Purpose of this study is studying direction that change of design by development of new digital technology. And with new technology, find direction of architectural design. Digital technology for architectural design demonstrates hightechnology or is not limit. Must recognize change for our idea and necessity. We can know change in relation of photography and impressionism. Idea and hitting on a thought which is arts by new technology changed. Finally, we must develop techniques of design on the basis of technology and look for possibility of new expression. Digital medium expands communication with designer and customer because there is special quality of nonlinearity, interactivity and audiovisuality unlike old medium. Digital medium can take advantage of techniques of new design. Can construct R&D and database of design and improve quality of design. Designer must master use skill to take advantage of digital technology in design. Because quality of design becomes different according to degree that use. Also, developer of digital technology must supply design tool such as previous design method. Creativity that architectural design that allow fetters in digital technology can understand design in new viewpoint is required. Architectural design may be magnified by architectural design that allow fetters in multimedia. We may see experience between new time and space of architectural design and reappearance space reappeared in cyberspace. Architect is going to run role as developer of culture. Value and technology of digital design may offer more more possibility and an opportunity since Intustrial-Revolution.

We propose a new paging strategy to reduce paging cost by adding paging agents at base stations. When a mobile-terminated call occurs, the base stations look up the paging agents to determine if terminal paging is actually to be made. An analytical model based on a Markov chain is used to evaluate the performance of the proposed strategy. The numerical results show that the proposed strategy significantly reduces the paging cost compared with the simultaneous paging strategy.

Recent scientific findings on the perception of facial attractiveness coupled with technological advances in computer imaging make it possible to measure the facial characteristics that nay be associated with specific judgments of facial appearance. These new methods can be used to produce psychometric norms of facial attractiveness which potentially could supplement the conventional population norms or averages used currently in orthodontic treatment planning. It is hypothesized that consideration of psychometric norms will enhance doctor-patient communication and lead to greater patient satisfaction at the completion of orthodontic treatment.

In this paper we introduce machine learning theory to business domains for business decisions. First, we review machine learning in general. We give a new look on a previous framework, version space approach, and we introduce PAC (probably approximately correct) learning paradigm which has been developed recently. We illustrate major results of PAC learning with business examples. And then, we give a theoretical analysis is decision tree induction algorithms by the frame work of PAC learning. Finally, we will discuss implications of learning theory toi business domains.

In this paper, we propose a new approach for fast generation of CGHs of a 3-D object by using the run-length encoding and N-LUT methods. In this approach, object points to be involved in calculation of the CGH pattern can be dramatically reduced and as a result a significant increase of computational speed can be obtained.

The purpose of this study was to make hip-hop clear as a comprehensive cultural factor, and to analyze how it was reflected and shown in the modern fashion. The fashion influenced by hip-hop consisted of music(mcing), dance(b-boying), art(graffiti), technology(djing), and clothing(hip-hop style) was as follows; 1. Each music, dance, and art factor was expressed as multiethnic style, a oversized sportive style, and a graffiti look. 2. Oversized-Sportive style was the most peculiarity in Old School's hip-hop fashion. 3. Sportive style was changed into Multiethnic-Baggy style in New School's hip-hop fashion.

In this paper, an operating system is designed for NC controllers. Host computer is the IBM-PC, and the controller panel is designed in graphics mode to look easily for users. Pull-down menu is selected, which is useful to minimize a mistake made by users, so users can use NC controller more effectively. Also, many functions are proposed, such as NC editor for programming the NC program directly, simulation function for testing editted NC program, and new key-pad that appropriates for the functions of OS.

Policy of for-profit hospitals permission has provoked debate on how to enhance health care system and medical service industry. The government says that for-profit hospitals could help improve the quality of medical care and develop medical tourism. On the other hand, Medical care related NGO insist that for-profit hospitals will not fix the existing medical problems in Korea, only create new ones. Recently, a type of for-profit hospitals emerged in dentistry and caused much trouble. Accordingly, We try to carefully look at for-profit hospitals related policy and debate.

For accurate interpretation, ECG signal is measured by using 12 leads method. We look shape of Measured ECG signal and decide whether interpretation is accurate or not. In this paper, we propose new effective fuzzy decision system which uses fuzzy rules and membership functions for more accurate of ECG wave. We used PR interval, QRS interval and QRS axis as conditional variables for designing fuzzy rules. And decision rule of conclusion variable is determined by (sinus rhythm), (sinus rhythm+left deviation), (sinus rhythm+right deviation) and (sinus rhythm+negative axis). Experimental results showed our system made numerically easy decision possible and had advantage of simple design method.
