  • This research is proposed with the efficient searching method of deperming protocol for magnetic silence. The deperming protocol has been changed depending on the initial magnetic field, the final magnetic field, and the shot number, so deciding parameter is highly important. Therefore, in this paper, the value of the initial magnetic field is supposed to be fixed to that of the saturation field, and excluding the initial magnetic field in the variable, the deperming protocol has been analyzed depending on the final magnetic field and the change of the shot number. In the result of this experiment, the final magnetic field gets high performance to the reverse of the direction of the initial magnetization, and it is resulted that the shot number inverse proportion to the size of the final magnetic field.

Geo-statistical Analysis of Growth Variability in Rice Paddy Field (벼 재배 포장 생육변이의 공간통계학적 해석)

  • To obtain basic information for precision agriculture, spatial variability of rice growth condition was evaluated in 100m ${\times}$100m paddy field. The rice growth condition of four hundred locations in the field were investigated to analyze the spatial variability of their properties ; SPAD, plant length and tiller number. Geostatistical analysis was carried out to examine within-field spatial variability using semivariograms and kriged maps as well as descriptive statistics. Descriptive statistics showed that the coefficient of variation for SPAD, plant length, and tiller number exceeded 5.70 %, suggesting a relatively high variability. Geostatistical analysis indicated a high spatial dependence for all the properties except for the second tiller number. The range of spatial dependence was about 20 m for SPAD, plant length, and tiller number. Based on the results of spatial dependence, kriged maps were prepared for the properties to analyse their spatial distribution in the field. The results reflected the history of field management. In conclusion, the need for site-specific field management and possibility of precision agriculture were demonstrated even in an almost flat paddy field.

  • There are many difficulties to get the scattered field generated by obstacle which has arbitrary shape or irregular surface impedance by using analytic solution or numerical methods. In this study, we propose a method of which makes acoustic scattering holography that can predict the far-field scattered field based on nearfield measurements. This method provides the scattered fields of each wave-number components of incident fields. We express the relationship of wave-number components between incident fields and scattered fields using scattering matrix which is transfer matrix of wave-number components. Lastly, we prove the relation between wave-number components of incident and scattered field by experiments. The errors which are caused by measurements and decomposition methods are also analyzed.

The Present Status and Prospects for Employment of Graduates from Ship-Boarding Departments in Fisheries Junior College (수산계전문대학(水產系專門大學) 승선계학과(乘船系學科) 졸업생(卒業生)의 취업실태(就業實態)와 전망(展望))

  • The authors investigated the present status of employment of graduates from ship-boarding departments, the Department of Fishing Technology, of Marine Engineering and of Communication Engineering. Graduater from the departments in Tong-Yeong Fisheries Junior College from 1977 to 1988 were taken as samples. The prospects of the graduates were studied on the bases of the present status of employment. The results obtained can be shown as follows ; 1. In Department of Fishing Technology, the number of graduates who are engaged in major field is 523 (56%) among total members of graduates 929, and number of fishing vessel officer is 382(73%) among above members of employment in major field. 2. In Department of Marine Engineering, the number of graduates who are engaged in major field is 553 (58%) among total members of graduates 953, and the number of merchant vessel officers is 357 (65%), among the above members of employment in major field. 3. In Department of Communication Engineering, the number of graduates who are engaged in major field is 340 (49%) among 698, total members of graduates, and the number of graduates who are engaged in electronics and communication field is 196 (58%) among the above members of employment in major field. 4. Developements of deep sea fisheries enable graduates to make easy to get jobs, but difficult to get. land jobs related to major field.

  • This paper describes the far-field estimation using the near-field measurement data. Measurement in far-field region gives us the acoustical characteristics of the source but in general measurement is made in near-field such as acoustic water tank or anechoic chamber, so far-field acoustical characteristics of the source should be predicted from near-field data. In this case, the number of measurement points in the near field which relates to the accuracy of the predicted field and the amount of data processing, should be optimized. Existing papers say that measurement points is proportional to kL and depends on geometry and directivity of the source. But they do not give us any definite criterion for the required number of measurement points. Boundary Collocation Method which is one of the far-field prediction methods, is analyzed based on Helmholtz integral equation and Green function and it has been found that the number of measurement points is optimized as 0.54kL which is about one half of the existing results.

  • Currently the Web, multiple files in the Client to upload to the server of the multi-upload method, files are stored in specific folders on the server, the file name field in DB(Database Field) stored in a way that the process has been widely utilized. Therefore, a minimum number of file upload as many file names in the Database and the Table should be created in the field, but also a variable number of files can be uploaded has no limits.   • Recently, it is proposed to make striations on the YBCO coated conductor and to transpose each other as one of the solutions to decrease the perpendicular magnetization loss. For large power application using HTS, the stacked conductor packing the YBCO coated conductors should be used because single conductor is limited in flowing of demanded large current. In this paper, we research the affect of the striation and continuously transposed stacking geometry on the magnetization loss in perpendicularly exposed magnetic field. Several short samples having different number of striation and continuously transposed stack are prepared and tested in perpendicularly exposed magnetic field for the magnetization loss characteristics. The magnetization loss of striated sample was lower than sample without striation. The reduction effect on magnetization loss by the striation is obviously appeared in higher field and lower number of stack and decreased as increasing the transposed stacking number. Also, the reduction effect by transposed stack is obviously appeared in lower field at lower number of striation and isn't appeared at higher striation number and higher magnetic field.

  • Let $k={\mathbb{F}}_q(T)$ and ${\mathbb{A}}={\mathbb{F}}_q[T]$. In this paper, we obtain the the criterion for the parity of the ideal class number h(${\mathcal{O}}_K$) of the real biquadratic function field $K=k(\sqrt{P_1},\;\sqrt{P_2})$, where $P_1$, $P_2{\in}{\mathbb{A}}$ be two distinct monic primes of even degree.
