국내 대학도서관의 연구데이터관리서비스 개발 방안에 관한 연구: 서울대학교 소속 연구자들의 요구 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Research Data Management Service in a Domestic University Library: Focused on the Analysis on the Needs of Researchers Affiliated in Seoul National University)

  • 본 연구는 대학도서관의 연구데이터관리서비스 개발을 위하여 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 연구데이터관리서비스의 요소와 제공 수준을 알아보고, 국내에서 연구비 규모가 가장 큰 대학인 서울대학교 소속 연구자들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하여 연구자들의 연구데이터관리 및 공유와 이용, 서비스에 대한 요구를 분석하였다. 인터뷰 참여자들은 해외 연구비지원기관 또는 학술 저널에서 제시하는 데이터 공유 의무조항에 대한 인식과 이행 경험이 부족하고 데이터를 체계적으로 관리하는데 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 그러나 상당수의 연구자들이 데이터 관리 및 연구데이터관리서비스 관련 교육에 대한 필요성에 대해 동감하고 있었다. 이를 바탕으로, 연구데이터관리서비스를 교육서비스, 전문 컨설팅 서비스, 큐레이션 기술 서비스 요소로 나누어 각 요소별 이용자의 요구를 반영한 서비스를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국내 대학도서관 및 연구데이터관리서비스를 계획하고 있는 기관에서 서비스 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

우리나라 소비자의 은퇴설계실행능력과 영향요인 (Capability of Retirement Planning and Implementing and the Influencing Factor)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting on CRPI (capability of retirement planning and implementing) and to identify the critical point of financial factors to increase CRPI. 908 Korean individuals' data were used for descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, and Generalized Linear Mixed Model Analysis. As a result, CRPI was influenced by attitude toward retirement planning, gender, income, and propensity to save. Some mid-group did not make a significant difference in CRPI compared to the lower-group. Men were more capable at CRPI than women in terms of sense of independence and getting a consulting service. Most consumers appear to have difficulty in calculating their retirement fund. People who have income over 3,000,000 won have dramatically greater CRPI than people who have income under 3,000,000 won. And people who have saving ratio over 23% have significantly greater CRPI than people who have propensity to save under 23%. The monthly income 3,000,000 won and propensity to save 23% were considered as critical points related to CRPI.

영국 중앙정부의 중소기업 육성을 위한 재정.금융 지원 (The Financial Aids of the UK National Government for Promoting Small & Medium sized Enterprises' Growth and Investment)

  • 본고는 영국 중앙정부가 지역발전 정책수단의 하나로서 시행해온 기업의 육성 및 투자활성화를 위한 재정 금융 지원을 고찰했다. 특히 중소기업 대출에 대한 중앙정부의 지급보증, 중소기업(특히 쇠퇴 정체지역 및 사회적 약자 그룹의 중소기업) 전문 금융기관에의 개인 및 법인 투자에 대한 세금공제, 중앙정부 참여에 기반을 둔 중소기업 전문 벤처캐피탈 투자조합의 설립 및 운용 등에 초점을 맞추었다. 또한 영국 중앙정부의 중소기업 육성을 위한 정책수단이 우리나라에 가져다주는 정책적 시사점을 논의하였다.

패션 브랜드의 사회적 책임활동에 대한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory Study on the Social Responsibility of Fashion Brands)

  • The purpose of this study was to make a close inquiry into the types and characteristics of social responsibility of fashion brands, perceived by consumers in the condition that a systematic frame of social responsibility of fashion brand didn't exist. To achieve the purpose, the study carried out literary survey and FGI (Focus Group Interview) which were qualitative research methods. The study carried out interviews with 9 experts majoring in fashion and 4 staff members in charge of fashion companies. The results of the study were as follows: (1). There were five types of social responsibility activities of fashion brands: fund raising activities, scholarship/cultural volunteer activities, consumer protection activities, recycling/environment-friendly activities, and ethical responsibility activities. (2). Out of the social responsibility of fashion brand, recycling/environment-friendly activities was valued above everything else. It implicates that we should pursue economic profits and sustainability at once by recognizing the importance of environmental management and improving enterprise management. As stated above, it is thought that fashion brand companies should fulfill their social responsibility strategically for long-term profits of fashion brand by grasping and improving the present conditions of social responsibility of fashion brand.

공기업 수명주기 분류변수 도출을 위한 기초연구 : 준시장형 SOC 공기업을 대상으로 (A Study on Life-Cycle Categorical Variables of Quasi-Market SOC Public Enterprise)

  • The enterprise life cycle derived from the product life cycle consists of introduction, growth, maturity and decline. The enterprise tries to reach the growth stage early and stay at the maturity stage stably through expanding its businesses and investing for the new technology. The public enterprise is not different but its life cycle is more prone to be affected by the national development and policy. A typical example can be found in the case of the quasi market SOC public enterprise which spends massive amount of fund to provide social infrastructure. After the fulfillment of its mandated mission it is exposed to the pressure of a merger or a closure usually because large portion of the debt is directly linked to the national financial stability and credit ratings. This research is focused on the variables that influence the life cycle of the quasi market SOC public Enterprise for its future competitiveness is in connection with its normalization, advancement and rationalization. In this respect, categorical variables system centering on public characteristics and profitability drew eight categorical variables such as policy outcomes, public benefit, finance and business values etc.

특정수질유해물질 구리(Cu)의 수계에서의 현황 및 관리방향 (Status of the Copper as a Priority Water Pollutant and Management in Korea)

  • This paper is dealing with recent hot issues related with copper toxicity and its criteria, which was caused by a new government policy relocating some industries discharging priority-water quality pollutants from the watershed of Han River to other regions. Author is not interested in arguments between two sides of anti- and pro-policy but would like to go over status of copper pollution and its management and regulatory policy in Korea. From the data of published Research Journals and Reports, it can be concluded that copper is very common metal not only in the effluent from publically owned wastewater treatment plants, but also as a non-point source pollutant in the rainfall runoff. In addition, there have been very few studies personal interests, not by National Fund Basis. In order to enforce a new regulation, national-wide macro and micro-mass balance work of heavy metals should be performed in advance. In particular, background concentration and measurement errors have to be clearly defined before a new standard or criteria is established. The new standard has to be acceptable in terms of the best available technology and cost.

Analysis of management status of oak mushroom management in Chungcheongnam-do

  • This study attempted to estimate the degree of management of oak mushroom farms in Chungcheongnam-do and to provide information to establish oak mushroom cultivation-related policies. The oak mushroom management standard diagnostic table consists of three major categories, growing condition, inoculation management, cultivation management and management administration, along with 20 subcategories. Thus, 209 households of oak mushroom farms were surveyed from 2015 to 2018 in Gongju, Cheongyang, Buyeo and Seochun in Chungcheongnam-do. The average score for the 20 subcategories was 71.5 points (representing a significant level), indicating that these areas have excellent management conditions. The analysis of the management performance indicators revealed a high number of indicators with scores of five or above. The total score was higher, and the amount per bed log and the rate of top-grade products in the total output were also higher, indicating a significant correlation. These findings will provide consulting services to oak mushroom growers as they highlight the correlation between the higher scores of indicators in the oak mushroom management standard diagnostic table and the management performance of farmers. We found that the scores of the indicators for management administration, such as management record and analysis and fund plan were relatively lower than those of other indicators. It is assumed that the owners aging has led to negligence in recording the details on incomes, expenditures, and work and lowered the willingness to make substantial profits. Therefore, it is essential to overcome these problems for profitable oak mushroom farming.

차세대 해양생명공학사업 추진 전략수립 연구 (A study on Strategic Planning of Marine Biotechnology for Next Generation)

  • The aim of this project is to develop an adaptive and collective National Marine Biotechnology Plan for the next decade(2014~2023) which is able to reflect current and future changing environment. This effective strategy targets to foster marine-derived active bio-materials, marine bioenergy production technology and many promising technologies in order to promote marine biotechnology industry as a next-generation growth engine. Marine biotechnology industry based on R&D activities since 1980 has been growing as an emerging industry. This new field enables to secure exclusive patent rights and to find new potential bio-active materials from the ocean that requires long-term aggressive R&D investments. The current policy direction is to raise appropriate level of R&D investment because the current Korea's national marine biotechnology R&D fund ratio is less than 2% of the total national biotechnology R&D budget. The result shows three major strategies. First, it recommended a research implementation system and supporting policy that includes establishment of open innovation framework for the 'Industry-Academia-Research Institute Collaborations', strategic research planning and enhanced policy making process. Second, it derived state-of-the-art or new technology in many areas. Third, it formulated more detailed execution plans for successful R&D support and set up performance indicator system in related R&D program.

  • The Swedish Fire Research Board was established in 1979 to initiate and fund relevant fire research efforts. The Board is responsible for a long term research programme revised every third year, and the Board is one of two major Swedish sponsors of all fire research. Beside the Board we also have the Swedish National Rescue Services, funded by the government. BRANDFORSK gives very high priority for the industry and the insurance company and the need they express for fire research. Research that the Rescue Services Board are funding is mainly focusing the need for the fire department. The Swedish Fire Research Board, BRANDFORSK, is the joint agency of the Swedish government, the insurance industry and the business sector, for the initiation, funding and supervision of different kinds of fire research. Work is directed by a Programme Board and is performed in the form of projects at universities, research institutes, state authorities and private firms. The Secretariat of BRANDFORSK shares the premises of the Swedish Fire Protection Association, SFPA, and the SFPA is the principal and the party which enters into agreement with the State. The programme for the period 1997-1999 has been drawn up on the basis of both damage development and the trends in society which can be noted, and the evident fire problems of the interested parties and their need for fire research. The inputs in the programme have been broken down seven problem areas. In every problem area different project areas are set out, and these primarily specify the aim of the work. Our seven problem-areas are; Costs and benefits of fire protection measure.   • Nursing education in Korea has made rapid progress recently. There is .: great deal of support with approval and encouragement of this progress. However, much disapproval of its validity has asserted some restraints on it. The aims of nursing education should be based on the principle that education is planned according to tile need much research has been made with such a viewpoint but much still remains unclear. The present study is aimed at establishing the needs for nursing manpower based on the biological demand for medical care. The needs for nursing manpower have been emphasized by many researchers and authorities on nursing education, and the prevailing medical trends also demand it. In this study, through the study of various hooks and records concerned, and the compiling of data analysis and questionnaires, I came to the following figures for the proposed needs of nursing manpower: There figures are greater than those calculated by another method by the government research program but it shows approximately the same final figure as that of the government report for the end of the target year. With these findings, I concluded that: 1) As the final purpose of the government medical project is to fulfill the needs of the national health (that is, to support the national needs for medical care), the plan of this project should follow the theory of biological demand for medical care, recognizing that the numbers will increase gradually. 2) Qualitative growth, based on the advanced and specialized nursing profession. should be promoted to meet the rapid growth of the medical needs of the nation in addition to promoting of investments for the facilities. and of the preparatory investments for education needs. 3) For efficient and economic utilization of nursing manpower, the improvement of wages, and the offering of free education is necessary. 4) Amendments to the low promising innovation and advancement of medical treatment; preparation of a national fund for medical care; and, changing of national attitudes to bring about greater concern are desirable.
