With the globalization of the film industry, ethnic minority films have been developed and studied by many scholars for their special ethnic representation. The film "Tharlo" directed by Pema Tseden carefully explores the identity anxiety of a Tibetan shepherd. Through the connection and separation between the protagonist and traditional culture, it shows a complexity of modern ethnic identity for minority people. This study explores what kind of cinematic techniques and symbolic elements the director uses to shape ordinary characters, build a narrative space, and show ethnic representation. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework combining cinematic quantitative methods with qualitative narrative and semiotic analysis, aiming to deepen our understanding of cinematic techniques and ethnic representation, and provides a new perspective and profound insights for discussing the complexity faced by ethnic minorities in contemporary films. This study finds that Tseden's "Tharlo" successfully portrays the complex transformation of Tibetan cultural identity in the context of globalization and modernization through cinematic techniques such as fixed camera positions, long take and black-and-white cinematography, combined with the use of symbolic elements like mirrors, lambs and identity cards.

영화는 내러티브의 구현을 위해 다양한 기법들이 서로 유기적으로 상호작용하여 관객의 지각에 영향을 준다. 영화 형식을 구성하는 기법들은 형식적 체계로서 영화의 내용과 동기화되어 특정한 효과를 유발시켜 관객의 정서적 체험의 강도와 깊이를 강화시켜주는 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 시각적 내러티브의 하나인 구도미학에 관한 연구로 충격적인 실화를 재구성한 영화 <도가니 SILENCE>(2011)를 분석 대상으로 삼았다. 본 연구는 치밀한 화면구성과 기법의 활용이 극대화된 영화 <도가니>의 내러티브에 적용된 구도기법을 분석해보고, 나아가 영화형식의 의미와 중요성을 제고해 보는 것이 연구목적이다. 이러한 연구는 영화에 내재되어 있는 의미와 정서가 쇼트를 통해 어떻게 시각적으로 구현되는지, 나아가 구도가 서사화법으로서 어떻게 영화재 기능을 수행하는지 고찰해 보는 것에 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

21세기에 들어 입체영상에 대한 대중의 관심을 다시 집중시킨 곳은 극장이었다. 2009년을 기점으로, 입체영상에 대한 관심은 폭발적으로 증가했지만, 콘텐츠 부재 문제는 여전히 해결되지 못했다. 그러나 TV 방송 시장에서의 전망이 불투명한 반면, 입체영화는 할리우드를 중심으로 꾸준히 제작되고 있다. 또한 탄탄한 스토리텔링을 갖춘 영화들은 흥행에서도 괄목할만한 성적을 기록했는데, 이들의 공통점은 입체영상이 주는 공간감이 내러티브 몰입을 효과적으로 보조하고 있다는 점이다. 따라서 입체영상 기술은 극장을 중심으로 내러티브 몰입을 강화할 수 있는 시각기술로서 유용할 것으로 전망한다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 몰입과 입체영상의 관계를 살펴보고, 그에 대한 논의를 바탕으로 내러티브 몰입을 효과적으로 보조할 수 있는 입체영상의 공간연출 프로세스를 제안하였다.

Fashion is a product of form expressing the socio-cultural mood and aesthetic value of an age. Owing to development of the mass media and diversification of arts under the influence of post-modernism in the 20th century, fashion has been more briskly expressed to be presented to the people. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at reviewing the fashion photography as visual medium. To this end, visual narrative techniques were analyzed and thereupon, Philip-Lorca diCorcia's fashion photography was examined. This study reviews such visual narrative techniques by dividing into visual and non-visual elements and thereby, examines the three-fold aspects of fashion photography expressions : Representative Level, Ground Level and Context Level. Also this study focuses on Philip-Lorca diCorcia's fashion photography in 'W magazine' which features portfolio form. This study analyzed the visual narratives shown in fashion photography and thereby, expand in diverse ways the fixed images of the conventional fashion photography commercials featuring beautiful models and exquisite costumes, and additionally, determined that fashion photography must be a kind of expression tool which could express not only the simple fashion but also the socio-psychological elements inherent in fashion.

본 연구는 문학치료의 자기서사 진단과 작품서사의 공명성을 활용하여 자기서사를 파악하여 스스로 자가치유를 돕는 데 목적을 둔다. 이에 문학치료의 자기서사진단과 기초서사진단을 활용하여 스스로의 서사를 이해하고 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 스스로를 치유하는 문학치료의 방법론을 통해 연구를 진행하였다. 작품을 통해 자기서사를 이해하고 자문화 기술로 자기의 심리적 문제점을 확인하여 이해하는 것이 가능함을 본 연구를 통해 파악하였다. 본 사례 연구는 문학치료의 방법론을 적용하여 자기서사를 이해하는 것과 작품서사와의 공명을 통해 치유적 자기탐색을 하는 것에 새로운 기법으로 활용이 가능함을 밝혔다.

본 연구에서는 이야기치료의 원리와 과정을 참여자에 맞게 적용하여 어플리케이션을 설계하였다. 이야기치료를 활용한 어플리케이션은 문제 중심의 사고에서 벗어나 문제에 스스로 대항할 수 있게 할 뿐만 아니라, 긍정적인 새로운 이야기를 찾을 수 있게 하여 자신의 삶의 이야기를 발전시키게 한다. 따라서 이야기치료를 활용한 어플리케이션은 참여자 스스로 문제를 벗어나 보다 건강한 삶을 살 수 있도록 하는데 도움을 줄 것이다. 청소년의 상처 난 마음을 치유할 수 있는 방법으로 그들에게 익숙한 스마트 기기에 이야기치료 기법을 접목시켰다. 청소년들의 상처 난 마음은 성인이 되어서도 쉽게 치유되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 삶의 방향을 결정짓는 중요한 요소가 되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 Doll & Doll의 이론을 토대로 해서 이야기 흐름을 관계형성 단계, 외재화 단계, 새로운 이야기 만들기 단계, 새로운 이야기 강화하기 단계 등 4 단계로 구조화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 이야기치료 기법을 활용한 마음상처 치유 어플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였다. 이 어플리케이션을 전북소재 대학생 30명에게 마음건강 측정도구를 사용하여 측정하였으며, 그 결과 마음건강에서 만족한 것으로 나타났다.

영화 제작자들은 오랫동안 영화 전반에 걸쳐 개발 될 모티프를 제공 할 수 있는 중요한 측면으로 색상을 고려해 왔다. Faber Birren 은 색깔은 표현, 효과, 감각 및 상징성의 운반체이며 자신의 언어와 의미를 부여한다고 믿고 있다. 이러한 의미에서 지브리와 디즈니는 스토리텔링 agent로서, 컬러 효과에 대한 완벽한 예이며 두 가지 측면으로 분류 할 수 있다. 색상의 역동성과 서사 시퀀스로서의 색상이 바로 그것이다. 색상의 역동성은 색상이 어떻게 작용 하는지를 분석하고 캐릭터의 행동에 관계없이 무대, 의미 및 상징성으로 인식된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서사 시퀀스 장면이 전개상에서 효율적으로 Thermology가 어떻게 전개되는지 연구한다. 또한 캐릭터 archetype과 디자인은 항상 스토리에 대한 우선순위 중 하나였기 때문에, 캐릭터 부재상에는 즐거운 이야기도 없다. 모든 내러티브는 인물의 갈등과 그것을 해결하기 위한 행동을 기반으로 한다. 즉, 색상과 캐릭터 디자인은 스토리텔링에서 올바른 균형을 유지하는 데 필수적이며 시청자의 마음(의식, 잠재의식)의 두 인지 수준에 직접적인 영향을 미쳐 메시지와 감정을 전하는 강력한 도구로써 활용된다.

본문은 만화의 텍스트가 내용적 의미를 전달한다면 이미지는 어떻게 텍스트와 결합하여 서사적 기능을 하는가에 대한 연구에 목적을 두었다. 이에 한국과 일본의 만화 <형가자진왕>에 나타난 텍스트와 이미지 표현, 만화의 서사방식과 소통 그리고 도상적 표현의 비교분석을 통해 그 서사방식의 특징을 살펴보았다. 만화의 창작 모티브로서 형가의 이미지는 서사의 흐름에서 탈피하여 현재화하고 독자와 공감하는 타자이다. 고우영과 스메라기 나츠키의 만화에서 선, 면, 공간, 음영 등을 통해 가상의 서사적 시공간을 구축하였으며 작가의 상상력이 더해져 불가능한 역사적 현실의 재현과 서사적 의미를 실현하였다. 스메라기 나츠키의 만화는 지속적인 역사적 진실과 추동력에 기초한 섬세한 정물화적인 서사적 표현이며, 객관적 묘사에 집중하면서 역사적 재현을 넘어 감각적인 현실의 이미지를 추구하였다. 하지만 고우영 만화의 도상적 서사는 주관적이고 낭만적인 이미지를 역사적 서사 속에 고착시키고 독자의 기억을 자각시키며 서사의 흐름과 충돌하면서 균형을 유지하려 하였다. 만화의 순간의 이미지는 역사적 현실의 재현이 아니라 고우영 자신이 추구한 서사적 실재의 재구성화된 도상이다.

The aim of this article was to review age-dependent clinical recommendations for appropriate root canal instrumentation techniques. A comprehensive narrative review of canal morphology, the structural characteristics of dentin, and endodontic outcomes at different ages was undertaken instead of a systematic review. An electronic literature search was carried out, including the Medline (Ovid), PubMed, and Web of Science databases. The searches used controlled vocabulary and free-text terms, as follows: 'age-related root canal treatment,' 'age-related instrumentation,' 'age-related chemo-mechanical preparation,' 'age-related endodontic clinical recommendations,' 'root canal instrumentation at different ages,' 'geriatric root canal treatment,' and 'pediatric root canal treatment.' Due to the lack of literature with practical age-based clinical recommendations for an appropriate root canal instrumentation technique, a narrative review was conducted to suggest a clinical algorithm for choosing the most appropriate instrumentation technique during root canal treatment. Based on the evidence found through the narrative review, an age-related clinical algorithm for choosing appropriate instrumentation during root canal treatment was proposed. Age affects the morphology of the root canal system and the structural characteristics of dentin. The clinician's awareness of root canal morphology and dentin characteristics can influence the choice of instruments for root canal treatment.

Fashion pictorials are recognized as another form of communication method beyond the concept of simply providing information or being artistic photography. Therefore, it is believed that there is necessity to know methods of making a strong impression on people's conscience by effective usage of various presentation techniques that can be used in fashion pictorials. This research studied characteristics of closed form and open form of Wolfflin's precept of forms presented in scene construction. Depaysement technique was classified into three classes which are alien transportation of a part, deformation and ambivalence of an image through literature review of depaysement presentation technique. After studying the concept and characteristics of narrative applicable as the open form, Annie Leibovitz's "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" published in an actual fashion magazine was analyzed as an empirical study based on the theoretical research. Through this study, potential of applying depaysement technique as a presentation technique of closed form and narrative as a presentation technique of open form on fashion pictorials was identified. Factors that infuse creativity and achieve uniformity in producing fashion pictorials were shown through analysis of actual fashion pictorials.
