현재 초등학교의 정보통신기술교육 내용은 실생활에서 컴퓨터를 도구로 활용한 교과 학습이 대부분이다. 그러나 컴퓨터의 기초개념과 원리를 이해시킬 수 있는 학습과정이 부족하여 컴퓨터교과목에 대한 학업성취도와 지적 능력 신장에 한계점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 오토마타를 이용한 놀이중심의 학습 프로그램을 개발 적용하여 컴퓨터의 기초원리 학습시 학습자의 학업 성취도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 설계하였다.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of pre-service early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational belief on mathematics teaching efficacy. The subjects were 187 pre-service early childhood teachers who enrolled in universities majoring early childhood education. We used self-reporting survey questionnaires to measure the major variables and utilized the SPSS 28.0 Program to analyze the collected data. Cronbach's alphas were calculated and the descriptive statistical analysis were conducted. To investigate the research questions, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done. As results, the higher the levels of pre-service early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational beliefs, the higher their mathematics teaching efficacy. In addition, both pedagogical content knowledge in mathematics and constructivist educational belief were validated as the predictors of increased mathematics teaching efficacy of pre-service early childhood teachers.

오늘날 기업들은 제품의 유통기한 경과에 따른 폐기비용이 증가함에 따라 이를 줄이기 위한 방안이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 쇼핑몰의 재고관리시스템과 웹로그 분석 시스템, 마이크로 블로그를 활용하여 소비기한에 다다른 기능성 주류 제품에 대한 이벤트를 생성해 주는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 재고관리 시스템에서는 기존의 바코드가 아닌 타임바코드를 활용하여 소비기한을 고려하고, 웹로그 분석 시스템을 통해 고객들의 성향을 파악한 후, 마이크로 블로그를 통해 이벤트 글을 게시함으로써 이벤트가 생성된다. 마이크로 블로그를 통해 상호 연결된 고객들에게는 보다 신속한 정보로 맞춤식 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Exosomes are small membranous vesicles which contain abundant RNA molecules, and are transferred from releasing cells to uptaking cells. MicroRNA (miRNA) is one of the transferred molecules affecting the adopted cells, including glioma cells. We hypothesized that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) can secrete exosomes loading miRNA and have important effects on the progress of gliomas. To determine these effects by treating exosomal miRNA in culture media of miRNA mimic transfected MSCs, we assessed the in vitro cell proliferation and invasion capabilities, and the expression level of relative proteins associated with cell apoptosis, growth and migration. For animal studies, the mice injected with U87 cells were exposed to exosomes derived from miRNA-584-5p transfected MSCs, to confirm the influence of exosomal miRNA on the progress of glioma. Based on our results, we propose a new targeted cancer therapy wherein exosomes derived from miRNA transfected MSCs could be used to modulate tumor progress as the anticancer vehicles.

오늘날 세계 시장 개방에 대비한 우리 전통 문화 기틀 마련을 위한 대책이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이에 제도적인 대책뿐만 아니라 우리나라의 핵심 경쟁 요소인 최신 정보기술을 이용한 경쟁력 기반 확보가 절대적으로 필요한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 다가오는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 전통문화 체험 학습자들이 학교 교과과정에서 배운 주제와 연관된 현장을 직접 방문하여 보고 듣고 체험할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줌으로써 학교에서 배운 지식을 실제적 경험으로 승화시킬 수 있는 체험학습 교수 학습 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형은 체험학습자의 수준별 학습 선호도에 따라 각기 다른 내용을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for analysing elementary secondary school, and university science laboratory instructions. The categories of this analysis instrument were instituted through literature overviews and interactions with three researchers in a science classroom analyst team, a doctoral student, and eight master level students, who participated in the process of modification of the analysis instruments on the science laboratory instructions. The contents areas were divided into three categories: aims of laboratory activities, interactions, and scientific inquiry processes. Each category contains $2\~3$ items. So the instrument consisted of 20 subcategories. The validity of the this instrument was achieved through checking with 4 science education specialists.

The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education plays a crucial role in education in Ukraine, as an independent entity creates and ensures quality standards of higher education, which allow to properly implement the educational policy of the state, develop the economy and society as a whole.The purpose of the article: to reveal the crucial role of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education to create quality management of higher education institutions, to show its mechanism as an independent entity that creates and ensures quality standards of higher education. and society as a whole. The mission of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education is to become a catalyst for positive changes in higher education and the formation of a culture of its quality. The strategic goals of the National Agency are implemented in three main areas: the quality of educational services, recognition of the quality of scientific results, ensuring the systemic impact of the National Agency. The National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education exercises various powers, which can be divided into: regulatory, analytical, accreditation, control, communication.The effectiveness of the work of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education for 2020 has been proved. The results of a survey conducted by 183 higher education institutions of Ukraine conducted by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown. Emphasis was placed on the development of "Recommendations of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education regarding the introduction of an internal quality assurance system." The international activity and international recognition of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education are shown.
