구조실험을 위한 데이터 모델은 구조실험에 관련된 실험정보를 정형화하여 표현하므로 데이터 저장소를 개발하는데 이용할 수 있다. 데이터 모델은 특히 대규모의 구조실험정보 또는 일반적인 다양한 실험정보를 위한 데이터 저장소에 효과적인데 예를 들면 NEES에서 개발한 NEEShub Project Warehouse가 있다. 본 논문은 데이터 모델의 구성과 사용을 평가하기 위한 평가요소를 제안하고 있다. 클래스의 속성이 값을 갖는지를 의미하는 AVE(attribute value existence)란 용어를 도입하여 속성의 사용성에 대한 Attribute AVE, 클래스의 사용성에 대한 Class AVE, 하위레벨에 있는 클래스를 포함하는 Class Level AVE, 하나의 프로젝트의 모든 클래스를 포함하는 Project AVE, 모든 프로젝트를 포함하는 데이터 모델에 대한 Data Model AVE를 정의하였다. 이러한 평가요소들을 NEES 데이터 모델의 프로젝트들에 적용하였는데 데이터 모델내의 클래스와 객체에 대한 사용성을 수치적으로 기술하여 평가하는 것이 가능하였다.

덕유산 (1614 m)에서 우리나라 미기록 태류식물 10 분류군을 발견하였다. 미기록속인 엄마이끼과의 창이끼 [Tetralophozia filiformis (Steph.) Urmi]와 미기록종인 쌍갈고리이끼과의 왕쌍갈고리이끼 [Herbertus buchii $Jusl{\acute{e}n$], 벼슬이끼과의 선좀벼슬이끼 [Bazzania japonica (Sande Lac.) Lindb.], 겉게발이끼과의 산겉게발이끼 [Cephaloziella hampeana (Nees) Schiffner ex Loeske.], 망울이끼과의 꼬마망울이끼 [Jungermannia japonica Amak.], 은비늘이끼과의 고산양끝통이끼 [Marsupella alpina (Gott. ex Husn.) Bernet.], 날개이끼과의 숲누운날개이끼 [Pedinophyllum interruptum (Nees) Kaal.], 지네이끼과의 푸른지네이끼[Frullania polyptera Tayl.], 가시지네이끼과의 계곡가시이끼 [Jubula hutchinsiae ssp. javanica (Steph.) Verd.], 우산이끼과의 고산우산이끼[Marchantia polymorpha ssp. montivagans Bischl. and Boisselier-Dubayle.]는 덕유산 계곡 및 능선부에 소수의 개체가 자생하고 있었다.

Polypyrrole (PPy) nanotubes have been synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization of pyrrole within the pores of polycarbonate membrane using the technology of diffusion of solutes. The nanotubes array prepared by the proposed method can be considered as nanoelectrode ensembles (NEEs). An amperometric uric acid sensor based on PPy NEEs has been developed and used for determination of uric acid in human serum samples. The electrode can direct response to uric acid at potential of 0.60V vs. SCE with wide linear range of $1.52{\times}10^{-6}\;to\;1.54{\times}10^{-3}\;M.\;The\;detection\;limit\;is \;3.02{\times}10^{-7}$ M. This sensor has been used to determine uric acid in real serum samples. PPy NEEs is thought of as a good application in the foreground.

사초과의 Eleocharis parvula (Roem. & Schult.) Bluff, Nees & Schauer가 인천광역시 강화군에서 발견되었다. 이 종은 작은 방추형의 괴경, 건조했을 때 격막이 없는 줄기, 3개의 주두 및 암술대 기부와 수과 사이에 홈이 없는 특징을 가지고 있어 한국에 분포하는 근연 분류군들과 구분된다. 국명은 생육지를 고려하여 '갯바늘골'로 신칭하였고, 이에 대한 기재, 도해, 사진 및 검색표를 제시하였다.

Recent field and herbarium studies have yielded three vascular plant taxa of the family Poaceae that have been documented in Korea. All of the three species, collected from Jeolla-do and adjacent areas, were introduced and naturalized. Three species are identified as Vulpia bromoides (L.) Gray, Agrostis capillaris L. and Eragrostis pectinacea (Michx.) Nees. We provide the descriptions and descriptive photos of these species. Keys to the newly recorded species and related taxa are also provided.

본 연구를 통해 Spathius속의 Spathius depressithorax Belokobylskij, 1998 <납작가슴자루배고치벌 (신칭)>를 우리나라에서는 처음으로 보고한다. 본 종의 식별형질과 성충을 검경하고 도해하였으며, 한국산 Spathius속의 목록을 제시한다.

Two common Indian spices Carum copticum Karst (ajowan) and Cinnamomum tamala T.Nees. (bay leaves) has been investigated first time to report the activity on the central nervous system. Preliminary study of the hot water extract showed depressant activity on the hole board test as evidenced from the ambulation and head dipping scores. The extracts further quicken the onset and increased the duration of pentobarbital induced sleeping time.

The ethanolic (50% v/v) extracts of Peristrophe bicalyculata Nees. (Acanthaceae) were examined for anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in experimental animals. P. bicalyculata in doses of 50, 100 and 200 mg/kg caused a dose dependent inhibition of swelling caused by carrageenin equivalent to 12.25-24.49% protection and 16.62-39.44% in cotton pellet induced granuloma in rats. There was a significant increase in the tail-flick reaction time in mice (18.05-76.43% protection) and analgesy-meter induced pain in rats (14.49-56.85%) protection). The extract of P. bicalyculata resulted in an inhibition of stretching episodes and the protection range of 14.49-56.85% respectively in acetic acid induced writhing.

백록담은 한나산의 중앙부 고도 약 2000 미에 자리잡고 있는 거대한 분화구인데 화구벽에 나는 총출현종수 12종(9과)중 다음 6종은 한국미기록중이다. (1) Bazzania tricrenata(Wahlenb.) Trev. (2) Plagiochila satoi Hatt. (3) Scapania ampliata St. (4) Radula boryana(Web.) Nees. (5) Cololejeunea Kodamae Kamimura. (6)C. macounii(Spruce) Evans.
