지리 교육 교재로서 지리교과서와 사회과부도의 상호보완성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Mutual Complement between Geography Textbook and Students' Atlas as a Geographic Learning Material)

  • 지리교과서는 부도(atlas)와 함께 공인된 지리 교육 교재로서 교육현장에서 널리 사용되는 책자 형태의 인쇄자료이다. 특히 부도는 지리교과서의 내용을 이해하고 학습하는데 보조적인 역할을 하는 교재로 이해할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 현행 교과서 검정체제하에서 발행되어 교육현장에서 사용하는 교과서와 부도의 상호보완성이 어떻게 구현되며 이와 관련된 문제점은 무엇인지 검토하였다. 지리 교과서와 사회과 부도는 교육과정에 근거하여 편찬되는데 저자들과 제작자들의 교육과정 해석, 교육적 신념과 관심 등에 따라 검정본을 완성하여 제출한다. 검정과정을 통과한 교재는 비로소 교육현장에 배포되어 지리 학습에 활용된다. 교과서와 부도 두 교재의 내용구성은 하나의 교육과정 진술에 대해 다양한 자료가 제시되고 두 교재에 제시된 자료는 상호보완적으로 구성되어 있지만, 때로는 각각의 교과서에 유사한 자료가 제시되거나 교과서에 제시된 자료와 사회과 부도 내용상 구성이 중복되거나 독립적일 수 있다. 현재와 같은 교과서 검정 제도하에서 두 교재가 효율적으로 지리 학습에 활용될 수 있는 방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

BlM실행을 위한 표준계약체계 보완에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Complement of Stand Agreement System for the BlM Implementation)

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) has the great possibility of transforming the AEC industry. BIM will require increased information exchange and mutual collaboration between all stakeholders. BIM implementation and such increased collaboration can affect legal issues and contract provisions. And some legal issues accompanying BIM Implementation will be raised while a large change also comes in responsibility and role between all stakeholders. However, current standard agreement system is based on fragmented agreement between the architect and the owner, and between the owner and the contractor. Another legal obstacles and considerations associated with BIM implementation will be arose from BlM technology and use of BIM. AEC professionals in Korea have long utilized the standard agreement forms as well and look forward complementation of current standard agreement for BlM implementation. Such complement direction for the standard agreement will be examined by investigating the legal issues and overview comparison between AlA E202 and ConsensusDOCS 301.

글로벌 전자무역에서 SWIFT의 TSU BPO의 도입과 과제 (A Study on the Introduction and Implications of the Bank Payment Obligation under SWIFT's Trade Services Utility)

  • SWIFT has designed Trade Services Utility(TSU) to meet the new paradigm of electronic trade. The Trade Services Utility is a matching and workflow application that sits on the SWIFT network. The TSU is designed to help banks offer advanced supply chain services to their corporate customers who are involved in open account trading. Nowadays, the Bank payment obligation(BPO) can optionally be included in a baseline by mutual consent. The BPO is an irrevocable and conditional obligation of an obligor bank(buyers bank) to pay a specified amount to seller's bank according to an established baseline of a single TSU transaction. Therefore, SWIFT enables its customers to automate and standardise financial transactions, thereby lowering costs, reducing operational risk and eliminating inefficiencies from their operations. Whereas, Banks can use the core functionality of the Trade Services Utility to offer competitive services that complement existing services. But SWIFT need to come up with the measures of activating the TSU BPO. So, this paper is to introduce TSU BPO and check the measures for the activation of the TSU BPO under the electronic trade environment.

  • Understanding the consumer changed life styles are integrated, mutual complement for user's worth and consciousness, the life of consumption, etc. Recently, Apartment Model House has built for distribute to Apartment house When they enter the units after 2 or 3 years. So, Interior designer make an inference from the changed life styles. But, We don't have enough information to trace the design trend about residential space design. Design database is correspond with interior space and structured entity relationship. There are three parts in this Database, Type, Elements and Relation information. Type are composed size, ages, style, and space, Elements are materials and space elements. Relation information are publishing, designer, exhibition, construction company, remodeling, Intoner design and User favorite styles are the development in web environment. This research supplies interior design information for Web environment and trend analysis supports collaboration with development of interior design information database.

국제조달시장의 전자무역 구현에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation of E-trade in International Procurement Market)

  • It is very necessary to find how to develop international government procurement by analyzing functions and roles of information providing circumstance and existing total international government procurement information system. In addition, it would require to draw up a way of improving current international government procurement information system based on the problems of existing system. In this study, we analyze the current status of Korean international government procurement information system and give an idea of mutual cooperating with DGMARKET, a good example of international government procurement information system. As a practical method, cooperating with DGMARKET by building each countries' gateway will be very helpful in cost saving and providing information. It will also complement the limitation of Korean system's one way service. But supplying only international government procurement information is insufficient in realization of e-trade in international goverment procurement market. To settle these problems, treating international government procurement as a same field of trade and giving political support and incentive to company which hopes to participate international goverment procurement are absolutely needed.

종합병원 마케팅 전략에 대한 평가;서울시 0병원 직원 ${\cdot}$ 환자 설문조사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Marketing Strategics for General Hospital)

  • As the medical markets have gradually changed from suppliers' markets to consumers' ones, the demands for consumer-centered strategies of hospital management and marketing, improved medical services, etc., have been increasing. Under such circumstances, this study was aimed at evaluating the marketing policies of our hospitals centering around the internal, cxternal and mutual marketing for consumers, and thereby presenting more influential strategies for hospitals. For this purpose, the employees and patients of a third stage general hospital in Seoul were surveyed by means of a questionnaire. All in all, 285 patients and 284 employees answered the questionnaire. The results of the survey can be summarized as follows : First, patients come to a hospital directly, according to rumors or being introduced by its employee. Second, the important factors determining patients' choice of a hospital are facility, medical staff, traffic and employee. Other factors are patient's age, living area, distance between patient's house and hospital, etc. Third, patients' perception of a hospital affects their choice of the hospital. Fourth, employees and patients perceive differently the marketing strategies of the hospital. Fifth, well-planned marketing strategies may change some sources of inconveniences into those of conveniences. Based on the above findings, effective marketing strategies for gonoral hoopitale can be presented as followes. 1. The poblic relations of hospital should be established first with visiting patients and employees. 2. The marketing strategies should be-based on the factors determing patient's preferences for hospital. 3. The marketing strategies should be flcxiblc enough to complement the weak points of the hospital. 4. The marketing strategies should be directed towards the improved medical services as well as mutual actions between consumers and employccs. 5. The marketing strategies should take into consideration employees perception and thus induce their voluntary participation. All in all, the study may be limited in that its results cannot be easily generalizod due to its small size, patients' variublcs rather than qualitative medical services are primarily reviewed, and that it depended on a straight forward questlonnaire survey.

특허와 영업비밀 활용의 상호보완성에 대한 실증분석 (Empirical Analysis of Mutual Complement between Patents and Trade Secrets)

  • 본 연구는 기업의 지식재산 전유방법 중 특허와 영업비밀의 상호관계를 '기업혁신조사' 자료를 활용하여 실증분석하였다. 다수의 선행 이론연구에서는 특허와 영업비밀 활용을 상호대체적인 관계로 가정하여 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 특허와 영업비밀의 활용은 다양한 기업 및 혁신특성에 따라 상호보완적 및 상호대체적으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업 산업 혁신 특성 통제 후 기업의 특허와 영업비밀 선택에 대한 상호관계를 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014년 횡단면 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 2010년 이전에는 특허와 영업비밀이 상호보완적으로 활용되는 것으로 나타난 반면, 2014년 자료에서는 특허와 영업비밀이 상호독립적으로 활용되는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 분석결과가 2012년 이후 조사방식의 변화로 인해 나타났을 가능성을 배제할 수가 없어 추가적인 분석을 하였고, 설문조사 차이점의 영향을 완전히 배제할 수는 없지만, 최근 나타난 특허와 영업비밀 활용 선택의 상호독립적인 결과는 2010년 이후 늘어난 특허출원 건수 및 기업들이 다른 전유방법들 보다 특허활용에 보다 중점을 둔 것이 원인일 수 있음을 보였다.

건강가정지원센터의 가족품앗이사업 활성화를 위한 정책적 제안 - 지역화폐 도입을 중심으로- (A LETS (Local Exchange and Trading System) Policy Proposal for Revitalizing the Healthy Family Support Center's Family-Cooperative Activities (Pumasi) Project)

  • The first local exchange trading system(LETS), established in Comox Valley in Canada, aimed at facilitating the regional economy. However, in Korea, LETS was adopted to encourage mutual aid and promote community spirit among residents. This study examines the feasibility of LETS as a revitalization initiative for Pumasi and suggests a number of policies that can be implemented to support the project. The findings are as follows: First, the LETS credit system was found to complement social capital initiatives among Pumasi participants in the early stages of the Pumasi project. Second, combining LETS and Pumasi initiatives was found to consolidate community spirit and encourage a cooperative way of life among participants due to the fact that LETS enlarges the scope of local residents' participation and diversifies the services being exchanged. A number of policy suggestions are made for combining LETS with Pumasi. First, the project must define a vision of its long-term purpose and outcomes. Second, local residents should be employed as assistants to facilitate the project. Third, Pumasi participants should ensure that childcare exchange services are of the highest quality by providing an educational program on parenting. Fourth, the project manager's employment conditions and working environments must be guaranteed.

  • 이 연구는 특정소방대상물의 소방시설에 대한 자체점검을 수행하는 소방시설관리사의 운용실태를 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 도시 공설소방서비스로 소방검사를 보완하는 자체점검을 수행하는 소방시설관리사를 대상으로 직무환경, 제도환경, 운용환경 등에 대해 설문조사를 실시하여 소방시설관리사제도의 운용실태에 대한 문제점을 실증적으로 파악하였다. 연구에 나타난 결과는 자체점검에 대한 법적 제도적 장치미비로 건물주와 소방검사원 그리고 소방시설관리사 상호간에 갈등이 있는 것으로 나타나 제도정착을 위해서는 상호보완 협력적 관계를 정립해야 할 것으로 나타났다.
