The purpose of this study was to characterize the attitudes of Net generation customers toward purchasing fashion products or apparels through Cyber communication media. This study targeted 333 individuals aged from 14 to 24 purchasing fashion apparels through the Interned or PC communication. The data were analyzed by using frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA by SASS package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Fashion life-style of Net generation is classified into four groups - Fashion attached type, Web entertainment type, Web information type, Web media purchasing type. Net-Generation shows a little preference for brand. 2. As a result of the statistical analysis of each group's demographic variables, price is not so important when purchasing and according to the analysis of age, it proves that twenties are trendier than teenagers. 3. The most significant factor of information search is watching others' clothes and the most popular place for purchase is wholesale mall. Net-Generation has a little intention to purchase through Cyber communication media.

The market in the 21st century has drastically changed due to the advances of digital technology. This could be represented by the key words prosumer, do-it-yourself, mass customization, and so on. The net generation is in the center of change and nowadays teenage groups wearing school uniforms is a part of this generation. Therefore the current school uniform hardly fits their tastes and demands. This study aims to provide the fundamental information for developing the school uniforms for the net generation based on the study of the characteristic of net generation and questionnaires targeted at high school students regarding the current school uniform.

Nowadays, smart devices such as smart phones, tablets PC, etc... are exchanging messages using WLAN(Wi-Fi) technologies for sending and receiving messages. With the growth of the smart devices users, the WLAN (Wi-Fi) medium communication could be loaded and then the Quality of Service is undesirable. Currently, there are five types of Wireless LAN such as802.11 a / b / g / n / ac supporting the communication between smart devices and the most used it WLAN 802.11n. Unfortunately, if the WLAN 802.11n is being used by a lot of users, there is poor Quality of Service due to the interference. In this paper, we analyze the Quality of Service provided by the 802.11n and compare with the next generation of wireless 802.11ac.

밴드-갭이 큰 반도체는 실리콘에 비하여 다양한 전기 물성 장점을 가져 고주파수 증폭 소자나 차세대 전력 반도체 소자로 각광을 받고 있다. 다양한 와이드 밴드-갭 반도체 중 AlGaN/GaN 이종접합 반도체는 채널의 높은 전도성과 높은 임계 전계로 인하여 우수한 전기적 특성을 가진다. 최근 발전된 수치해석 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 AlGaN/GaN 고전자 이동도 트랜지스터 (high-electron-mobility transistor, HEMT)의 설계연구를 진행하였다. AlGaN 장벽층의 두께가 증가할수록 채널의 전자 면 농도가 증가하도록 설계하였다. 또한 게이트 필드 플레이트 설계를 통하여 AlGaN/GaN HEMT의 역방향 전계 피크를 1개에서 2개로 증가시켜 항복전압을 368 V에서 최대 822 V로 개선하였다. 수렴문제를 개선한 수치해석 시뮬레이션은 RF power AlGaN/GaN HEMT의 설계에 유용하다.

피쳐폰(Feature Phone)이 주를 이루던 초기 3G(Third Generation)는 사용자의 데이터 사용량이 많지 않았다. 그러나 스마트폰이 등장하면서 데이터를 이용한 서비스의 다양화, 저렴한 데이터 요금 정책으로 데이터 사용량이 대폭 증가하였다. 이동통신사가 예상하지 못한 데이터 사용량 증가로 3세대 망의 새로운 보안상 취약점이 나타났고 이를 이용한 DoS(Denial of Service) 공격이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 3세대 망에서 나타날 수 있는 DoS 공격의 하나인 DCH(Dedicated Channel) 고갈형 DoS 공격에 대한 논의하고 정상 사용자의 패킷 사용 패턴을 이용한 탐지 기법을 제안한다.
