시카고 필드 박물관 소장 활옷에 대한 연구 (Study on Hwal-ot at the Field Museum of Chicago)

  • Hwai-ot is the embroidered bridal red robe that represents the beauty of Korean traditional costume. As there are very few remains of Hwal-ot that are pass to date, the study on Hwal-ot has been limited to the Hwal-ot of Princess Bok-on and some civilian Hwal-ot relics. In this study, I tried to perform a positive research on Hwal-ot of the latter Joseon dynasty by inspecting these Hwal-ot remains housed at Field Museum of Chicago. This study has its meaning in the fact that it tried to illuminate diverse features and beautiful formation of the Korean traditional Hwal-ot by comparing those possessed by overseas museums with the ones in Korean museums. Number 33157 Hwal-ot has very unique pattern with both embroidery and gold imprint decorated. It has less embroidery than the Princess Bok-on's Hwal-ot but has much diverse gold imprint patterns. Other four Hwal-ot remains, other than the number 33157, have similar characteristics with the Hwal-ot housed at Changdeok-gung, whose reproductions are also kept at Dankook University Muesum and Ewha Womans University Museum, which makes it possible to deduce that they have typical characteristics of the Royal Hwal-ot of the latter Joseon dynasty.

  • Power automation system to operate power distribution systems can be distinguished by distribution SCADA with remote monitoring and control; and distribution automation system with basic functions such as service restoration to the distribution SCADA; and distribution management system which is operated by various applications in order to enhance distribution system operation performance based on the distribution automation system. In the technological change, a technical boundary of information technology (IT) and operation technology (OT) is being blurred by that new concepts such as interoperability. In addtion, IT/OT convergence has been proposed by the improvement of ICT and power system technology. At the viewpoint, advanced distribution management system (ADMS) to have the new concepts and to increase distribution system operation efficiency through global information and functions from the other systems has been proposed. In order to implement the ADMS, IT and OT have to be employed together on the ADMS; and the concept-based IT/OT convergence concept has been presented. Therefore, this paper introduces ADMS and IT/OT convergence and proposes a design of IT/OT convergence based ADMS system design with configurations and functions.

차세대 IT·OT 융복합 사이버훈련장 구축 연구

  • 사이버위협의 증가로 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있는 사이버훈련에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 사이버훈련이란 개인의 사이버보안 역량 강화 및 사이버공격에 대한 조직적 대응을 단련하는 일련의 행위를 가리킨다. 최근 IT 영역에서 실생활과 밀접한 관계가 있는 OT 영역으로 사이버공격 범위가 늘어나 그 피해는 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 이들 사이버공격에 대비한 사이버훈련이 필요하며, IT 위주에서 OT를 포함한 사이버훈련으로 확장할 필요가 있다. 본고에서는 IT와 함께 OT 영역까지 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있는 사이버훈련장 구축 연구를 소개한다. 본고에서는 OT 영역을 11개의 국가기반시설로 분류하였고, OT 사이버환경을 SW 기반으로 구축할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 사이버훈련장을 통해 IT와 OT 대상 사이버공격에 대한 사이버훈련을 수행할 수 있으며 사이버보안 역량을 강화할 수 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 일반적으로 외부와 격리된 환경이라고 생각하는 발전소, 공장과 같은 OT(Operational Technology) 환경에서 IT(Information Technology) 환경과 커넥션이 많아짐에 따라 각종 악성코드, 해커, Threat Actor 등으로 인해 취약해 질 수밖에 없는 보안환경과 이에 대한 대응 방안을 소개하고자 한다. 본고에서는 최근 있었던 OT 관련사고 사례와 OT의 구성 항목에 대한 정의, IT와 차별되는 OT의 특징, 그리고 대응 방안으로써 보안 아키텍처, 가시성 확보, 관리 및 거버넌스에 대해 살펴보았다.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에는 사이버 시스템과 물리 시스템이 연결된다. ICS(산업제어시스템)에서는 기존의 위협 외에 IT 환경에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 위협에 직면하게 된다. 따라서 OT와 IT가 결합되는 환경에서의 위협에 대한 대응 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 OT/IT 네트워크에서의 핑거프린팅을 추출하고 이를 기반으로 OT 위협을 탐지하는 구조를 설계한다. 이를 통하여 ICS에서의 보안 위협에 대응하고자 한다.

  • 스마트팩토리는 기존 제조산업과 ICT(Information & Communication Technology)가 융합된 지능형 공장이다. 이는 직접적인 제조공정 과정이 수행되는 OT(Operational Technology) 영역(0~3계층)과 전사업무 관리를 수행하는 IT(Information Technology) 영역(4~5계층)으로 구분되며, 각 영역과 계층이 연결되어 제조·물류·유통 과정의 자동화 및 지능화를 제공한다. 그러나 각 영역과 계층이 연결됨에 따라 보안위협 벡터가 증가하고 있으며, 다영역·다계층 환경인 스마트팩토리에 적합한 대응체계 연구를 위해 영역별 보안위협 관련 데이터를 통합하여 처리 및 관리하는 아키텍처 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 스마트팩토리 환경 내 IT 및 OT 영역 장치를 식별하고 보안위협 관련 데이터 통합 처리 및 관리를 위한 아키텍처를 제안한다.

북한 전통복식문화에 관한 연구 (A Study of North Korea′s Traditional Dress in Cultual Aspect)

  • North Korea's traditional dress(chosun-ot) has developed as follows: right after the liberation(l945). North Korea tried to get rid of Japanese style and empty formalities and vanity, so chosun-ot became simple and practical. And from the Korean war to 1950's North Korea had tried to establish through a restoration of the war and chosun-ot is more easy and simple. For 1960's People became to be interested in their clothes owing to a stable socialistic economy and politics, and tried new style due to the influence of the Korea-Japanese. Since 1972 North Korea has claimed a dictational socialist organization, and constructed its own culture. Therefore North Korea emphasized its own clothing habit. and its garment style developed differently from South Korea. Since 1984 North Korea tried to change its policy dramatically. and chosun-ot has changed to a modern and various style. But on the other hand, traditional style of chosun-ot was more emphasized. North Korea especially tried to succeed its traditional style. it pursued only partial changes by sticking to its original style. And its color to bright and magnificent one with additional ornaments. Because it tried to change the style within the limits of its tradition, traditional dress has a quite fragmentary and flat appearance.

성주기에 따른 자궁근 수축력의 변화에 관한 연구 : 성홀몬 및 약물들의 영향 (Uterine Contractility during Estrus Cycle: Effects In Vitro of Sex Steroids, Oxytocin and Prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$)

  • It has been well known that estrogens stimulate the uterine contractility and progestins inhibit it. Then, one may expect that the uterine contractility and sensitivities to oxytocin (OT) and prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}\;(PGF_{2{\alpha}})$ would be different among the estrus cycle. These hypotheses were tested using the mature female rat. Spontaneous isometric contractions of isolated uterine strips $(1{\times}0.3\;cm)$ from cyclic rats in various stages of the estrus cycle, bilateral ovarectomized rats and hypophysectomized rats were recorded in absence or presence with $estradiol-17{\beta}\;(E_2)$, progesterone $(P_4)$, OT and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$. The results were summarized as follows: 1) The spontaneous uterine contractile force was the highest in the estrus rat and the lowest in the ovarectomized or the hypophysectomized rat. In the proestrus rat, the contractile frequency was the lowest (2.7 beats/10 min) and the contractile duration was the longest (70 sec). In the other groups, there were no any differencies in frequency (9 beats/10 min) and in duration (30 sec). 2) OT and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ stimulated the uterine contractility in all groups tested except in the hypophysectomized rat in which OT failed to stimulate the uterine contraction. $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ was more effective in stimulating the uterine contraction than OT in all groups tested except in the estrus rat. OT-induced contraction was the highest in the estrus rat and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}-induced$ contraction was the lowest in the hypophysectomized rat. 3) Uterine contractilities were not changed by the in vitro treatments of $E_2$ or $P_4$ under the influence of endogenous steroids, however, $E_2$ and $P_4$ stimulated the uterine contraction in the ovarectomized rat in which endogenous steroids were almost abolished. 4) Increased uterine contraction by the treatment of OT was suppressed by in vitro $E_2$ or $P_4$ in the estrus rat, while it was potentiated by the $P_4$ in the proestrus rat. In other groups, exogenous $E_2$ or $P_4$ did not affect the OT-induced uterine contraction. 5) $PGF_{2{\alpha}}-induced$ uterine contraction was suppressed in the ovarectomized rat by $E_2$ and $P_4$, in the diestrus and proestrus rats by $P_4$ and in the hypophysectomized rat by $E_2$. In other groups, exogenous $E_2$ or $P_4$ was ineffective in altering the $PGF_{2{\alpha}}-induced$ uterine contraction. According to the above results, it may conclude that the mechanisms of the different uterine contractility and the different uterine sensitivity to OT or $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ according to the estrus cycle are not explicable with only the serum concentrations of steroids, OT and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ but also other unknown factors.

SCADA제어망에서 강화된 운용자 인증 방안 (Enhanced Operator Authentication Method in SCADA Control Network)

  • 정보기술(IT)망 및 운영기술(OT)망 영역 모두에서 컴퓨터에 접근을 위해서 사용하는 인증기술은 ID/PW, 공인인증서, OTP 등이다. 이러한 인증기술들은 비즈니스 중심의 IT망의 특성을 반영한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이들 인증기술이 동일하게 운영기술이 중심인 SCADA제어망에서도 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만, 이러한 인증기술들은 엄격한 제어가 요구되는 OT제어망 환경의 특성이 반영된 것으로 볼 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 운영자의 모바일 단말과 제어망의 물리적 단말주소 및 운용자 위치정보 특성을 활용하여 제어정보 처리가 중심인 OT SCADA제어망에 적합한 강화된 새로운 사용자 인증방안을 제안하였다.

Face Recognition using Correlation Filters and Support Vector Machine in Machine Learning Approach

  • Face recognition has gained significant notice because of its application in many businesses: security, healthcare, and marketing. In this paper, we will present the recognition method using the combination of correlation filters (CF) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Firstly, we evaluate the performance and compared four different correlation filters: minimum average correlation energy (MACE), maximum average correlation height (MACH), unconstrained minimum average correlation energy (UMACE), and optimal-tradeoff (OT). Secondly, we propose the machine learning approach by using the OT correlation filter for features extraction and SVM for classification. The numerical results on National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) and Pointing'04 face database show that the proposed method OT-SVM gets higher accuracy in face recognition compared to other machine learning methods. Our approach doesn't require graphics card to train the image. As a result, it could run well on a low hardware system like an embedded system.
