IT서비스에 있어서 서비스 품질이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Exploring the influences of service quality on knowledge sharing intentions in IT service)

  • IT service is increasing becoming a critical resource firms have to utilize effectively and efficiently. As the importance of IT service increases, the knowledge sharing between IT service people and users becomes more and more important. In this study, the IT service quality is posited as a critical independent construct that influences knowledge sharing attitude of users which in turn change the knowledge sharing intention. Service satisfaction is placed as a mediator between the quality and attitude to compare direct and indirect effect in the model. Results show that (1) IT service quality influences the knowledge sharing attitude of users directly, and indirectly through service satisfaction, (2) at the same time, however, the direct path from quality to attitude is found to be stronger than the indirect path through satisfaction, and (3) interestingly, satisfaction seems to have no direct effect on intention, but only through the attitude change as can be inferred from the theory of reasoned action. Outcome of this study implies the importance of IT service quality in improving the knowledge sharing activities between users and developers, and interestingly the aim of quality would not be targeted on satisfaction but on attitudinal changes.

  • The study has made theoretical system by thesis journals at home and abroad, material of the Association of Convenience Store Industry of Korea, materials of Statistics Korea and reference books. First, the study examined convenience store's brand image, cognized value, quality level, reliability upon brand, structural relation of purchasing intention, and designed models and theses. Second, the first questionnaire consisted of test items of precedent study, and inspected in advance to inspect reliability and appropriateness, and made correction and supplemented problems. Third, SPSS and AMOS statistics were used to conduct empirical analysis and to find out conclusion and implications. In this study, the subject was consumers who visited local convenience stores such as GS25, Seven Eleven and CU last 3 months to buy PB food. Consumers' consumption pattern and culture made change to be reasonable and practical owing to aging society, nuclear family, women's entering into the society, one person household consumer, and convenient and prompt buying to make different consumption pattern and to make change of commodity distribution pattern. Convenience store took action against change of the trend to expand business area by new distribution channels to get another growth source. Private brand (PB) food that was distributor's brand was expanded. The PB product has been competitiveness of food service industry.

Continuance Adoption of Working from Home after the COVID-19 Outbreak: Empirical Evidence from Saudi Arabia

  • The COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the world has rendered a large proportion of the workforce unable to commute to work, to mitigate the spread of the virus. This has resulted in both employers and employees seeking alternative work arrangements. Due to the pandemic, most if not all workers experienced work from home Hence work from home has become a policy priority for most governments. Individuals have started to change their behavior to stick to the curfew and rapidly conform to the new way of life. This study is conducted to understand how organizations and people adjust to these developments and challenges. Numerous organizations are changing to the online method of working because of the COVID-19. Because of the continuous adoption of a specific behavior after the COVID-19 pandemic situation ended, employees were expected to continue working from home. To investigate deep into the behavioral consequences of such a pandemic situation, in-depth interviews were conducted in several companies in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted by extending the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and the theory of reasoned action (TRA) to explore and assess the various factors that determine the continuous adoption intention of work-from-home by the Saudis. The finding shows that the employees' positive attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy affect the employees' intention to adopt work from home. The continuous adoption of work from home has been affected by employees' relevant intention and controllability.

스마트 교육 경험 집단과 비 경험 집단 간 활용 의도 경로계수 차이 분석 (An Analysis about of Path Coefficient Difference of Intention to Use between Smart Education Experience Group and Non-Experience Group)

  • 본 연구는 ICT 기반의 맞춤형 학습 방법인 스마트 교육의 도입 및 활용에 대한 교사들의 인식을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 스마트 교육 활용 의도와 그에 대한 영향 요인들의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고, 스마트 교육 경험 유 무별 차이를 중심으로 교사들의 스마트 교육의 활용 의도의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 합리적 행동 이론의 모형을 토대로 확장된 구조 방정식 모형을 제시하였고, 스마트 교육 경험 유 무별로 스마트 교육 활용 의도에 미치는 경로계수 차이를 비교 검증한 결과 스마트 교육 무경험 교사 집단에서 교사 효능감이 수업 부담감에 부적으로 더 크게 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 스마트 교육 경험 교사 집단에서는 스마트 교육에 대한 태도가 활용 의도에, 조직시민행동이 활용 의도에, 교사 효능감이 스마트 교육에 대한 태도에, 교사 효능감이 조직시민행동에 더 크게 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 나머지 가설에서는 집단 간 경로계수의 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 스마트 교육 도입과 촉진 요인과 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.

경찰공무원의 탈진감이 결근 및 징계에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Burnout on Absence and Disciplinary Action among Police Officers in Korea)

  • 이 연구에서는 경찰공무원의 탈진감에 따른 결근 및 징계의 정도를 살펴보았다. 독립변수인 탈진감은 선행 연구들에서 높은 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증된 Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)를 활용하였다. 종속변수인 결근은 결근의사, 결근실행, 거짓결근 그리고 징계는 징계경험, 징계종류로 구성하였으며, 독립변수와 종속변수 간 상관관계분석 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 상관관계 분석에서는 탈진감과 타 요인들의 관계 중 결근 실행과 거짓 결근에서 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 나타났지만, 그 상관계수는 매우 낮았다. 또한, 탈진감과 징계 상호간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 회귀분석에서는 탈진감과 결근 의사, 결근 실행, 징계 종류에서 유의미한 관계가 나타났으나, 그 설명력은 매우 낮았다. 따라서 경찰공무원의 탈진감은 결근에는 전반적으로 미미한 영향을 미치지만, 징계 경험에 미치는 영향은 없음을 알 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 이러한 관련성에 대한 보완적 조사가 이루어져야 한다.

이직의도가 있는 임상간호사의 소진경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (Phenomenological Study on Burnout Experience of Clinical Nurses Who have Turnover Intention)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to understand the meaning and essentials of the experience of burnout for hospital nurses with turnover intention. Methods: The design was a qualitative research of phenomenological study. Participants: Seven hospital nurses who had worked over three years and had experiences of turnover intention in a hospital with over 400 beds were included. Results: Nine meaningful themes related to burnout experiences and four theme clusters of 1) battery warning sounds almost out; 2) the player who hit the drum and double-headed drum; 3) the target flying arrow without a break; and 4) the pendulum swaying to turn over. Registered nurses (RNs) felt burnout with an overload of work and by the thought that it was illegal action for registered nurses to receive insufficient rewards for their work. RNs also experienced there were no problem solving strategies to verbal violence by patient and medical team. Conclusion: The findings show that burnout experiences for those who had turnover intention was developed from the insight that insufficient training to do work independently with over-load for nurses was not ethical. It suggests that it is necessary to rethink training systems for nursing and hospitals to relieve turnover intention.

융복합 시대 게임 사용자들의 유저 커뮤니티 참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Antecedents of Game User Participation Intention in User Community in an Era of Convergence)

  • 여러 게임 개발업체 및 유통업체들은 R&D 비용을 낮추고 게임에 대한 충성도를 높이기 위해 오픈 이노베이션 전략을 사용하고 있다. 사용들은 유저 커뮤니티를 통해 게임 정보나 스킬을 공유하기 때문에 유저 커뮤니티는 게임에 대한 관심을 증가시키는데 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 이런 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 유저 커뮤니티 참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인들을 살펴보고자 한다. 합리적 행동이론에 지각된 위험을 통합하여 연구 모형을 개발하였다. 110명의 서든어택 게임 사용자들을 대상으로 제안한 연구 모형을 검증하였으며, PLS를 활용하였다. 본 연구 모형 분석 결과, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 유희성은 커뮤니티에 대한 태도 형성에 핵심적인 역할을 담당하였다. 하지만 지각된 위험은 예상한 것과 다르게 지각된 유용성, 지각된 유희성, 커뮤니티에 대한 태도, 참여 의도 모두 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 커뮤니티에 대한 태도는 커뮤니티 참여 의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤지만, 주관적 규범은 커뮤니티 참여 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 본 연구 모형 분석 결과를 통해 게임 개발업체 및 유통업체는 유저 커뮤니티를 활성화할 수 있는 효과적인 전략 및 정책을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

외래 관광객의 한류 공연 관람의도와 행동 간 불일치 요인 탐색 (Exploring the Factors Affecting Intention Behavior Gap in K-entertainment Tourism)

  • 본 연구는 외래 관광객의 한류 공연 관람 행동에 대하여 의도-행동 이론을 적용하여 고찰하였다. 서울을 방문한 외래 방문객을 표본으로 공연을 관람한 '관람군', 관심은 있었으나 공연을 관람하지 않은 '잠재군', 그리고 공연에 관심이 없으며 관람하지 않은 '무관심군'으로 나누어, 의도와 행동 간에 차이를 나타내는 요인을 분석했다. 분석 결과, 관람군과 잠재군 간에 한류를 접한 기간이나 과거 한류 공연을 관람한 횟수에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않은 반면, 한국에서의 한류 공연 관람과 관련된 지식, 능력, 협조에서는 차이점이 확인되었다. 또한, 외국에서의 한류 공연과 국내 한류 공연이 보완적 성격이 아닌 대체재로 인식되는 성향이 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 단순히 한류와 한국에 대한 관심만으로는 한류가 강력한 관광 유인으로 작용하거나 한국 방문 시 공연 소비를 할 것이라고 기대하기는 어려우며, 공연 관람 의도가 실제 행동으로 실행될 수 있도록 공연과 결합한 관광 상품을 효과적으로 기획할 필요성을 시사한다.

The Influence of CEO's Scandal on Consumers' Product Purchase

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore how consumers respond to the immoral actions of a CEO. More specifically, this research focuses on the moral reasoning processes used by consumers in order to maintain support for the CEO despite the immoral action. In addition, this research suggests that support for the CEO would improve product purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology: To test the hypotheses presented, an online research company was hired and online survey was conducted with adult participants. Online research company sent an email to the potential subjects asking their participation in an online survey. Subjects were able to participate in the online survey by clicking a link to the survey. When the participants clicked the link, they were instructed to read a fictitious newspaper article on a CEO's immoral action. And then, they were asked to answer several questions online. Responses were obtained from 336 adults participants and data were analyzed using SPSS Hayes Macro for a moderation effect and AMOS for a structural equation model. Result: Moral reasoning processes were divided into moral decoupling and moral rationalization and analyzed to determine their influence on product purchase. Also in this study, we suggest the public self-consciousness of consumers as an antecedent of moral reasoning processes, and argue that consumers with high public self-consciousness are more likely to engage in moral decoupling than moral rationalization. Conclusions: Our results showed that moral decoupling and moral rationalization improved the consumer's perception of corporate ethicality, which increased product purchase intention. In addition, consumers with high public self-consciousness were more likely to engage in moral decoupling than in moral rationalization. In addition, this research suggested that severity of the scandal would moderate the impact of public self-consciousness on moral decoupling. However, this hypothesis was not supported statistically since most participants perceived the scandal to be a highly severe incident, that may lead to an insignificant interaction effect between severity of the scandal and public self-consciousness. This research expands the scope of available research on corporate ethics and consumer responses to negative information involving celebrities and provides practical implications for corporate crisis management.

Effects of Financial Rewards, Parents and Peers, and Benefits and Costs on Choosing Accounting Career: A Global Perspective

  • One of the concerns that have received substantial interest in the accounting field, in particular, in accounting education, is the increasing scarcity and demand for professional accountants around the globe. This study aims to investigate the effects of financial rewards (FR), parents' and peers' influence (PPIF), and benefits and cost (BCE) on students' intention to pursue a career in accounting. A quantitative, convenient random sampling approach was used, and an online survey was conducted to collect data from students studying in China. A total of 311 valid responses were used for model testing based on the theory of reasoned action and the theory of planned behavior. The findings of the study include the positive effects of FR, PPIF, and BCE on accounting career choice (ACC). This study illustrates that FR is the most dominant factor (β=0.479) for influencing ACC. Furthermore, the used factor explained 70% variation in ACC. The results of the study have implications both for accounting firms and universities whether offering or not offering accounting as a major. This study provides a global perspective, which keeps this study unique from other studies. And in this study, the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) has been used which is randomly used in accounting research.
