The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends on educational development cooperation in Korea with the comparative perspectives. In order to do this, this study analyzed the both of academic journal articles(N=184) and policy research reports(N=85) published in Korea from 1993 to 2015, based on the following criteria: research topic, purpose, target, and the characteristics of publication. As the result of the contents analysis, educational development cooperation researches were expanded and diversified in accordance with changes in development cooperation policy in Korea, and also found following three characteristics. First, the overall trend of the researches focused mainly on a theocratical basis in order to implement educational ODA projects rather than academic interests. Second, there were small number of academic research dealing with effectiveness or limitation of specific educational ODA projects, despite of a large portion of them. Third, there was a lack of academic interaction between education society and international development cooperation society. Based on these findings, this study discussed the implication for the future educational development cooperation research.

According to explosion of smart-devices, demands on N-screen services based on cooperation of multiple screens are rapidly increasing. These N-screen services can provide new user-experience (UX) to users. That is, it can provide technical advances to users. On the other hand, it causes new security problems. In this paper, we analyze conventional web-security attacks, and we propose and analyze new security requirements for migration, combination, and separation of web-contents based on N-screen service scenarios. Also, we develop N-screen cooperation service framework in order to ensure user security.

This convergence study was conducted to identify the effect of the awareness enhancing program of the international development cooperation of college students sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). A quasi-experimental study design was used. The participants consisted of one experimental group (n=32) who attended the awareness enhancing class of international development cooperation and the other control group (n=32) who did not participate in the class in a university in C city. The data were collected using online survey before the first class and after the last class in spring semester 2019. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA using SPSS WIN Version 20.0 program. The levels of global citizenship (p=.003) and career preparation behavior (p=.013) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group. However, career identity(p=.385) and cooperative efficacy(p=.488) did not show significant difference between the groups. This study proposed the direction for the awareness enhancing program of the international development cooperation of college students by showing its positive effects on the global citizenship and career preparation behavior.

What is a role of the studies on spatial planning of Korean peninsular and its cities in the process of cooperation between and unification of South and North Korea? Where should the basic perspectives be oriented for the process? Can a comprehensive plan of North Korea have practical implications although South-North cooperation does not get into its stride? If it can, which contents should the plan cover? This study aims to contemplate these issues and to suggest a preliminary land development approach of North Korea, which would contribute academic and practical debates on the issues, at this juncture of the cascade of studies on spatial planning in North Korea. It assume South-North relation would evolve from 'reconciliation and cooperation' and 'confederation' into 'unification' of South and North Korea which is based on the official plan of South Korea. We suggest, as the basic perspectives of development approach, cooperation(or co-evolution), future-oriented sustainability, and parallel development of industry and physical infrastructure. The development potential of North Korea is explained by detail fields and sub-regions, which is used to analyse SWOT and to subsequently extract the basic directions(vision and strategies) of North Korea development. These directions are followed by the spatial structure plan to improve North Korea using the potential of the regions. Based on the plan, the development directions of detail fields are suggested.

North Korean leader Kim, Jung-Il visited Beijing, China, May 2010, when he made a common recognition with Chinese President Hu Jintao on construction of the Rasun SEZ and the Hwanggumpyong-Wyhwado SEZ for development of Economic cooperation between N.Korea and China and accelerating establishment of SEZs in N.Korea. However, after N.Korea's third nuclear test on Feb. 2013, the relationship between N.Korea and China became a little worse. Recently, three nations' border region near Rasun in N.Korea is reconsidered that it is very important place for collaboration between and among 2, 3 or 4 countries, S.Korea, N.Korea, China and Russia. This thesis examined these changes of cooperation and plans among the countries near the border region and proposed some measures for participation of S.Korea on the projects in the Rasun region.

This study is an attempt at developing an organizational model for collection development a n.0, pplicable to Korean university libraries at their present stage of development. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of the 'subject a n.0, pproach' as compared to 'functional a n.0, pproach' in collection development work. The case history of Pusan National University Library is extensively used. The proposed collection development model consists of the following elements : - To form a collection development team and to place under the team leader subject bibliographers as follows: Bibliographer for Serials Bibliographer for Humanities Bibliographer for Social Sciences Bibliographer for Sciences and Technologies - Collection development team could operate as a separate department or as part of other departments, i. e., Deputy Director's office, Acquisitions and Processing Department, or Resources Management Department. - Collection development team takes up the responsibility for policyrelated collection work, i. e., budget allocation, evaluation of existing collection, building core collection, preservation, weeding and cooperation. - Designated certified librarians located at the(planned) subject libraries take up the responsibility for selection. Subject bibliographers cooperate with selection librarians and coordinate their work. - Certified librarians at the Acquisitions and Processing Department are assigned subject areas. They operate as acquisitions librarian and processing librarian simultaneously with their assigned subject materials.

본 연구에서는 직조 산업 현장에서 사용되는 방사상태 감지 장치를 개발하여 방사공급 상태를 감지해 모니터링 해주는 프로그램을 구현하고, 시스템에서 발생되는 에러를 파악하여 스스로 대처 할 수 있고, 감시자에게 전달하도록 하여 결과를 예측할 수 있는 시스템을 구성한다.
