In this paper, we investigate the properties of fuzzy Galois (dual Galois, residuated, and dual residuated) connections in a complete residuated lattice L. We give their examples. In particular, we study fuzzy Galois (dual Galois, residuated, dual residuated) connections induced by L-fuzzy relations.

One of the important areas of state policy in the socio-economic and cultural development of the country is cultural diplomacy. It contributes to the information dissemination about the country, strengthens interstate relations, and forms a positive image. Through cultural diplomacy, we achieve a positive perception of the world community of the country, determined by its place in the modern system of international relations. The aim of the study is a comparative analysis of cultural diplomacy opportunities for sustainable development at different levels of public relations, as well as the impact of cultural diplomacy opportunities on the indicators of the Global Sustainable Competitiveness Index and the Global Sustainable Development Index. Regarding the results of the research on the impact of cultural diplomacy opportunities on the indicators of the Global Index of Sustainable Competitiveness and the Global Index of Sustainable Development, four groups are identified among the countries of the European Union: countries with a very high level of sustainable competitiveness and sustainable development; countries with a high level of sustainable competitiveness and sustainable development; countries with low levels of sustainable competitiveness and sustainable development.

This study was carried out to establish a proper cultivation site and to diagnose the drought tolerance of Heracleum moellendorffii leaves by using pressure-volume curves. As a result of analysing data measured, the leaf of H. moellendorffii showed the osmotic pressure at full turgor (Ψ_o^sat) was -1.0MPa, and that at incipient plasmolysis (Ψ_o^tlp) -1.2MPa. Then, the value of maximum bulk modulus of elasticity Emax was 28MPa, showing the sightly strong drought tolerance of H. moellendorffii. Furthermore, the values of relative water contents RWC^tlp and RWC^* were above 88%, showing that the function of osmoregulation is somewhat better. Thus, responses to water relations such as Ψ_o^sat, Ψ_o^tlp, E_max, RWC^tlp and RWC^* of H. moellendorffii showed it's slightly high drought tolerance property.

본 논문은 노사 당사자들의 이념이 노사관계에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 전제로 한국과 영국의 노사관계의 이념적 특성을 비교 연구하고자 하였다. 영국은 오랫동안 형성된 자율적이고 다원적인 이념적 전통으로 인하여 노사간 갈등을 조정하고 통합해가는 과정이 매우 합리적인 반면, 한국의 경우에는 노동조합 이념의 비현실성과 경직적이고 배타적인 이념으로 인하여 노사갈등이 심화되었다는 것을 살펴보았다. 이의 결과로 한국은 영국에 비해 파업 건수와 분규 참가자수는 상대적으로 작지만 지속기간이 길어서 노동손실일수가 매우 크기 때문에 국민경제적 손실이 심화되는 것을 분석하였다. 한국의 노조 이념은 다양함과 빈곤이 동시에 존재하며, 이념 간 소통이 부재하다는 특징을 가지고 있다. 따라서 영국의 노사관계의 강점이 상이한 이념적 갈등을 합리적으로 조정해 나가는 힘이라는 점에서, 우리가 배워야 할 점은 노사관계 이념에 대한 공론화를 통해 이념과 현실의 괴리를 없애는 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of family-school relations on children's school adjustment with divorced mothers. Subcategories of the family-school relations were family participation in decision making, family help for schools, learning activities at home, school help for families, and school-home communication adopted from Epstein's parent involvement theory. Sub categories of children's school adjustment were delinquent behavior and academic achievement. The sample of this study included 3,367 children from first to fifth grade who lived either in a two-parent or one-parent home. Among them, 411 children with divorced mothers were analyzed. Independent t-test, Pearson's correlations, stepwise regression analysis were all conducted. Findings suggested that children with divorced mothers showed higher delinquency and lower academic achievement than children in intact families. Sub categories of family involvement and school involvement were correlated in divorced families. Children's delinquency was predicted by three of the family-school relation factors, which were school-home communication, family help for schools, and school help for families. Children's academic achievement was predicted by ail factors.

Objectives : The aim of this study was to examined the mediating role of empowerment in relations to job and organizational factors, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment in hospital organizations. Methods : Job variety, clarity, significance, and fitness were examined as the job factors, and security, reward justice, and organizational support as the organizational factors. Data were collected from 8 national university hospitals with 1,289 data points used for the final analysis. Results : All the job factors were found to positively influence empowerment, as were all the organizational factors, with the exception of reward justice . As hypothesized, empowerment had significant effects on both job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and was the most influential variable of all those examined. Conclusions : In the relations to job satisfaction, empowerment completely mediated job significance, security and organizational support, and partially mediated all other variables, with the exception of reward justice. In the relations to organizational commitment, empowerment completely mediated job variety and job fitness, and partially mediated all other variables, with the exception of reward justice. The theoretical and practical implications of these results have been discussed.

Operational techniques have drawn the attention of several researchers in the study of sequence of functions and polynomials. An attempt is made to introduce a new sequence of functions by using operational techniques. Some generating relations and finite summation formulae have been obtained. The corresponding MAPLE code for obtaining above sequence of functions for different values of parameters was also discussed.

On the basis of the theory of a falling shadow and fuzzy sets, the notion of a falling fuzzy BCI-commutative ideal of a BCI-algebra is introduced. Relations between falling fuzzy BCI-commutative ideals and falling fuzzy ideals are given. Relations between fuzzy BCI-commutative ideals and falling fuzzy BCI-commutative ideals are provided. Characterizations of a falling fuzzy BCI-commutative ideal are established, and conditions for a falling fuzzy (closed) ideal to be a falling fuzzy BCI-commutative ideal are considered.
