Implementation of O2O Service for Arcade Games using NFC (NFC를 이용한 아케이드 게임의 O2O 서비스 구현)

  • Traditional market for arcade game is downsized due to limited offline services. This paper suggests O2O service which is a combination of NFC technology and traditional arcade game. O2O service available by installing NFC tag in the gaming machines and operating by smartphone. This allows convenient payment service along with continuity of gameplay. Furthermore applying ranking, statistics and replays will vitalize communities such as fan clubs and highlight local rankers into popular gaming stars. Offline gallery can be expanded to online via O2O service. Local stars and online gallery will lead arcade gaming platform to E sports. This paper covers servers and applications regarding O2O service in addition to their functions and expected outcome.

  • Near Field Communication is an emerging short-range wireless connectivity technology that offers proximity and different operating modes. Particularly, NFC technology has the potential to revolutionize mobile applications like payment and ticketing because NFC is more complex and mutual connectivity than RFID as the simple tag reader. Finally, NFC security technology defines the robust security protocols. This paper will specify and analyze the NFC security technology, and study the chance and its beneficial effect of the UICC card as the NFC Secure Element.

  • 모바일 IT기술이 발전함에 따라 비접촉 근거리 무선 통신 기술 중 NFC가 대부분의 스마트기기에 탑재되어 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 특히 스마트폰의 NFC 기능을 이용한 서비스들 중 모바일 결제 서비스가 활성화를 위해 다양한 인프라가 구축되어 있으며 최근에는 금융과 기술이 결합한 '핀테크(Fintech)'가 주목받으면서 NFC를 사용한 모바일 결제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기존의 NFC 모바일 결제 시스템은 쿠폰 사용, 포인트 결제 등 다양한 할인혜택을 제공한다. 하지만, 결제 시 할인혜택을 받는 과정에서 쿠폰 사용으로 인해 시간이 다소 소요되며 여러 번 통신으로 결제가 진행되어 사용자들로 하여금 불편하다는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC 환경에서의 mCoupon(mobile-coupon)을 이용한 안전하고 효율적인 통합결제 시스템을 설계하여 사용자들로 하여금 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • NFC 와 모바일의 결합은 지난 몇 년간 유지되어 온 결제 시스템 환경의 변화를 가져왔으며, 현재는 모바일 결제 시장을 주도하고 있다. 특히, Google사, Apple사 등, 대부분의 전자결제 서비스에서는 신용카드를 대체하여 NFC 결제 방식을 채택하고 있으며, 국내에서는 NFC 활성화를 위한 전자 지불 표준을 통해 통신 상의 안전성을 강화하고 있다. 그러나, NFC를 활용한 전자 결제 방식은 아직까지 다양한 보안 상의 위협이 존재하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 NFC 결제 서비스 환경에서 Passive Communication Mode를 고려하여 조건부 익명성 제공이 가능한 인증 기법을 제안한다.

  • NFC(Near Field Communication)는 10cm 이내의 거리에서 무선기기 간의 통신을 가능케 해주는 기술로 13.56 Mhz RF(Radio Frequency) 주파수 대역을 이용한 비접촉식 근거리 무선통신의 한 종류이다. 올해 출시되는 대부분의 스마트 폰에서 NFC 기능을 탑재하며, NFC기반의 모바일 결제 서비스가 가장 유망한 결제 방식으로 주목 받고 있다. 소비자는 NFC 모바일 단말기를 가지고 판매자의 POS(Point of Sale) 단말기와 근접 통신을 통해 결제를 진행하는 방식으로 다른 무선 통신 방식 (RFID, Bluetooth 등)보다 보안 취약성이 높지 않지만, 기존의 RFID 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 기술적 취약점과 비슷한 유형의 위협이 충분히 발생할 수 있으므로 유효한 보안 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문은 안전한 NFC 모바일 결제 환경을 구축하기 위한 공개키 알고리즘인 타원곡선 암호ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem)를 적용한 Bilinear Pairing을 활용해서 효율적이고 보안성도 강력한 인증 메커니즘을 제안한다.

  • Recently, studies have been conducted to improve the m-commerce process in the NFC-based mobile environment and the increase of the number of smart phones built in NFC. Since authentication is important in mobile electronic payment, FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) and 2 Factor electronic payment system are applied. In addition, block-chains using distributed raw materials have emerged as a representative technology of the fourth industry. In this study, for the mobile gallery auction of the traders using NFC embedded terminal (smartphone) in a small gallery auction in which an unspecified minority participates, password-based authentication and biometric authentication technology (fingerprint) were applied to record transaction details and ownership transfer of the auction participants in electronic payment. And, for the cost reduction and data integrity related to gallery auction, the private distributed director block chain was constructed and used. In addition, domestic and foreign cases applying block chain in the auction field were investigated and compared. In the future, the study will also study the implementation of block chain networks and smart contract and the integration of block chain and artificial intelligence to apply the proposed method.

  • According to the recent increase of mobile commerce, the researches on electronic voucher payment based on NFC are lively made. However, most researches focus on the payment method using electronic vouchers, and so there is none for tracking circulation history of an electronic voucher. To address this problem, this paper proposes the method to store circulation information of an electronic voucher. The proposed method applies Object Memory Model (OMM) to an electronic voucher. When an electronic voucher is issued, transferred to other person, and used in payment, related information is stored at the object momory of an electronic voucher. So, our proposed object memory has three types of blocks, on which each information for issue, transfer, and payment of an electronic voucher is stored. We can retrieve and analyze the circulation history of an electronic voucher using this information. In the future, we will implement the proposed an electronic voucher and propose the method to analyze circulation information.

  • NFC represents the 2nd generation of the proximity contact-less technology, which beyond the RFID, supports peer-to-peer communication, and enables consumer access to aggregated services, anytime, anywhere, with any type of consumer stationary and mobile devices. NFC is a short range device wireless technology designed to exchange data, initiate connections with other wireless networks and act as a secured smart key for access to services such as cashless payment, ticketing, on-line entertainment and access control. In this paper, the NFC services for social networking applications are studied, and the signal flow of SNS application based on NFC P2P for smart devices and server model is proposed.

A Study on the Competency Assessment for Smart Phone Based Simple Payment (스마트폰 기반 간편결제 서비스의 확산 가능성 평가 요인에 관한 연구)

  • We categorize the model of simple payment into Magnetic Secure Transmission, Near Filed Communication, and App Card based on the Focus Group Interview. We also define the key drivers for the diffusion of simple payment services based on the literature review with the experts. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process our finding suggests that the degree of acceptance at the stores is the most critical factor which decides the diffusion of simple payment service model. Security is also the important driver but due to the fact that service providers should follow the information security rule and supervisory guidance, it actually did not make a big difference in terms of assessing competence of each model.

  • Several costs including printing and management are added in commerce by vouchers. In this case that a voucher is digitalized and flown through mobile phones, these costs are diminished considerably. Also, as mobile commerce is on the increase according to the activation of smart phones, NFC technology with near distance communication is gave attention to. Therefore, researches for using NFC-based electronic vouchers to pay electronically on mobile are made. To analyze the flow path of electronic vouchers, which helps marketing strategy, this paper proposes the method to put useful data into them. The proposed method utilizes object memory model. The proposed electronic voucher includes the block for flow history data in addition to its information. In the future, we will implement and test this electronic voucher.
