This study aims to examine problems of retail business operated by primary fisheries cooperatives and provide some suggestions for enhancing their retail business function. It reveals that although sales business function of fisheries cooperatives is very important for the members of Korean fisheries cooperatives, their performance and efficiency outcomes have been disappointing. The research offers six suggestions in two categories to resolve the issues. In the first category as a marketing plan for retail business of primary fisheries cooperatives, first, enhance of marine products business using local specialty goods. second, expanded of on-line shopping mall and third, joint marketings among primary cooperatives are necessary. In second category as an assistance plan of National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives(NFFC) for primary fisheries cooperatives, First, we needed to making logistics system for fisheries. Second, conducting retail business consulting for primary fisheries cooperatives. Finally, human resource development programs are needed. Primary fisheries cooperatives have to discipline faithfully as a cooperatives for NFFC roles as a cooperatives. So making marine products sales business as a core of a economy business of primary fisheries cooperatives in Korea is very important.

나는 한국과학재단과 미국과학재단이 공동 협력사안의 하나로서 개최한 「인공위성에 의한 원격지구탐사 Workshop」에 참가하고, 뒤이어서 EROS(Earth Resources Observation Satellite) data center, NASA 및 NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administation)을 심방할 기회를 가졌다. 과학과 기술지가 미국에서 보고 느낀점들을 써달라고 하는 요청에 따라서 이 글을 쓰게 되었다.

This study aims to examine factors affecting the seafood processing business of primary cooperatives. For this purpose, I divided primary cooperatives that participate to seafood processing business into three group by sales scale. And then analyzed survey results for the four items that might be affecting the seafood processing business, type of seafood processing methods, HACCP certification status, distribution channels, processing difficulties during project implementation, etc. The result offers four implications. First, It is desirable to reduce the burden of the initial investment by leveraging the consignment process at the initial entry to seafood processing business. Second, HACCP certification is essential factor in order to promote seafood processing business as a long-term economic business. Third, To the steady growth of the seafood processing business, it is important to secure fixed large customers, as well as a individual customer. Fourth, For the continued growth of the seafood processing business it should be approached differently by way of sales, when the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives support to primary cooperatives.

선박안전법과 어선법 개정에 따른 어선의 VHF(Very High Frequency) 무선설비와 위치자동발신장치 설치 의무화에 대비하여 수협중앙회 어업정보통신국에서는 VHF통신망과 어선관제를 위한 위치자동발신장치 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DSC(Digital Selective Calling) 기능을 이용한 위치요청 호출의 프로토콜 분석과 선박위치추적에 대한 최적의 방안을 제시한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 어선관제시스템 구현과 모니터링 방법에 대한 기술을 제시한다.

본 연구는 산림노동자의 직무만족과 이직의 관계를 도출하는 것이 목적으로 산림노동자의 직무만족과 이직의 관계를 실증분석하기 위하여 영림단원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 직무만족과 관련된 26개 항목에 대한 만족도와 이직의사를 조사하였다. 직무만족과 관련된 26개 항목에 대해 요인분석을 실시하여 '상사와의 관계', '임금 및 안전', '동료와의 관계','직무자체' 및 '근무시간'의 5가지 요인을 도출하였다. 요인분석으로 도출된 5가지 요인과 이직과의 관계를 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과 '직무자체' 만족만이 이직과 5% 유의수준에서 관련이 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

자궁경부암(uterine cervical cancer)은 발생 빈도가 높은 부인암 중 하나로서 병변의 조기발견과 정확한 병기설정 및 치료가 예후에 큰 영향을 미치며 영상 검사는 병기설정 및 치료계획과 추적 관찰에 있어 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 특히 자기공명영상은 높은 연부 조직의 대조도를 통해 병변의 크기와 침범 정도를 파악하는 데 유용하다. 2018년 국제 산부인과 학회(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics; 이하 FIGO)에서 병기설정이 개정되었으며, 원발종양의 크기를 세분화하고 림프절 전이를 포함하게 되었다. 본 종설에서는 이전 연구 및 최근 개정된 FIGO 병기를 바탕으로 한 자궁경부암의 병기설정과 여러 가지 치료 후 영상에 대해 자기공명영상 소견을 중심으로 기술하고자 한다.

Park Tae-hwan, the Korean Olympic gold medal swimmer, was suspended for eighteen months by the International Swimming Federation (FINA) in September 2014. Park completed his suspension in March 2016, but the Korea Olympic Committee (KOC), relying on its Article 5.6, then prohibited him from joining the national team for an additional three years for the same doping violation. The KOC's penalty exceeded that provided by the World Anti-Doping Code, which governs the Olympics and most international sports federations, and contravened well-established precedent from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). The KOC, along with the Korea Swimming Federation, maintained the suspension until decisions by the Seoul Eastern District Court and CAS forced them to retract the penalty. We describe the sports regulations and arbitration decisions governing the Park case, how each side used the law to support their positions, the flaws in the KOC's legal analysis, and the case's resolutions by the Korean court and CAS. Finally, because this legal conflict has damaged the KOC's reputation, created uncertainty over the committee's doping penalties, and undercut the authority of the World Anti-Doping Code and the CAS in Korea, we recommend institutional changes in Korea's sports jurisprudence.

본 연구는 2005. 7. 1 시행 공포된 전파법 시행령 개정안 내용 중 전력선통신설비의 주파수 대역이 9kHz${\sim}$450kHz에서 그 상한선 범위가 30MHz까지 확대 시행됨과 관련하여 전력선통신설비가 단파대 무선통신에 혼신을 야기할 수 있음에 따라 그 영향여부를 평가하는 방법을 제시하고 향후 전력선통신설비를 운용함에 있어서 단파대 무선통신에 영향을 회피하기 위한 대책방안을 제안하는데 있다. 전력선통신의 운용주파수 확대와 관련하여 정보통신부 전파연구소에서 전력선통신이 단파대 무선통신의 혼신여부에 대하여 측정 관찰해 왔으며 그 간섭정도를 판단하기 위해 노력해 왔다. 본 연구에서는 전파수신기, 신호발생기 및 SINAD(Signal to Noise and Distortion) Meter를 사용한 측정방법을 제시하고 있으며 이는 무선(RF : Radio Frequency) 환경에 적합한 측정방법으로 기존의 EMC(electromagnetic compatibility) 환경에 의한 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 전력선통신설비가 단파대 해상이동통신에 영향을 최소화하기 위하여 보호구역을 설정 또는 해당 주파수에 대하여 운용금지하는 방안을 제시함으로써 무선통신환경을 보호하는데 그 목적이 있다.
