Agricultural support and solidarity devices development (농작물 버팀 지지용 대 및 결속 장치)

  • The rural population is aging and farmers need to aim for mass production. This study examined the work efficiency of clamping and protecting crops. Strong winds are a risk for damage, but there are no reports of studies of the geometric design problem for vegetation. The accuracy of the simulation to obtain a load applied to the actual support and index was examined. The model was selected according to its strength based on the reliability of the simulation. Also acts in force of 0.1N to 0.6N, which can withstand the force of 1.29N with the results of this thesis research. The fixed clamp fixing for agricultural crops designed as a support was examined. These results are expected to help shorten working hours, and improve the growth of crops and disaster prevention.

  • Music with the development of the media since the 20th century marks a change into an era where the live performance and music of the masses, which were hard to imagine in previous times, are shared. Based on this cultural trend, teenage music, which has been completely alienated from existing culture, is in line with the birth of Rock 'n' Roll, an event that has entered the mainstream, and the emergence of the guitar, especially the solid body electric guitar. The Fender Stratocaster, which is referred to as the epitome of this electric guitar, has joined the history of popular music for rock 'n' roll. To this day, the immense influence, which still encompasses many followers and generations, has served as a bridge that continues to be reproduced, even in the historical trend of popular music and the status of electric guitars. In addition, even in the rapid development of popular music and media, we will always be able to give true meaning and value to the vitality with the times. This paper examines the features and marks of these Fender Stratocasters.

Quality Tests for the Knee-Orthosis Velcro and Locking System (무릎보조기 벨크로 및 잠금장치에 대한 품질시험 연구)

  • In this study, three knee-orthoses (dial lock type, medium size, right side) were used for a quality level test (static bending test and solidity test of the locking system) of the knee-orthosis locking system. In the static bending test, a smaller maximum load was observed in samples A and C compared to the reference standard value (KS P 8408 standard value: 1000 N, sample A: 865 N, sample C: 833 N). In addition, in the solidity test of the locking system, a smaller maximum load was observed in the all samples compared to the referenced standard value (KS P 8411 standard value: 200 N, sample A: 41 N, sample B: 97 N, sample C: 54 N). Korean industrial standards for knee-orthoses and systematic test methods are lacking. Therefore, a systematic management plan for knee-orthoses is required. The result of the current study showed that a systematic management plan for the knee-orthosis locking system is required. In particular, the development of a quantitative and objective test method is needed. The findings of the current study may be useful for monitoring the quality of the knee-orthosis locking system and may provide foundational information for the development of a quantitative and objective test method.

  • This study attempts to developing an organizational model for industrial information service a n.0, pplicable to industrial su n.0, pporting organization in every industrial sectors. A n.0, ppropriate institutions which provide industrial information would be industrial associations, industrial research and development institutes. The proposed industrial information services could be Kumi Information Center for Industrial Technology (KICIT) and information Center of Machinery and Materials (ICOMM). KICIT has established in cooperation with the Kumi city and Kumoh National University of Technology (KNUT) su n.0, pporting the finance and technology management respectively. ICOMM has established within the framework of the Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials. Major activities of ICOMM is to provide local companies with better extension services on technology information.

  • A rate-sensitive constitutive model was developed, with some simplifying assumptions, in the frame of the standard elastoplastic-viscous relation. The simulations performed using the model were successful for the normally consolidated cohesive soils with the advantage that the parameter values determined at a rate could be used at. different rates. Details on the parameters and additional modification of the model are presented in the successive paper.

  • In this paper, we developed a system for large scale on-line interactive game server based on Platform as a Service(PaaS). Small and medium sized game developing companies have various aspects of limitation to launch a large scale on line game site. By using the system proposed in this paper, small and medium sized game developing companies can easily publish their games into market.

Fatigue Analysis of External Fuel Tank and Pylon for Fixed Wing Aircraft (고정익항공기용 외부연료탱크 및 파일런 피로 해석)

  • In this study, a fatigue analysis of an external fuel tank and pylon for fixed-wing aircraft was carried out as part of the domestic development of fixed-wing aircraft. Through structural analysis, the analysis areas were selected, and the transfer function for unit loads was established in the selected parts. For each of the continuous load profiles, stress components in the selected areas were calculated using the load of each profile and the transfer function, and the Von Mises equivalent stress was employed as the representative stress of each profile. In addition, the rainflow counting technique was used to extract individual profiles obtained from the initial large load profiles and to calculate their amplitude and average values. For life evaluation, the S-N diagram of the Metallic Materials Properties Development and Standardization (MMPDS) was applied, and the damage value was calculated by Miner's rule to assess the life of the selected area. As a result of the life assessment, the life span requirement for the selected area of the external fuel tank and the pylon was assessed as being satisfied.

  • 원적외선은 파장이 매우 긴 빛으로 우리 생활에 가장 유익한 빛이다. 이는 인체에 전혀 해가 없이 생체 활동을 촉진하는 광선으로 숙성, 온열, 자정, 건조, 연수 등 다양한 작용을 하는 불가사의한 빛으로 알려져 있다. 현재 원적외선을 활용한 분야는 건설, 주택, 가전제품, 의류, 화장품, 농업에 이르기까지 다양하고, 그 과는 이미 많은 부분에서 입증되고 있다. 본 연구는 기능이 향상된 원적외선을 방사하는 기능성 포장재에서 딸기의 이차학적 변화를 관찰하고 나아가 신선도를 향상시키는 식품 포장재를 개발하는 것에 그 목적을 두었다.

  • 중소기업이 업무 통합 시스템인 ERP패키지를 구입하여 이를 자사에 커스터마이징하는 비용은 과도하다. 본 논문에서는 스프레드시트 수준에서 처리하고 있는 중소기업의 업무를 통합하여 신속, 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 ERP수준의 전산시스템을 웹에 기반하여 설계하고 구현한다. 먼저, 각종 업무에서 사용되는 스프레드시트를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 설계/구축하고, 구축된 데이터베이스와 연동을 갖는 업무 관리프로그램을 설계/구현한다. 개발된 시스템은 각 업무간에 완벽한 통합성을 제공하고, 인터넷상에서 사용 할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.

  • 본 논문은 쾌속제작법을 이용한 임의형상을 가공하는 새로운 방법의 개념을 소개하고 있다. 본 시스템은 레이저 절단, 이송, 적층, 소결의 단계를 통하여 세라믹재료로 된 임의형상을 가공할 수 있다. 시스템을 구성하는 주요장비로는 레이저발생장치, X-Y테이블, 이송시스템, 그리고 전기로 등이 있다. 이 시스템을 사공하면 표면의 거칠기가 매끄러운 형상을 상대적으로 짧은 시간에 제작할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또, 2차 공정을 거치지 않고, 바로 물체를 제작할 수 있어 효율성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 제작된 모형은 바로 조립되어 사용할 수 있기 때문에 응용분야가 다양하다.
