Purposes: This study aims to investigate the determinants of change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior(CO-OCB) of hospital employees and test the mediating effect of the job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the CO-OCB. Methods: Data were collected from the self-administered questionnaire survey for hospital employees of ten hospitals located in five regions, including Seoul. Out of 1,100 questionnaires which were distributed through the administrative routes, a total of 617 copies were returned(response rate 56.1%) and analyzed by frequency analysis, t-tests, correlation analysis, multiple regression, and path analysis using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Findings: The study results revealed that the explanatory power(56.4%) of the model was most significantly increased by the variables of psychological attributes(R²-change 33,5%). Also, the variables of self-efficacy, followed by hope, the organizational climate for innovation, the psychological safety climate, team-member exchange, and leader-member exchange were found to have positive total effects on CO-OCB, through the mediating variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Practical Implications: The study results imply that, in order to improve the CO-OCB of hospital employees, the administrators have to take the integrated approach considering the various domains of factors including the psychological attributes, job characteristics, interpersonal relations, and organizational climate simultaneously.

The aims of this study were to investigate the relationships among mothers' emotion expression, preschool children's temperament, and preschool children's emotion regulation. The participants in this study were 75 5-year-old children from five child-care centers located in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The major findings were as follows. First, mothers' positive emotion expression had a positive influence on children's effortful control, and mothers' negative emotion expression had a positive influence on children's negative affect. Second, mothers' positive emotion expression had a positive influence on children's emotion regulation, while mothers' negative emotion expression had a negative influence on children's emotion regulation. Last, the effect of mothers' positive emotion expression on children's emotion regulation was fully mediated by children's effortful control. Also, the effect of mothers' negative emotion expression on children's emotion regulation was partially mediated by children's negative affect. These results suggest that mothers' emotion expression and children's temperament may predict children's emotion regulation.

Information integration of heterogeneous digital parts libraries or electronic pars catalogs is one of issues in B2B procurements. We need to provide an integrated view for multiple information sources. Utilization of ontologies as the metadata descriptions of the information sources can provide an integrated view. However, in order to integrate independently developed ontologies, the mismatches among them should be resolved. In this paper, we propose an ontology of meta-concepts, i.e. meta-ontology. The meta-concepts play the role of vocabulary to describe the parts library ontologies and provide well-established ontological semantics that helps the ontology modelers to consistently identify parts library concepts and systematically structure them. Consequently, the meta-ontology reduces the differences in the way the parts knowledge is interpreted and ensures the mismatches are confined to manageable mis matches, so that a software program can merge automatically. Modeling ontologies of mold and die parts libraries for B2B e-commerce is taken as an example to show how to use the meta-ontology. We also discuss how a parts library mediation system can automatically merge the well-structured parts library ontologies.

This study explored the determinant variables influence of Chinese consumers' purchase intention towards products featured in Korean TV dramas vis-$\grave{a}$-vis product placement (PPL). We invited 248 Chinese adult consumers who had watched Korean TV dramas in last twelve months to participate in this survey. Data analyses were conducted by Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability test, confirmatory factor analysis, t -test, analysis of variance and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 21.0. We chose PPL effects, product quality perceptions, and product trust as main independent variables. The empirical analysis results demonstrate that female (versus male) and frequency of (or longer time) watching dramas resulted in higher perceived consumer PPL effects, product quality, trust and purchase intention. The positive effects of the product quality and product trust on purchase intentions were confirmed. There are additional mediation effects of product quality perceptions and trust on the relationship between consumer demographic characteristics (gender), TV drama watching conditions (frequency and time) and purchase intention. This research can help Korean corporations produce effective advertising by indicating how PPL affects Chinese consumer consumption behavior. The results are useful for the Chinese government and consumer organizations to improve the domestic consumption environment by developing effective TV drama PPL policies.

This study investigates the effects of parental abuse and neglect on school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem in adolescents. Participants consisted of 2,259 middle school students from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Study 2012. Secondary questionnaire data on parental abuse and neglect, self-esteem, and school life adjustment are used for this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Cronbach's a, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Baron and Kenny's method determined the mediation effect. SPSS ver 18.0 was adopted. The results were as follows. First, parental abuse and neglect were negatively correlated with the adolescent school life adjustment; however self-esteem was positively correlated with adolescent school life adjustment. Second, the results of the regression analysis revealed that adolescent school life adjustment was influenced both directly and indirectly; parental abuse had a direct effect on adolescents' school life adjustment and also had an indirect effect on mediated by self-esteem. Parental neglect had a direct effect on adolescent school life adjustment and had an indirect effect on adolescent school life adjustment mediated by self-esteem. The results indicated that self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship of parental abuse and the school life adjustment. Also, self-esteem plays a crucial variable in the relationship between parental neglect and school life adjustment.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to test the mediating effect of depression in the relationship between emotional labor and quality of sleep among dental hygienists. Methods: A purposive sample of 224 subjects in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province was recruited for convenient sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression using Baron and Kenny steps for mediation. Results: The mean scores for overall emotional labor, quality of life, and depression were $33.14{\pm}5.55$, $7.49{\pm}2.82$, and $19.20{\pm}10.45$, respectively. They were significantly correlated with each other. Depression had a mediating effect(${\beta}=.52$, p<.001) in the relationship between emotional labor and quality of sleep(Sobel test: Z= 6.82, p =.001). Conclusions: The findings of this study suggest that intervention programs focusing on preventing depression are highly recommended to improve quality of life among dental hygienists in relation to emotional labor.

Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the mediating effects of health promotion behaviors on the correlation between self-perceived health and medical care utilization among older adults. Methods: This study used data from a. Data were analyzed with frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Mediation analysis was performed according to the Sobel test. Results: The self-perceived health and some health promotion behaviors in older adults had a statistically significant effect on medical care utilization. Only the nutritional management of health promotion behaviors had a mediating effect on the relation between the self-perceived health and medical care utilization of older adults. Conclusions: The nutritional management of older adults was confirmed as an important factor to health promotion and prevention. This study was meaningful in that it identified the political directions for establishing health care policy for the older adults.

본 논문은 열린대학(및 열린병원) 구현을 위한 캠퍼스내(종합병원내)에서의 무선 LAN을 이용한 멀티미디어 원격교육(및 원격진료) 시스템 구현에 관한 연구이다. 본 시스템은 정보통신 기술과 멀티미디어 기술이 접목되어 개발된 시스템이다. 또한 본 시스템은 성균관대학교의 원격교육시스템을 확장한 개념이기도 하다. 또한 본 원격교육 시스템은 멀티미디어 미들웨어에 의해 실시간 상호참여형 환경과 IP multicasting을 제공하고 있다.본 시스템은 캠퍼스 내에서 AP(Access Point)을 사용한 무선 LAN과 캠퍼스와 캠퍼스 사이의 T1/E1 네트워크로 구성되어 있다. 이것은 로밍지역을 해결하기 위한 handoff와 중재를 위한 다중 브릿지을 사용함으로써 구현이 가능하다. Abstract In this paper, we propose a multimedia distance education system(or telemedicine) using a wireless LAN for an inner campus university/hospital, which is intended to implement an open university. This system is implemented by a high technology of multimedia and information communication software. Also, this system is an enhanced and expanded system of the conventional distance education of SKKU(Sung Kyun Kwan University). The structure of this system consists of a T1/E1 network(information super high way) between campuses and wireless LAN using the AP(Access Pointer) inner campus. It will be able to use a use multiple bridge for mediation and hand off to solve roaming areas. This distance education system supports a real-time collaboration environment and IP multicasting by multimedia middleware for collaboration.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to test the prescribed mediating effect of a sense of job oppression by considering the relationship between emotional labor and work satisfaction. Methods: This study was carried out using the data published in 2016 by the Korea Labor & Society Institute in An Investigation of Quality of Life and the Working Environment in the Service Industry. The data were collected from 638 workers at department stores. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression with Baron and Kenny steps for mediation. Results: After investigating the mediating effect of a sense of job oppression in the relationship between emotional labor and work satisfaction, it was confirmed that the effect was partially meaningful. It was also determined that the greater the intensity of their emotional labor was, the lower was their satisfaction with their working life. Additionally, the workers felt that the greater their sense of job oppression, the lower was their sense of satisfaction with work. Conclusions: In order to increase work satisfaction, it is required for guidelines for reducing job oppression and the intensity of emotional labor to be proposed or established.

Purpose: This study explored factors affecting the purchase of fair trade hand-made products. We focused on the difference between the mediating effect of purchase intention and purchase purpose, and verified the additional effectiveness of premium prices. Research design, data and methodology: The data was collected through an online survey. The reliability and validity of each variable used in the questionnaire were verified. Then, each hypothesis was analyzed through multiple regression analysis. Results: First, individual social responsibility and purchasing experience of general fair trade products have a definitive effect on the intention of purchasing fair trade hand-made products. Second, the willingness to pay premium prices varies depending on whether it is an individual's consumption or consumption for others. Third, the higher the individual's social responsibility and experience in purchasing fair trade products, the more willing he is to pay premium prices. Fourth, the purchase intention of fair trade hand-made products is to have the effect of partial mediation. Fifth, when choosing a gift for an adult, it was determined that the consumer was willing to pay premium prices the highest amount. Conclusions: In terms of factors affecting the purchase of fair trade hand-made products at premium prices, it was confirmed that individuals' social responsibilities and purchases of fair trade general products had an impact.
