The natural projection of a parameter lower (upper) distribution set for a self-similar measure on a self-similar set satisfying the open set condition is the cylindrical lower or upper local dimension set for the Legendre self-similarmeasure which is derived from the self-similar measure and the self-similar set.
In this paper, we propose the 16-layer 3D NAND Flash memory compact modeling using SPICE. In the same structure and simulation conditions, the channel potential about Down Coupling Phenomenon(DCP) and Natural Local Self Boosting (NLSB) were simulated and analyzed with Technology Computer Aided Design(TCAD) tool Atlas(SilvacoTM) and SPICE, respectively. As a result, it was confirmed that the channel potential of TCAD and SPICE for the two phenomena were almost same. The SPICE can be checked the device structure intuitively by using netlist. Also, its simulation time is shorter than TCAD. Therefore, using SPICE can be expected to efficient research on 3D NAND Flash memory.

Recent experimental evidence that fluorinated graphene creates local magnetic moments around F adatoms has not been supported by semilocal density-functional theory (DFT) calculations where the adsorption of an F adatom induces no magnetic moment in graphene. Here, we show that such an incorrect prediction of the nonmagnetic ground state is due to the self-interaction error inherent in semilocal exchange-correlation functionals. The present hybrid DFT calculation for an F adatom on graphene predicts not only a spin-polarized ground state with a spin moment of ${\sim}1{\mu}_B$, but also a long-range spin polarization caused by the bipartite nature of the graphene lattice as well as the induced spin polarization of the graphene states. The results provide support for the experimental observations of local magnetic moments in fluorinated graphene.
Purposes: This research is an empirical research to analyze the effect of self-leadership on the job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and the mediating effect of psychological capital. Methods: This research investigates the effect of self-leadership and psychological capital on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of public health workers. The analysis was carried out to 4 local medical staffs in Chungcheongnam-do province, which distributed 330 copies and recovered 313 copies (94.8% recovery) and analyzed 304 copies (effective response rate 92.1%). Findings: First, causality was found in self-leadership and psychological capital. Second, it was found to have a significant effect on psychological capital and job satisfaction. Third, psychological capital was found to have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, psychological capital has a positive effect on both Self-leadership's behavior-oriented strategy, natural reward strategy, and strategic thinking pattern strategy. In the job satisfaction relationship, there was a partial mediating effect. Fifth, psychological capital has a positive effect on both self-leadership and organizational citizenship behavioral behavior-oriented strategy, natural reward strategy, and strategic thinking pattern strategy. The organizational citizenship behavioral relationship was found to have a partial mediating effect. Practical Implications: Taken together, the results indicate that the members of the four public health care organizations run by Chungcheongnam-do have a high weight on the natural reward strategy of achieving job satisfaction through the pleasures of doing their favorite activities or jobs.

Air-water two phase natural circulation flow in the T-HERMES (Thermo-Hydraulic Evaluation of Reactor cooling Mechanism by External Self-induced flow)-1D experiment has been evaluated to verify and evaluate the experimental results by using the RELAP5/MOD3 computer code. The RELAP5 results have shown that an increase in the coolant inlet area leads to an increase in the water circulation mass flow rate. However, the water outlet area does not effective on the water circulation mass flow rate. As the coolant outlet moves to a lower position, the water circulation mass flow rate decreases. The water level is not effective on the water circulation mass flow rate. As the height increases in the air injection part, the void fraction increases. However, the void fraction in the upper part of the air injector maintains a constant value. An increase in the air injection mass flow rate leads to an increase in the local void fraction, but it is not effective on the local pressure.

This paper investigated the optimum design of truss structures based on Genetic Algorithms (GA's). With GA's characteristic of running side by side, the overall optimization and feasible operation, the optimum design model of truss structures was established. Elite models were used to assure that the best units of the previous generation had access to the evolution of current generation. Using of non-uniformity mutation brought the obvious mutation at earlier stage and stable mutation in the later stage; this benefited the convergence of units to the best result. In addition, to avoid GA's drawback of converging to local optimization easily, by the limit value of each variable was changed respectively and the genetic operation was performed two times, so the program could work more efficiently and obtained more precise results. Finally, by simulating evolution process of nature biology of a kind self-organize, self-organize, artificial intelligence, this paper established continuous structural optimization model for ten bars cantilever truss, and obtained satisfactory result of optimum design. This paper further explained that structural optimization is practicable with GA's, and provided the theoretic basis for the GA's optimum design of structural engineering.

This paper presents a novel localization paradigm for mobile robots based on artificial and natural landmarks. A model-based object recognition method detects natural landmarks and conducts the global and topological localization. In addition, a metric localization method using artificial landmarks is fused to complement the deficiency of topology map and guide to action behavior. The recognition algorithm uses a modified local Zernike moments and a probabilistic voting method for the robust detection of objects in cluttered indoor environments. An artificial landmark is designed to have a three-dimensional multi-colored structure and the projection distortion of the structure encodes the distance and viewing direction of the robot. We demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed system through real world experiments using a mobile robot, KASIRI-III.
This study was conducted to lay the foundation for considering the qualitative aspects of environmental resources by calculating the weight of each environmental resource to calculate the total amount of environmental resources in Jeju. By comparing and analyzing the results of the expert survey conducted in 2011 and the results of the expert survey conducted in 2011 and 2022, changes in experts' perceptions and implications over time were derived. In addition, based on the results of the recent survey, the weight according to the relative importance was calculated to lay the foundation for calculating the total amount of environmental resources in Jeju. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data necessary for the successful institutionalization of the total environmental resource system by providing a scientific basis for the calculation of the total environmental resource. As a result of comparing the survey conducted in 2011 to the survey conducted in 2022 to establish a total environmental resource management plan in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, there was a difference in the relative importance of the environmental resource category. Although the ranking between categories did not change, it was confirmed that the relative importance of the natural and local resource environment decreased and the relative importance of the living environment field increased significantly. Over time, the importance of plants and wildlife increased, the importance of landscapes and topographic geology decreased, the importance of wetlands and caves increased, and the importance of Gotjawal, natural monuments, and cultural history decreased. In the living environment category, the importance of water pollution increased significantly, and in the humanities and social environment category, the importance of population increased and the importance of industry decreased. It is judged that most changes in item importance are largely influenced by changes in the background of the times and overall perception. It was confirmed that the importance of plants, wildlife, wetlands, and caves with relatively high awareness and the importance of water pollution, which is emerging as a regional problem, have all increased significantly due to structural problems of population age.

This paper describes the mechanism, guidance, sensor system, and navigation algorithm of METRO, a free ranging mobile robot. METRO is designed for use in structured surroundings or factory environments rather than unstructured natural environments. An overview of the physical configuration of the mobile robot is presented as well as a description of its sensor system, an omnidirectional laser range finder. Except for the global path planning algorithm, a guidance and a navigation algorithm with a local path planning algorithm are used to navigate the mobile robot. In METRO the computer support is divided into a supervisor with image processing and local path planning and a slave with motor control. The free ranging mobile robot is self-controlled and all processing being performed on board.
In the present study, we conducted in-depth interviews with school dieticians and nutrition teachers to determine the local foods they were aware of and their experiences with local foods. We also aimed to obtain more detailed measures for local food vitalization and suggestions for improvements. In-depth interviews were performed with 8 school dieticians and nutrition teachers, who stated that local food vitalization was needed for school food services, because it could be a foundation for securing safefood products, student healthi mprovements, environmental protection, and the establishment of a general consumption market. However, they were aware of a higher number of disadvantages than advantages in school situations and indicated the deterioration of the quality of food products as the biggest disadvantage. The most-suggested measurement items for local food vitalization in schools included improvement of the food distribution system, expansion of education, information sharing, prevention of monopolies, improvement of food-product quality, and mass production. In addition, it was suggested that school dieticians and nutrition teachers should invest efforts in the development of excellent recipes and varied diets utilizing local foods. Therefore, system supplementation is urgently required in order for school food service officials, and consumers, to efficiently introduce and vitalize local foods. It is also necessary to foster an environment that encourages trust-based relationships with producers to maximize the effect of system supplementation. This would be the foundation for improving the health of students, improving food-service quality, nutrition management, and vitalization of the regional economy in the future, and will positively affect students' food consumption patterns even after they become adults.
