PURPOSE. The purpose of this study is to compare single and three-unit metal frameworks that are produced by micro-stereolithography. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Silicone impressions of a selected molar and a premolar were used to make master abutments that were scanned into a stereolithography file. The file was processed with computer aided design software to create single and three-unit designs from which resin frameworks were created using micro-stereolithography. These resin frameworks were subjected to investment, burnout, and casting to fabricate single and three-unit metal ones that were measured under a digital microscope by using the silicone replica technique. The measurements were verified by means of the Mann-Whitney U test (${\alpha}=.05$). RESULTS. The marginal gap was $101.9{\pm}53.4{\mu}m$ for SM group and $104.3{\pm}62.9{\mu}m$ for TUM group. The measurement of non-pontics in a single metal framework was $93.6{\pm}43.9{\mu}m$, and that of non-pontics in a three-unit metal framework was $64.9{\pm}46.5{\mu}m$. The dimension of pontics in a single metal framework was $110.2{\pm}61.4{\mu}m$, and that of pontics in a three-unit metal framework was $143.7{\pm}51.8{\mu}m$. CONCLUSION. The marginal gap was smaller for the single metal framework than for the three-unit one, which requires further improvement before it can be used for clinical purposes.

The vehicle recognition consists of two steps; the vehicle region detection step and the vehicle identification step based on the feature extracted from the detected region. Features using linear transformations have the effect of dimension reduction as well as represent statistical characteristics, and show the robustness in translation and rotation of objects. Among the linear transformations, the NMF(Non-negative Matrix Factorization) is one of part-based representation. Therefore, we can extract NMF features with sparsity and improve the vehicle recognition rate by the representation of local features of a car as a basis vector. In this paper, we propose a feature extraction using NMF suitable for the vehicle recognition, and verify the recognition rate with it. Also, we compared the vehicle recognition rate for the occluded area using the SNMF(sparse NMF) which has basis vectors with constraint and LVQ2 neural network. We showed that the feature through the proposed NMF is robust in the urban scene where occlusions are frequently occur.
Hair style allows consumers to express their aesthetic sense and individual beauty. However, due to the attributes of hairdressing services and the high expectations of consumers, complaints are increasing rapidly. This study examined the complaint behavior, compensation and hair salon patronage of consumers. Then, a model is presented that explains the complaint behavior for hairstyling, forms of compensation, and hair salon patronage through empirical analysis. This study was conducted by a survey method. A total of 399 questionnaires were used for the analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 statistical software. The dimension of complaint behavior for hair style included verbal complaints, non-verbal complaints in the salon and private complaints outside the salon. The forms of compensation included re-procedure, psychological, and material compensation. Hair salon patronage was one-dimensional. These results were obtained through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Then the conceptual model was empirically analyzed by covariance structure analysis and obtained in final form through model modification. Verbal complaint behavior positively influenced re-procedure compensation. In addition, non-verbal complaint behavior had positive effects on psychological and material compensation. Hair salon patronage was positively affected by re-procedure and psychological compensation. However, private complaint behavior had a negative effect on hair salon patronage. The direct and indirect effects of the paths among variables were verified by analyzing the mediating effects of different forms of compensations. It is possible to establish differentiated marketing strategies with these findings for consumers with complaint behaviors by considering the forms of compensation.

The structural and functional aspects of ervatamin B were studied in solution. Ervatamin B belongs to the $\alpha+\beta$ class of proteins. The intrinsic fluorescence emission maximum of the enzyme was at 350 nm under neutral conditions, and at 355 nm under denaturing conditions. Between pH 1.0-2.5 the enzyme exists in a partially unfolded state with minimum or no tertiary structure, and no proteolytic activity. At still lower pH, the enzyme regains substantial secondary structure, which is predominantly $\beta$-sheet conformation and shows a strong binding to 8-anilino-1-napthalene-sulfonic acid (ANS). In the presence of salt, the enzyme attains a similar state directly from the native state. Under neutral conditions, the enzyme was stable in urea, while the guanidine hydrochloride (GuHCl) induced equilibrium unfolding was cooperative. The GuHCl induced unfolding transition curves at pH 3.0 and 4.0 were non-coincidental, indicating the presence of intermediates in the unfolding pathway. This was substantiated by strong ANS binding that was observed at low concentrations of GuHCl at both pH 3.0 and 4.0. The urea induced transition curves at pH 3.0 were, however, coincidental, but non-cooperative. This indicates that the different structural units of the enzyme unfold in steps through intermediates. This observation is further supported by two emission maxima in ANS binding assay during urea denaturation. Hence, denaturant induced equilibrium unfolding pathway of ervatamin B, which differs from the acid induced unfolding pathway, is not a simple two-state transition but involves intermediates which probably accumulate at different stages of protein folding and hence adds a new dimension to the unfolding pathway of plant proteases of the papain superfamily.
Magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) don't get very public face on the field of non-volatile memory. Because recording capacity of MRAM is smaller than other non-volatile memory and structurally, magnetic efficiency of MRAM is very bad. We diminish a size of one cell in order to make MRAM of high recording capacity. But It don't make high recording field in general structures consisting of two current wire. Accordingly, We make a cell of small size is impossible. In this paper, we suggest new MRAM that it have two pole of high permeability on both ends of recording layer. Because magnetic efficiency of new MRAM is higher than exiting MRAM, it can make high recording field. And we can diminish the size of one cell due to recording layer of high coercivity. We used three-dimension finite element method to prove the reliability.

A short shot is a molded part that is incomplete because insufficient material was injected into the mold. Any factors that increase the resistance of polymer melt to flow or prohibit delivery of sufficient material into the cavity can cause a short shot. Inappropriate injection pressure is one of the most common factors which cause a short shot. Conventionally, domain experts in injection molding decide and modify the pressure based on their experience. It is difficult for a non-expert to decide the pressure properly with the considerations such as a part dimension, shape, and other processing variables. In this study, fuzzy algorithm is proposed to standardize the empirical determination of the pressure so that not only the experts but also non-experts can find the appropriate injection pressure easily. To acquire the more accurate results. domain experts should be interviewed and then technical documents which are collected from the experts should be restored in the fuzzy rule base. But in this study, simulations have been done by using C-MOLD to settle the rule base because it takes much time and also it's difficult to meet and interview the experts.
Our study was designed to identify the difference in the mental health status among hospitalized patients due to occupational diseases and accidents and pre-employment physical examinees, and to identify the relationship between mental health status and socio-demographic variables, and to provide information useful to non-psychiatric clinicians in caring of such patients. Samples were comprised of 189 pneumoconiotic patients, 132 industrial accident-induced patients and 122 pre-employment physical examinees who were interviewed with 90-item symptom cheklist (SCL-90). The following results were obtained: 1) Mean scores of symptom dimension on socio-demographic subgroup showed higher tendencies in older aged, male, lower educated, miner, married, mining residence, and pneumoconiotic patients. 2) Mean scores of total samples on all symptom dimensions were as follows in the order of their magnitudes; Depression, Somatization, Obsessive-compulsive, Anxiety, Psychoticism, Interpersonal sensitivity, Phobic-anxiety, Hostility, and Paranoid ideation. 3) The highest mean scores on each socio-demographic subgroup were as follows; Depression in younger aged and Somatization in older aged; Depression in male Somatization in female; Somatization in lower educated and depression in higher educated; Somatization in miners and depression in non-miners; Somatization in married and Depression in unmarried; Depression in all kind of residences; Somatization in patients and Depression in pre-employment physical examinees(normal). 4) In consequence of stepwise multiple regression, the important socio-demographic variables were age, occupation, diagnostic classification, and residence. Age was the most imprtant variable in Somatization, Depression, Obsessive-compulsive, Anxiety, Phobic anxiety, Paranoid ideation, and Psychoticism. Occupation was the most important one in Interpersonal sensitivity and Hostility and also had significant realtionships with all symptom dimensions.

Conclusions : The result of this study may provide basic information for the development of future self-administered questionnaires of consumer ratings and for the evaluation of quality improvement activities in hospital outpatient settings.
Stay cables in some cable-stayed bridges suffer large amplitude vibrations under the simultaneous occurrence of rain and wind. This phenomenon is called rain-wind-induced vibration (RWIV). The upper rivulet oscillating circumferentially on the inclined cable surface plays an important role in this phenomenon. However, its small size and high sensitivity to wind flow make measuring rivulet size and its movement challenging. Moreover, the distribution of the rivulet along the entire cable has not been measured. This paper applies the videogrammetric technique to measure the movement and geometry dimension of the upper rivulet along the entire cable during RWIV. A cable model is tested in an open-jet wind tunnel with artificial rain. RWIV is successfully reproduced. Only one digital video camera is employed and installed on the cable during the experiment. The camera records video clips of the upper rivulet and cable movements. The video clips are then transferred into a series of images, from which the positions of the cable and the upper rivulet at each time instant are identified by image processing. The thickness of the upper rivulet is also estimated. The oscillation amplitude, equilibrium position, and dominant frequency of the rivulet are presented. The relationship between cable and rivulet variations is also investigated. Results demonstrate that this non-contact, non-intrusive measurement method has good resolution and is cost effective.

The spinal cord or CSF surgery is a very complex process. It requires continuous pre and post-surgery evaluation to have a better ability to diagnose the disease. To detect automatically the suspected areas of tumors and symptoms of CSF leakage during the development of the tumor inside of the brain. We propose a new method based on using computer software that generates statistical results through data gathered during surgeries and operations. We performed statistical computation and data collection through the Google Source for the UK National Cancer Database. The purpose of this study is to address the above problems related to the accuracy of missing hybrid KNN values and finding the distance of tumor in terms of brain cancer or CSF images. This research aims to create a framework that can classify the damaged area of cancer or tumors using high-dimensional image segmentation and Laplace transformation method. A high-dimensional image segmentation method is implemented by software modelling techniques with measures the width, percentage, and size of cells within the brain, as well as enhance the efficiency of the hybrid KNN algorithm and Laplace transformation make it deal the non-zero values in terms of missing values form with the using of Frobenius Matrix for deal the space into non-zero values. Our proposed algorithm takes the longest values of KNN (K = 1-100), which is successfully demonstrated in a 4-dimensional modulation method that monitors the lighting field that can be used in the field of light emission. Conclusion: This approach dramatically improves the efficiency of hybrid KNN method and the detection of tumor region using 4-D segmentation method. The simulation results verified the performance of the proposed method is improved by 92% sensitivity of 60% specificity and 70.50% accuracy respectively.
