This research focused on the improved alternatives of the ordinance which practically control the open space in-situ, public open space and landscape construction related to city landscape for the healthy physical and mental life of the city dwellers. The contents of the study are as follows: 1. The special law of Landscape Architecture should be legislated. 2. The portion of landscaping should be changed by up-grading in the Ordinance of Landscape area and planting and the terms of landscape Facilities should include the ecological aspects in it's contents in the law. 3. The administration of local governments should actively lead and support the dwellers to make the roof gardens and the window gardens in the building area of cities or commercial districts which have relatively low rate of green space. 4. Any new construction and restoration of the buildings with preservation of the natural environment and creation of public open space should be given incentive and Set-back space in aesthetic area should have appropriate planting area and facilities in it. 5. Organizing professional landscape evaluation committee and composing evaluation standards are very important because of the contemporary proposition of the establishment of the establishment of ecological space and conservation of urban natural space. Because of the characteristics of Landscape Architecture, the Provisions of landscape Architecture Design and landscape architecture supervision of the specialist should be legislated and the Landscape Architectural Organization should be established within the Government.

본 논문은 기존 연구에서 전통마을의 공간구성을 분류한 연구들을 일별해 보고, 그것들을 보완하여 새롭게 전통마을의 공간구성과 속성을 정리하였으며, 다음으로는 새롭게 정리된 공간구성 분류에 맞추어 기존연구를 활용하되 필자가 강조하고자 하는 사항을 보안하여 한국 전통마을의 공간 구성을 재론한 것이다. 먼저 전통마을의 공간구성으로 ①자연공간 ②주거공간 ③생업공간 ④이동공간 ⑤경계공간 ⑥놀이공간 ⑦제의공간의 7가지를 추출하였다. 그리고 그것을 기본성격에 맞추어, ①마을입지의 기본 공간 : 자연공간 ②자연공간 하에서 요청되는 필수 생존공간 : 주거공간 및 생업공간 ③마을 구성원 상호소통망에서 파생된 관계공간 : 이동공간 및 경계공간 ④장(場)의 개념으로 확산되는 가변공간: 놀이공간 및 제의공간의 4개 요소로 다시 제시하여 서술하였다. 사람이 만든 공간은 사람들의 삶을 담는 그릇이다. 그 그릇이 편리하고 쓰임새 있는 그릇이 되기 위해서는 삶의 틀에 맞추어진 것이어야 한다. 우리의 전통마을의 공간구성은 구성원들의 자연관·생활양식·세계관이라는 삶의 틀에 잘 구현되어 있었다. 자연관은 마을 공간구성 전체에 작용하지만 특히 자연공간에 잘 반영되어 있다. 생활양식은 주거공간·생업공간·이동공간·놀이공간에, 그리고 세계관은 경계공간·제의공간에 특색있게 반영되어 있다. 이러한 모든 것들을 유기적으로 작동시키기 위하여 공동체적 규약이 있었다.

This study reports one approach for the classification of magnetic storms into recurrent patterns. A storm event is defined as a local minimum of Dst index. The analysis of Dst index for the period of year 1957 through year 2000 has demonstrated that a large portion of the storm events can be classified into a set of recurrent patterns. In our approach, the classification is performed by seeking a categorization that minimizes thermodynamic free energy which is defined as the sum of classification errors and entropy. The error is calculated as the squared sum of the value differences between events. The classification depends on the noise parameter T that represents the strength of the intrinsic error in the observation and classification process. The classification results would be applicable in space weather forecasting.

The purpose of this study is to establish the direction for creating the beautiful and lively space of the reli-gious architecture as a consquence of trying to under-stand the forms of control of the light and the symbolic meaning of the production in the interior space of the re-ligious architecture. The scope of this study has been limited to the natural light and to the establishment of theoretical background by analyzing the essence and method of space formation by the light in a side view of development and psychology and establishing the concept related to the architectur-al space formation of the light as well as researching and analyzing the meaning and the method of production of the light. And at the same time the conclusion has been induced as a guide of verifying theoretical background by analyz-ing the practical use related to the control and the pro-duction of the light through the spot research and the referential materials in a way of case research into 5 do-mestic religious architectures as the subject of research.

The interest in natural environment as a new living culture is turning to the programs that give us direct experience rather than indirect one. This change demands new sort of analysis on space in order to design hotel lobby space which satisfies contemporarians' emotion. Hereupon, this article has its purpose of studying the characteristics of environment-friendly expression as a means to approach to the space design of hotel lobby space in which men and nature can coexist and men can be richer in their emotion. Moreover, through the flow and types of environment-friendly design, this study intends to emphasize the importance of introducing natural factors and suggest the possibility of diversification in environment-friendly expression.

The MATS (Mesosphere Airglow / Aerosol Tomography Spectroscopy) satellite is a Swedish scientific microsatellite which Kyung Hee University participates in developing. The limb telescope of the MATS satellite is designed with linear astigmatism-free off axis optical configuration which allows wide field of view ($5.67^{\circ}{\times}0.91^{\circ}$). Here we present the full-field optical performance test setup that consists of a point source, a collimator, the limb telescope and a CCD (Charged Coupled Device). The incidence angle of the collimator was carefully controlled by the rotary stage under the limb telescope. The imaging tests represent expected results without dominant aberrations.

This game machine of the use only for the game with an existing system but the function of various purposes which carries out service relevant to a user's position information. This system have the game function, the function to offer space guidance service by the theme interlocked with a user's position, and the traffic safety education function.

Ronchi test is an optical test to check the quality of an imaging system. Wavefront of the optical system can be obtained from the Ronchi patterns. In this poster, we present the Ronchi test module and the optical quality evaluation results. The test module consists of a light source, a pinhole, a beam splitter, a Ronchi ruling and a flat mirror. The test module can be simply adapted to any optical systems. We compare measured surface data for both aluminum and glass parabolic mirrors by analyzing the Ronchi patterns.

This thesis attempted to generate ideal tea culture space that connects environment and culture. Therefore, this examines: First, history of tea and the characteristics of tea culture space from Gochosun to modern times was reviewed Second, psychological factors (spirit of tea) of Korea tea culture space were reviewed. Third, the connection between the concept of tea culture space and Human Ecosystem Model by was analyzed. Also, this thesis examined how the culture of ecosystem and why tea culture space is needed. because tea includes varieties of ingredients for protecting environmental pollution. Finally, tea culture spaces were reviewed each region during Chosun dynasty, and tea culture space of recent tea users. In order to study tea culture space, complex residential area and single residential areas were compared. The useful of tea culture space as a ecological space was also examined. To achieve the purpose of this study, related literatures were reviewed, and investigations of museums and a survey on modern living space were also conducted. The results show that the space of our tea culture were affected by nature worshipping of Gochosun, Buddhism of Koryo, and Confusianism of Chosun with 'Pungryu', the idea that enjoys nature, thereby applying environment-friendly ecological beauty to their living space and life. The cultyral space in Korea is composed of natural environment such as mountain, sea, rock, or trees and artificial environment such as pond or pavilion. In the future, oriental culture with metaphysical value will lead the world culture, and especially, tea culture would play an important role regardless of nationality, race, religion, and ideology. Therefore, establishing a tea culture space in a living space would be the fundamental methods that would be able to settle down such tea life into our daily life. Our attempts to create ecological tea culture space as a integrated cultural space of natural, artificial, and human behavioral environment will contribute to enhance our quality of life.
