaf : interest change, the number of foaf : knows of users has grown an average of 9 percent for four weeks. As we use FOAF and RSS as basic data which have a wide support in web 2.0 and social network service, we have a definite advantage in utilizing user data distributed in the diverse web sites and services regardless of language and types of computer. By using suggested method in this paper, we can provide better services coping with the rapid change of user interests with the automatic application of FOAF.
Accurate information on players, namely player analytics is one of the key factors in a game development environment where a scientific approach to user-oriented game analysis is in the spotlight. This study is intended to examine effects of relations between choke point types and cover pattern properties on level difficulties in FPS games. As for FPS games, interaction between players' behaviors and game levels is higher compared to other genres and choke point types as well as cover pattern properties are key factors of level design. Choke point is the main crossroad that must to pass for achieving the goal and Cover Pattern is the type of object on the level except buildings. Two elements directly or indirectly affect the level of difficulty. This study analyzed 10 types of representative FPS gameplays to classify choke point types and assigned 4 types of cover pattern properties to organize 16 target levels for the experiment. In addition, this study collected and analyzed players' 800 behavior data (video clips) from 5 repetitive plays performed by 10 players. In conclusion, analytical results obtained from the empirical study will contribute to realizing systematic game level development by providing specific information for a game level design phase. The findings are also meaningful in that they suggest efficient and effective methods of utilizing the existing academic study results for industrial applications.

This paper is to consider conceptually a formation of food-networks and border-crossing of transnational marriage migrant households on the basis of actor-network theory, and to analyze empirical data on the issues collected by interview with marriage migrant women living around Daegu, S.Korea. Some research results can be argued as follows: First, food can be seen, not as a single material object, but as a multiple and hybrid network of human and nonhuman (material and institutional) actors, in which activities of food cooking and eating are regulated by and (re)construct social relations and placeness of households. Secondly, food-networks in marriage migrant households implement relationships of micro-power (and attachment) in the process of its (re)formation, and hence the food-network, it can be argued, is a field of power in which conflicts and compromising around food cooking and eating are intersecting each others. Thirdly, food-networks in marriage migrant households in both their origin country and in the Korean home are not only affected by macro natural and social environments but also by micro placeness of the households, both of which constitute the food-networks and operate in relations with other actors in the netwroks. Finally, food-networks in marriage migrant households reflect multiple and multi-scalar spatial mobility and placeness of transnational food culture, through which they express topologically 'fluid space' and 'absent presence', in which marriage migrant women can (or cannot) conduct social and cultural border-crossing.
Recently, the controversy continues as to whether maximum intercuspation of teeth should occur at the terminal hinge position(the condylar theory) or at the myo-co(the neuromuscular theory). There is also much controversy regarding the antero-posterior position of myo-co. The object of this study was to measure and compare with the positional relations of centric relation, centric occlusion and myo-co, and free-way space using Mandibular Kinesiograph and Myo-monitor in the 40 subjects without stomatognathic problems. Mandibular Kinesiograph(M.K.G.) was originally conceived as a research instrument to track mandibular movement and position. As its use in research progressed, its great diagnostic value became apparent in case by case. And Myo-monitor was developed as a means of applying the neuromuscular approach to occlusion. Thus the Myo-monitor technique is an intra-systemic approach to occlusal positioning using patient's own musculature, and Myo-monitor is used to relax the musculature by a light myopulse induced electronically. From this experiment, the following results were obtained. 1. The adaptive free-way space before muscle relaxation was an average of $1.6{\pm}60mm$, and the true free-way space after muscle relaxation using Myo-monitor was an average of $2.4{\pm}0.74mm$. 2. It took an average of $25{\pm}3.11$ minutes to relax the mandibular musculature by Myo-monitor and administration of 5mg. Diazepam and an average of $38{\pm}4.73$ minutes by Myo-monitor without administration of Diazepam. 3. Myo-co existed anterior to centric occlusion, with an average of $0.53{\pm}0.31$ mm, and centric relation existed posterior to centric occlusion, with an average of $0.57{\pm}0.58mm$ before muscle relaxation and with an average of $0.57{\pm}0.43mm$ after muscle relaxation. 4. Centric relation coincided with centric occlusion in 5 of 40 subjects(12.5%), and posterior to centric occlusion in the rest of cases (87.5%). 5. Myo-co existed anterior to centric occlusion in 38 of 40 subjects(95%), except 1 subject that coincided with centric occlusion and 1 subject that existed posterior to centric occlusion. 6. Myo-co and centric relation existed inferior to centric occlusion and the lateral displacement was various with individual difference. 7. The total displacement from centric occlusion to centric relation was an average of $0.74{\pm}0.64mm$ before muscle relaxation, and an average of $0.68{\pm}0.53mm$ after muscle relaxation, and the total displacement from centric occlusion to myo-co was an average of $1.07{\pm}0.58mm$.

This study analyzed the incidence of wound infection after the operation of mandibular third molar extraction in relation with antibiotic prophylaxis with the object of young and healthy patients. The study object was 1,177 mandibular third molars of 850 men of 20 to 25 years old without any specific systemic disease. Three methods of preventive antibiotic medication were selected according to the preventive antibiotic medication previously reported; three experimental groups were selected based on them, and the antibiotic used was amoxicillin($^{(R)}Kymoxin$, Yuhanyanghaeng, Seoul). The group 1 includes the patients that took the antibiotic orally before the operation(one hour earlier, 500mg) and for three days after the operation(250mg per time, three times/day), the group 2 is the ones that took the same antibiotic orally only once about one hour before the operation(500mg), and the group 3 did not take any antibiotics before and after the operation. And to compare the difficulties and the degrees of extraction during operations which can be possibly related to the wound infection after the operations, the mandibular third molars' impacted depths and extraction methods were investigated as well. To check if the wound was infected, observations with an internal of one week were performed twice after the operation, and the meaningfulness of the infection incidence was verified through Chi-square test using SPSS program(SPSS Inc., IL, USA). There was no statistically significant difference between the antibiotic medication methods and the wound infection incidence after the operation among the experimental groups. As examining the relations between the mandibular third molar operation methods and the wound infection incidence after the operation, there existed a statistically meaningful difference in the infection incidence according to the operation methods(p=0.020). And there was no statistically significant difference in the wound infection incidence according to the impacted depth of the mandibular third molar. Therefore, it is thought that there exists little necessity of prophylatic antibiotics medication when extracting the mandibular third molar of young and healthy men without any systemic disease in general; however, in case when it is expected that the possibility of infection will be high or the wound on the tissue will be severe, it is sure that the prophylactic antibiotics medication will be necessary.
