수술부의 활성화와 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on Activation Management Operation Department)

  • The activation of operation department can be defined as man power, the space, energy and organization in the operation department. In this paper, we clarified the activation index of operation department and verified the relation between the activation index and the management index related to in patients. In addition, we studied the effect of the activation index on the construction and management of the operation department. As a result, we can find the followings. 1. The number of operation as the activation index of operation department regardless of the size of hospitals in Japan is smaller than in Korea and Taiwan. 2. Based on the study of the correlation between the activation index and the operation index connected to inpatient, it is found the activation of operation department is affected by average lengh of stay of inpatient. 3. It is found that plan of operation has been practically made on the basis of the number of beds. Howerver, the activation index of operation department should be utilized on the basis of the number of operation.

구간 그래프를 이용한 스케쥴링 알고리듬 (A Scheduling Algorithm Using the Interval Graph)

  • In this paper, we present a novel scheduling algorithm using the weighted interval graph. An interval graph is constructed, where an interval is a time frame of each operation. And for each operation type, we look for the maximum clique of the interval graph: the number of nodes of the maximum clique represents the number of operation that are executed concurrently. In order to minimize resource cost. we select the operation type to reduce the number of nodes of a maximum clique. For the selected operation type, an operation selected by selection rule is moved to decrease the number of nodes of a maximum clique. A selected operation among unscheduled operations is moved repeatly and assigned to a control step consequently. The proposed algorithm is applied to the pipeline and the nonpipeline data path synthesis. The experiment for examples shows the efficiency of the proposed scheduling algorithm.

포병진지 구축을 위한 공병장비 최적배정 모형 (Optimum Allocation Model of Military Engineer Equipments for Artillery Position Development)

  • The artillery is a key element of the ground forces operation during wartime, and the military engineers support the artillery position development operation to support the smooth operation of the artillery. In establishing the artillery position development operation plan, the commander requires more than his intuition to find the best option reflecting a number of elements of the battlefield situation which changes every minute. Moreover, the number of available equipment is smaller than the number of required position developments, and the effective equipment operation becomes essential element of this issue. This study quantified the capability of the available engineering equipment, organized a number of teams enabling equipment to put out the maximum capacity based on the quantified figures, and formed the model which allocates the team to the developing points to minimize the developing time. The goal programming method was applied to resolve the problem. The developed model was applied to compare the total mission duration following the number of teams, the variable for commander's decision, and the result of this study can be used as the quantitative data for commander's decision making process in establishing the artillery position development support operation through effective equipment management.

초등수학 교과서의 수와 연산 영역 단원에 제시된 발문 특성 연구 (A Study of the Questions Presented in Chapters of Number and Operation Area in Elementary School Mathematics Textbooks)

  • 본 연구에서는 수와 연산 영역 지도 시 효과적인 발문 활용에 있어서 교수·학습상의 시사점을 얻기 위하여 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 수학 교과서의 수와 연산 영역 단원에 제시된 발문의 유형과 작용 기능을 학년군별로 비교 분석하여 발문의 특성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과 수와 연산 영역 단원에 제시된 발문은 학년군별로 공통되게 추론 발문, 사실 발문, 추론을 요구하지 않는 열린 발문 순으로 많이 나타났으며, 모든 학년군에서 추론 발문이 주를 이루고 있었다. 또한 모든 학년군에서 문제의 추측, 발명, 해결 활동을 돕는 기능으로 작용하는 발문과 수학적 추론을 돕는 기능으로 작용하는 발문이 상대적으로 많이 나타났다. 이처럼 수와 연산 영역 단원에 제시된 발문의 유형과 작용 기능은 학년군별 학습 내용의 특성과 관련이 있음을 유추할 수 있다. 본 연구는 수와 연산 영역 지도에 활용할 수 있는 발문 구안에 참고 자료를 제공하여 발전적인 교수·학습 방안 마련에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

정밀농업을 위한 트랙터-작업기의 최적 경로계획 (Optimal Path Planning of a Tractor-implement for Precision Farming)

  • Path planning for field operation of agricultural machinery is an indispensible part for precision farming or autonomous field operation. In this study, two algorithms (I, II) of generating a time-based shortest operation path were suggested to plan an optimal operation of an agricultural tractor-implement in a rectangular shaped field. The algorithms were based on modification of a minimum spanning tree algorithm, and applied for tractor-implement operations. the generated path was consisted of round operation and returning operation sections. The number of round operation was determined from the condition that a tractor can turn smoothly at headlands. The performance of the algorithms was evaluated by the calculation number for path generation and the total path length generated. Their stability was affected by the number of returning operation, but the algorithm II was considered to be more stable. In addition, the performances of the developed algorithms were compared with those of the conventional field operations at selected field sizes and shapes. The results showed that the algorithms could reduce field operation time greatly. For a 100m$\times$40m field, the reduced path length was 78m. The study also included an user interface program for implementing the algorithms and generating GPS coordinates that could be used in GIS softwares for precision farming.

한국 지방자치단체의 전자상거래 유형 분석 (An Analysis of E-Commerce by Local Governments in Korea)

  • Local governments in Korea are involved in three types of online shopping sites : 'direct operation', 'outsourced operation', and 'sales agency.' They are different in terms of the site operator and the charging mechanism among a local government, the site operator, and local producers. This study analyzes their differences in site traffic, local producers' participation, promotion, and partnership. The results from the investigation of 72 shopping sites are the following. First, shopping sites of the 'direct operation' type and the 'outsourced operation' type show significantly higher participation of local producers. Second, the 'marketing agency' type has significantly higher number of promotional activities than the 'oursourced type' which has significantly higher number than the 'direct operation' type. Third, the number of partnerships in the 'marketing agency' type is the highest. The 'direct operation' type is the second and significantly higher than the 'outsourced type.' On the basis of the analysis results, this paper suggests an incubation ecosystem model as a better way of involvement by local governments in online shopping sites.

어선 항적데이터를 활용한 어업손실보상을 위한 조업일수 산출 방법 (A method of calculating the number of fishing operation days for fishery compensation using fishing vessel trajectory data)

  • The fishery compensation by marine spatial planning such as routeing of ships and offshore wind farms is required objective data on whether fishing vessels are engaged in a target area. There has still been no research that calculated the number of fishing operation days scientifically. This study proposes a novel method for calculating the number of fishing operation days using the fishing trajectory data when investigating fishery compensation in marine spatial planning areas. It was calculated by multiplying the average reporting interval of trajectory data, the number of collected data, the status weighting factor, and the weighting factor for fishery compensation according to the location of each fishing vessel. In particular, the number of fishing operation days for the compensation of driftnet fishery was considered the daily average number of large vessels from the port and the fishery loss hours for avoiding collisions with them. The target area for applying the proposed method is the routeing area of ships of Jeju outer port. The yearly average fishing operation days were calculated from three years of data from 2017 to 2019. As a result of the study, the yearly average fishing operation days for the compensation of each fishing village fraternity varied from 0.0 to 39.0 days. The proposed method can be used for fishery compensation as an objective indicator in various marine spatial planning areas.

전기식 도어시스템의 고장건수 및 지연시간을 활용한 열차운행장애 분석 (Analysis of Train Operation Obstacle Using Number of Failures and Delay Time of Electric Door System)

  • This paper analyzes functions of component parts of D-Urban Railway's door system along with operation obstacle risks on frequency(the number of occurrences/year) and severity(delay time/the number of occurrences). Based on this, the paper presents improvements and current system's problems after obstacle risks of EMU and door system are appled. The obstacle of door system causes corrosion of main parts such as DCU due to heat problem of operation environment, problems of maintenance methods and deterioration. DCUs on PCBs with more than 50% pattern corrosion cause problems. Even though the number of door system's obstacle occurrences for the last 5 years is 42, along with 104 minutes of operation obstacle, EMU operation obstacle risk is low(Level 1), which indicates there is limit in matrix of railway risks presented by the standard of railway safety management system. Therefore, it is necessary to have railway risk matrix suitable for the field. Finally, the paper deducts the obstacle risks through frequency and severity. Since 2017 when the risks of EMU and door system's obstacle, that of EMU has been 24(47% reduced) and that of door system has been average 9.5 per year(23% reduced).

보육서비스 품질 개선을 위한 어린이집 운영계획 수립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Operation Planning of Childcare Centers to Improve the Quality of Childcare Service)

  • Purpose: This study analyzes the optimal operation scheme of childcare centers in Korea to maximize the quality of childcare service by determining the number of children and number of teachers. Methods: This study employs a mathematical programming methodology called 'nonlinear integer programming (NLIP)' to solve the optimization problems and compare the quality of childcare service of optimal solutions with those of present operation scheme. Results: It is very successful in obtaining the optimal solutions for alternative capacities and they guarantee the substantial improvement in the quality of childcare service. Conclusion: Though more variables should be adapted for defining the quality of childcare service robustly, it is possible to conclude that childcare centers should modify their operation scheme to improve the quality of childcare service.
