겹친왜정규혼합분포를 이용한 비대칭 원형자료의 모형화 (Modeling on asymmetric circular data using wrapped skew-normal mixture)

  • 원형자료에 대한 모형화 분석은 주로 von Mises 분포를 비롯한 대칭형의 경우를 중심으로 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 최근 선형자료의 분석에서 다양한 비대칭의 자료에 적합한 왜정규분포의 활용에 대한 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Pewsey (2000a)에 의해 처음 소개된 겹친왜정규분포를 이용한 비대칭의 원형자료에 대한 적합을 다루었다. 특히 비대칭 다봉형 원형자료의 적합을 위해 겹친왜정규혼합분포를 제안하고, EM 알고리즘을 통한 모수추정 과정을 제시하였다. 모의실험을 통해 EM 알고리즘을 통한 모수추정의 정확성을 확인하고, 실제 지방국도의 일일교통량 자료의 모형화 분석에 적용하였다.

A Study on the Mixture Formation Process of Diesel Fuel Spray in Unsteady and Evaporative Field

  • The focus of this work is placed on the analysis of the mixture formation mechanism under the evaporative diesel spray of impinging and free conditions. As an experimental parameter, ambient gas density was selected. Effects of density variation of ambient gas on liquid and vapor-phase inside structure of evaporation diesel spray were investigated. Ambient gas density was changed between ${\rho}a=5.0\;kg/m^3$ and $12.3\;kg/m^3$. In the case of impinging spray, the spray spreading to the radial direction is larger due to the decrease of drag force of ambient gas in the case of the low density than that of the high density. On the other hand, in the case of free spray, in accordance with the increase in the ambient gas density, the liquid-phase length is getting short due to the increase in drag force of ambient gas. In order to examine the homogeneity of mixture consisted of vapor-phase fuel and ambient gas in the spray, image analysis was conducted with statistical thermodynamics based on the non-dimensional entropy (S) method. In the case of application of entropy analysis to diesel spray, the entropy value always increases. The entropy of higher ambient density is higher than that of lower ambient gas density during initial injection period.

  • The carboxylated acidic non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) constitute the principal class of agents for controlling the pain and inflammation of the rheumatic diseases. It is mostly administered as a racemic mixture like most other drugs with asymmetric carbon atoms. Bayes Prediction Density in Linear Models

  • This paper obtained Bayes prediction density for the spatial linear model with non-informative prior. It showed the results that predictive inferences is completely unaffected by departures from the normality assumption in the direction of the elliptical family and the structure of prediction density is unchanged by more than one additional future observations.

  • The objective of this study is to develop the non crack ready mixed concrete and the high quality concrete under various addition ratios of expansive additives. According to the experiment results, when expansive additive are mixed in concrete mixture by about 6% per cement contents, in W/B of 45~55%, it is found that the strength increase and the shrinkage compensation can be achieved by about 2~3 times. And it is considered to produce high quality concrete and non crack ready mixed concrete.

  • The bleaching of discolored nonvital teeth is conservative treatment that satisfy the cosmetic desire. The most common method for this treatment, walking bleaching, is using 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate. Many alternatives are suggested for preventing the external cervical root resorption that is the common complication of the nonvital teeth bleaching with 30% hydrogen peroxide The same extent of oxidation reactions as that resulted by the bleaching with the application of 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate can also be acquired more safely by materials that contain 10% carbamide peroxide, used primarily for the bleaching of vital teeth. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate the efficacy of 10% and 15% carbamide peroxide bleaching gel in nonvatal teeth bleaching. The internal bleaching of intentionally discolored teeth was performed in vitro with 10% carbamide peroxide (Group 1), 15% carbamide peroxide (Group 2), mixture of distilled water and sodium perborate (Group 3), and mixture of 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate (Group 4). The bleaching materials were refreshed following 3, 6, 9 and 12 days. To evaluate the bleaching effect, the color change of the crowns was measured at 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 15 days of bleaching using the colorimeter. The results were as follows:1. L$^*$ and $\Delta$E$^*$ values were increased with time in all bleaching agents (p<0.01). 2. There was no significant difference in L$^*$ and $\Delta$E$^*$ value among bleaching agents. 3. $\Delta$E$^*$ value higher than 3 was shown after 3 days of bleaching with 10% carbamide peroxide gel, 1 day with 15% carbamide poroxide gel, 4 days with mixture sodium perborate and distilled water and 4 days with mixture sodium perborate and 30% hydrogen peroride, respectively. These results revealed that the use of 10% and 15% carbamide peroxide bleaching gel in non-vital teeth bleaching is as effective as mixture of distilled water and sodium perborate and mixture of 30% hydrogen peroxide and sodium perborate. Accordingly, carbamide peroxide could be used clinically to bleach discolored non-vital teeth.

용기 양묘 시 폐암면 혼합 비율에 따른 몇 가지 수종의 생육 특성 (Growth Characteristics of Several Kinds of Trees According to Mixture Ratio of Used-Rockwool in Pot Nursery)

  • 몇 수종을 대상으로 한 용기 양묘에서 폐암면 혼합 배지 이용 시 폐암면과 다른 배지의 혼합 비율에 따른 생육 특성을 조사하였다. 폐암면 혼합 비율에 따른 소나무의 생육 특성에서 생체중, 건물중 및 수고는 50% 와 70% 혼합배지에서 기장 좋았지만 원줄기 직경은 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 비자나무에서 생체중과 수고는 70% 혼합배지에서 가장 많이 증가하였고 원줄기 직경과 신초수는 50% 와 70% 혼합배지에서 많이 증가하였다. 상수리나무에서 생체중, 수고 및 원줄기 직경은 50%와 70% 혼합배 지에서 좋았고, 건물중은 혼합배지와 대조구간 차이를 나타났으나 혼합 비율간에는 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 잎의 엽록소 함량도 70% 혼합배지에서 높게 나타났으며 이에 광합성도 가장 활발하였다. 들메나무에서 생체 중은 70% 혼합배지에서 월등히 많이 증가하였지만, 수고와 원줄기 직경은 폐암면 혼합배지와 대조구 간 차이만 나타나고 혼합 비율간에는 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 잎의 엽록소 함량은 처리 간 차이를 나타내지 않았지만 혼합 배지에서 다소 높은 경향을 나타내었지만, 광합성은 70% 혼합배지에서 아주 활발하였다.

Robust Non-negative Matrix Factorization with β-Divergence for Speech Separation

  • This paper addresses the problem of unsupervised speech separation based on robust non-negative matrix factorization (RNMF) with ${\beta}$-divergence, when neither speech nor noise training data is available beforehand. We propose a robust version of non-negative matrix factorization, inspired by the recently developed sparse and low-rank decomposition, in which the data matrix is decomposed into the sum of a low-rank matrix and a sparse matrix. Efficient multiplicative update rules to minimize the ${\beta}$-divergence-based cost function are derived. A convolutional extension of the proposed algorithm is also proposed, which considers the time dependency of the non-negative noise bases. Experimental speech separation results show that the proposed convolutional RNMF successfully separates the repeating time-varying spectral structures from the magnitude spectrum of the mixture, and does so without any prior training.

천연모래 치환율에 기반한 저탄소 경량골재 콘크리트 배합설계 모델 (Mixture Proportioning Approach for Low-CO2 Lightweight Aggregate Concrete based on the Replacement Level of Natural Sand)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 인공경량골재 콘크리트의 생산에서 $CO_2$ 배출량을 저감시킬 수 있는 천연모래 치환 기반의 배합설계 절차를 제시하는 것이다. 379개의 경량골재 콘크리트 배합 데이터를 사용하여 $CO_2$ 배출량과 콘크리트의 압축강도에 대한 천연모래의 치환율의 영향을 평가하였다. Yang et al.이 제시한 배합설계절차 및 데이터베이스를 이용한 비선형 회귀 분석에 기반하여 목표 성능(압축강도, 초기 슬럼프, 공기량 및 $CO_2$ 저감률)을 만족하기 위한 천연모래의 치환율 및 콘크리트 배합설계를 결정할 수 있는 간단한 모델식을 제시하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 제안된 모델식은 주어진 경량골재 콘크리트 배합표에서 $CO_2$ 배출량을 직접 계산하는데 효율적으로 이용될 수 있다.

옥수수-계분 silage 제조시 옥수수 곡분 첨가가 silage발효에 미치는 영향 (Effects on fermentation of Corn-Broiler Excreta Silage by Addition of Corn-Meal)

  • This experiment was conducted to enhance nutritional value of whole crop corn silage and increase mixture levels of broiler excreta by adding of corn meal. Treatments were included non mixture(control), adding 10, 20, 30% of broiler excreta and adding 10, 20, 30% of broiler excreta and corn meal as a fresh matter basis, respectively. One liter laboratory silos were prepared. The characteristics of fermentation and micro-organisms during the silage process were assessed. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The crude fiber, NDF and ADF contents were high in whole crop corn(P(O.Ol), crude protein and crude ash contents were high in the broiler excreta(P<0.05), and NFE content was high in corn meal (P< 0.05). 2. Crude protein content of silage was increased(I'$NH_3$-N contents of silage were markedly increased with increasing levels of broiler excreta and corn meal, and was the highest in the 30% broiler excreta treatment(P$meal$ <0.05), and Flieg's value gains "very good" by showing organic acids. 5. Numbers of total bacteria and lactobacilli were $10^5$ to $10^7$ and $10^5$ to $10^6$ , respectively, and were similar in all treatment. Colliform was all but annihilated in the treatment with mixture of broiler excreta and corn rneal.orn rneal.
