This study analyzed the effects of illumination on psychological accessibility from a view of satisfaction of night use at urban neighborhood park for actual night users. For this, we have classified the effects of illumination as five sampled independent variables from 12 effects of illumination, and tested the relationship with satisfaction of night use of a dependent variable by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows; 1) The effects of illumination for night use at urban neighborhood park were divided into five factors; (1) direct effect, (2) effect of promoting use, (3) effect of ensuring security, (4) effect of preparing landscape in the night time, and (5) psychological effect. Among independent variables indicating characteristics of effects of each illumination, uneasiness at night use was high. 2) In a multiple regression model, when other conditions were not changed, the value of security of night use (X\ulcorner) had maximumly an affect on the value of dependent. And, the value of danger to meet the depraved(X\ulcorner) had minimally an affect on the value of dependent variable. 3) For the contribution of security of nigh use(X\ulcorner) and brightness of present using space(X$_4$) to satisfaction of night use(Y) of dependent variable, they had a nearly equal effect on that, and showed about 2 times importance compared to familiarity with park(X\ulcorner) and the beauty of park(X\ulcorner). Also, they showed about 7 times contribution to satisfaction of night use compared to danger to meet the depraved(X\ulcorner), which had minimally an affect on the value of dependent variable, as the most important variables. 4) For the effects of illumination on satisfaction of night use, the effect of ensuring security - pursues security of park for the general rather than security for the specific class or subject - and direct effect to offer proper brightness in using space relatively affected on it much compared to psychological effect, effect of preparing landscape in night time, and effect of promoting use. A research on the psychological effects among the variables related to illumination as well as physical circumstances such as the height, location, direction of illumination should be studied.

이 논문은 심야전력제도의 경제성 환경성 형평성을 평가하고, 이를 토대로 심야전력제도가 전력 및 가스수급계획 등 국가 에너지정책에 미치는 작용을 분석하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 심야전기난방은 등유난방에 비해 연간 약 6~8억 달러의 연료낭비, 약 2배의 온실가스 배출, 1.4조 원의 소비자 부담증가를 유발하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 심야전력제도는 동절기 LNG 수급교란을 유발함과 동시에 장기전원계획, 가스수급계획, 온실가스감축 등 국가에너지정책에도 부정적인 효과를 야기한다. 요컨대 심야전력제도는 우리나라 에너지정책의 두 가지 기본축인 지속가능한 에너지체제와 에너지안보에 정면으로 위배되며, 문제해결을 위해서는 등유세제와 심야건기요금의 통합조정에 기초한 신규수요의 억제조치와 기존 수용가의 등유전환 프로그램을 병행하는 것이 바람직하다.

컨테이너 보안장치(CSD)는 컨테이너의 도어를 통한 침입을 감시하는 장치이며, IEEE 802.15.4의 비컨 모드에서 RFD로 동작한다. 그러나 비컨 모드에서는 CSD 리더가 없어도 주기적으로 리더의 신호를 탐지하게 되므로 배터리 소모가 크다. CSD는 목적지에 도착할 때까지 이상없이 동작해야 하므로 배터리 소모를 줄이고, 위험 발생 시 CSD 리더에게 능동적으로 메시지를 전달해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 미국 DHS의 CSD 규격에 부합하는 저전력 CSD를 제안한다. 제안하는 CSD는 전력 소모를 최소화한 하드웨어 디자인과 저전력 동작기법인 불침번 기법, 저전력 센싱 기능을 통해 배터리 소모를 줄인다. 또한 위험 상황 발생 시 리더에게 능동적으로 경고 메시지를 전달한다. 성능 평가 결과 제안한 CSD는 불침번 기법을 통해 배터리 소모를 70% 이상 줄이고, 저전력 센싱 기능을 통해 불필요한 센싱을 80% 이상 감소시키며, 직접적인 통신 거리 밖에 있는 리더에게 94%가 넘는 확률로 메시지를 전달할 수 있음을 보였다.

This paper explores how gender, sexuality, momism and national security are intertwined in the POW fictions of the Korean War, revealing the blurred demarcation line of the private and the public during the Cold War era. Works such as Night and Valley of Fire reveal the weakened manhood of the soldiers who were brainwashed or easily succumbed to the enemy during their imprisonment. The novels commonly attribute their weakness to materialism and spiritual corruption prevalent in the society, in addition to mass media including TV. Moreover, a social critic like Phillip Wily provokes the polemical idea of "Momism" which was ardently circulated among some male circles. In Manchurian Candidate, momism is integrated into incest and homosexuality, epitomized by Raymond and his mother. The novel illustrates how momism can be dangerous to national security and devastate the growth of manhood. Mrs. Iselin, a masculinized middle-aged woman, becomes a 'monster' whose overweening desire for power overrides any maternal concern for her son. Such 'monstrosity' exposes the danger of a woman who can castrate a man and manipulate a society. To a certain extent, the same tendency can be found in Turncoat and Night. Both novels reveal how the love of mother brings detrimental impact on boys who become prey to the communist's brainwashing in the POW camps. In short, the POW novels betray society's patriarchal concerns with women's emerging power threatening its ideology.

Changing to a 24-hour urbanistic life style, a night time activities constituted for a major portion. Important of a beautiful exterior lighting as well as safety, and security concerns become increasingly. However, the removal or control of the excessive lighting is considered more important then increasing the brightness of the lamps to achieve bother safety and security. Representing a cheerful and leisure environment from the exterior lighting can also harmonize two aspects of energy saving and sustaining green environment. Designing of exterior lighting at the ＯＯ Agricultural & Fishery Circulation center symbolizes the suitability, convenience and production. It's design and analysis represent the optimum urban night time environment.

To increase the night use level, this study was analyzed perception of users about the public safety, and extracted main variables which were influencing public safety. The public safety was evaluated by the actual (on site) and nonactual users (off site) and the Delphi method. The night users of female and the elders were relatively more than male and the young respectively as compared with day. Walking was predominant in approaching means. In public safety ratings, $\boxDr$vuknerability to violence$\boxUl$varied accoding to sex, income, education, marriage, job, age. $\boxDr$crowding, $\boxDr$noise$\boxUl$ were important variables in satisfying users at night. $\boxDr$Lack of surveillance, $\boxDr$harassment of other person$\boxUl$, $\boxDr$rowdy behavior in poorer visibility$\boxUl$, $\boxDr$fear in lower intensity of light$\boxUl$ and $\boxDr$vulnerability to violence$\boxUl$stood high , so it is required guarantee of security guard to enhance the park use at night Although the ratings between field and indoor evaluation were somewhat different the variables had so similiar rant.

The indoor temperature of a building increases during the day due to solar radiation. This behavior is significant in school buildings that are finished with high thermal capacity materials. Moreover, in school buildings, windows cannot be opened until the class has finished owing to the security policy of schools. Consequently, classrooms maintain a high temperature throughout the morning. It is thus important to remove the indoor heat before the commencement of classes in order to reduce the cooling energy needed. The Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) system is currently being installed in school buildings for ventilating the classrooms. Night-purge control using ERV can be a good strategy to cool the classroom in advance of the operation of the cooling system. However, the optimal operation method of the ERV for night-purge control has not yet been reported. In this study, the effect of night-purge control with ERV in school buildings is analyzed by simulation method. The results of this study showed that the energy saving effect of night-purge control with ERV is most effective in the case of 2 hours operation prior to the commencement of the first lass and when enthalpy based outdoor air cooling is used.

CCTV는 인적이 드문 장소에서 거리의 눈으로 작용하여 추후 증거로 활용될 수 있으므로 범죄검거측면에서도 효율적으로 작용할 수 있는 도구라고 평가할 수 있다. 대다수 범죄가 과학적인 방법을 사용하여 지능적으로 은밀하게 이뤄지며, 범행이 매우 흉포한 경우가 많아지고 있다. 점점 지능화 은밀화되는 범죄양상에 비추어 범죄현장의 녹화장면을 포착하는 CCTV의 특성상 증거자료 획득 및 범인의 발견 체포가 용이하다는 장점으로 그 필요성이 점점 커지고 있다. 그러나 CCTV중 화질의 사양이 낮거나 야간녹화가 어려운 경우가 많아 더 높은 화질로 개선이 필요하고 야간녹화가 가능하여야 범죄에 대한 단서나 증거로서 유용하게 활용할 수 있다. 또한 방범용 CCTV의 통합 관제시스템 구축을 통하여 용이하게 증거를 획득할 수가 있고 보존기간을 연장하여야 CCTV가 증거자료로서 효력을 발휘할 수가 있다고 본다.

In this paper for developing and implementing the HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera which output the three type of video outputs(HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog). We design the hardware and program the firmware supporting the main and sub functions. We use MN34229PL as image sensor, EN778, EN331 as image processor, KA909A as reset, iris, day&night function part, A3901SEJTR-T as zoom/focus control part. We request the performance test of developed security camera at the broadcasting and communication fusion testing department of TTA (Telecommunication Technology Association). We can get the three outputs (HD-SDI, EX-SDI, Analog) from the developed security camera, get the world best level at the jitter and eye pattern amplitude value and exceed the world best level at the signal/noise ratio, and minium illumination, power consumption part. The HD level triple streaming hybrid security camera in this paper will be widely used at the security camera because of the better performance and function.
