The purpose of the study is to investigate the actual conditions of ready-to-wear Hanbok and is to establish the standard sizes for the women's ready-to-wear Hanbok. Twelve ready-to-wear Hanbok shops were investigated for the actual survey. Body measurements were taken from May to June, 1990 from 329 female college students living in the Seoul and Buchon. The ages of the subjects were 18"26. Thirty seven measurements were taken from each subject and analized for the results. Data were analized by factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results were as follows ; 1. As a result of the actual survey, the situation of the quality label was not enough. The size classification was not unified, and was not trusted statistically, it cannot satisfied consumers. 2. Factor analysis identified the two dimensions of body measurements 1 one was relevant to the height measurements including stature and to the length measurements of limbs, and the other was relevant to the trunk girth measurements and the limbs girth measurements. 3. because of plane construction of Hanbok, employed in this thesis was bl-dimensional sizing system using two controle dimensions including height factor(stature) and girth factor(bust girth) . 4. The Multiple regression formula was developed for estimating secondary dimensions of Hanbok Construction, in which stature and bust girth were posited as independent variables. 5. As a results, about 88.6371 of expected distribution were covered by 9 sizes, which were used as the basis for defining sizing system for Hanbok construction.tion.

Most of companies related to the area of B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new designed process based on the concept of virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprise can take on many forms and definitions. Nevertheless, the rationale for this business model is clear cooperate to compete, the virtual organization advocates collaboration, partnerships, alliance and similar ideas. This studyintends to suggest an empirical clue to test several hypotheses related to the influence of environmental. organizational, and technological factor to the successful implementation of virtual enterprise in automobile industry. This research surveyed 91 corporations in Korean automobile part industry. Among those samples 86 data of corporate general managers turned out to be statistically valid. This study performed the factor analysis, Cronbach-alpha test. Pearson correlation analysis for testing the validity and the reliability of this research. The results of factor analysis and reliability test indicate that thirty issues to be surveyed are to be grouped into nine factors. The result of multiple regression shows that the influencing factors of eight independent variables on a dependent variable are cooperation between partners, information intensity, IT compatibility, IS maturity. The partners in the strategic alliance will have to trust each other in carrying out their designated roles and responsibilities. and supplying the correct information critical for creating value in virtual business environment.
The purpose of this study was to investigate body image as attitude toward physical appearance, and appearance-management behavior, and to analyze the relationship between body image and life style which affects consumer behavior. The method of the study was survey research by using questionnaires. Subjects were 323 women in their twenties. Statistical analysis methods were frequency, percentage. factor analysis, discrimination analysis, one-way ANOVA, x 2- test, and Duncan's multiple range test. The results of the study were as follows. As for appearance-management behaviors of woman in her twenties. 60.1% of all respondents experienced in diet. 31.6% experienced in plastic operation, 47.4% experienced in skin care, 44.9% experienced in perfect make up, and 84.8% experienced in hair dyeing. The group with high appearance concern showed high body satisfaction. Life-style factors were analyzed into 5 factors. The group with low appearance concern considered active family-focus life factor importantly, the group with middle appearance concern considered social life factor, and the group with high appearance concern considered self-focus life type and conspicuous consumption life factor. A significant difference was found in body image between groups according to social level and demographic characteristics. The female group in the mid twenties who majors in arts and athletics, resides on southern part of Han river, and belongs to high society was analyzed to show high appearance concern and body satisfaction. and many experiences of appearance-management behaviors.
The purpose of this study was to clarify differences in their perceptions in relation to clothing quality and service quality of internet shopping mall according to classified consumer groups by clothing involvement. The 248 questionnaires were collected from female and male students of university who experienced browsing at the website for clothing shopping. Using SPSS Win package, Cronbach's $\alpha$, frequency. percentage, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, SNK multiple range test and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results could be summarized as follows. First. the dimension of clothing involvement divided consumers into three different groups: fashion/importance group, pleasure group and symbol group. Second, the significant differences among the classified clothing involvement groups were found in the perceptions in relation to clothing product quality and service quality of internet shopping mall. Third. pleasure and symbol of clothing involvement, physical attributes and expressive goals of clothing quality, and product assortment and promotion of service quality in the internet shopping mall had an effect on the purchase intend of internet shopping mall.
The purpose of this study was to identify the issues which how situational constraints of negotiation affect outcomes. To achieve the purpose of this research, a multiple regression model was set up to identify the relationships between situational constraints of negotiation and negotiation outcome on international trade contracts. To implement the study, empirical questionnaires were collected from Korean business men who have actually conducted international trade with foreign firms. Reliability analysis and factor analysis were used to assess the reliability and validity of research variables. and multiple regression analysis were used for testing the relationships between situational constraints of negotiation and negotiation outcome. From this study, following results were identified; i) situational constraints of negotiation effects on negotiation outcomes ii) arbitrary and continuous situations affect significantly positive on negotiation outcomes iii) submissive situations affect significantly negative effects on negotiation outcomes In conclusion, participant of negotiation and their managers try to promote negotiation situation toward to arbitrary and continuous situations if they have any availability.

The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting compulsive buying behavior purchasing behavior. Four hundred female college students who have purchased fashion products via Internet shopping or TV home shopping were surveyed. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and multiple regression analysis were used. As the results, 16.3% of respondents were revealed as compulsive buyers. For materialism instrument, four factors of materialism were found and labeled as 'material'. 'consumption', 'happiness', and 'economic value' factors. Also, two factors of entertainment pursuit were also identified as 'change' and 'adventure' pursuit. There were statistically significant differences between compulsive buyers and non-compulsive buyers in terms of materialism, success, and change pursuit, self-esteem, compensation, impulsive purchasing, and binge eating. Compulsive consumption scores were correlated to higher materialism, compensatory, impulsive purchasing, binge eating, shifting, entertainment pursuit, and lower self-esteem. Also, results of multiple regression revealed that compensatory, binge eating, and happiness pursuit were significantly to related to compulsive buying.

The kinetic analysis of energetic materials using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) is proposed. Friedman Isoconversional method is applied to DSC experiment data and AKTS software is used for analysis. The frequency factor and activation energy are extracted as a function of product mass fraction. The extracted kinetic scheme does not assume multiple chemical steps to describe the response of energetic materials; instead, multiple set of Arrhenius factors are used in describing a single global step. The proposed kinetic scheme has considerable advantage over the standard method based on One-Dimenaionl Time to Explosion (ODTX). Reaction rate and product mass fraction simulation are conducted to validate extracted kinetic scheme. Also a slow cook-off simulation is implemented for validating the applicability of the extracted kinetics scheme to a practical thermal experiment.
Most published work on product quality focuses on manufactured goods. The subject of service quality has received less attention. This distinction is important because some of the quality-improving strategies avaliable to manufacturers may be inappropriate for service firms. Services are performances, not objects. They are often produced in the presence of the customer, as in the cause of hotel restaurant services, quality occurs during service delivery, usually in an interaction between the customer and contact personnel of service firm. for this reason, service quality is highly dependent on the performance of employees, an organizational resource that cannot be controlled to the degree that components of tangible goods can be engineered. The study has begun as a basic study for customer satisfaction-oriented management in understanding the service quality of food & beverage products and through a systematic analysis of it. The major purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the customer satisfaction and service quality in consideration of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance. An empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies. 286 customer at first class hotels in Seoul were selected as samples of this study. The time period of research was from February through March 1999, and answers were processed by SAS to yield frequency analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and regression analysis. The finding of the statistical treatment are frequencies, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. SERVQUAL method was used the service quality evaluation methods. After factor analysis, it was resulted to 3 factors. those were factor 1(assurance.empathy.responsiveness), factor 2(reliability), factor 3(tangibility). The findings of the statistical treatment are as follows. First, the attribute measurement of performance service quality was affected by customer satisfaction. Second, the attribute measurement of performance service qualify was affected by repurchase intention. Third, The attribute measurement of performance customer satisfaction was affected by repurchase intention. The result of study model was followed, service quality was affected repurchase intention than customer satisfaction. indirected effect through, service duality and customer satisfaction was affected repurchase intention.
This study was conducted to develop a multiple-item scale for measuring the food service quality in the restaurant industry. For developing the scale, Kelly Repertory Grid Methods were conducted. Collected data of food service quality were analyzed with the reliability analysis and the factor analysis of SPSS 12.0 and the 3rd-order confirmatory factor analysis of LISREL 8.70. The food service quality model of this study is conceptually based on the Brady and Cronin(2001)'s hierarchical approach to the service quality model. The hierarchical model of the food service quality which comprises three constructs of the physical environment quality, the interaction quality and the food quality as a primary dimension. The hierarchical approaches to the food service quality help overcome the limitations of the SERVQUAL model for which some arguments have been made that it lacks a clear division between the dimensions and its subsequent overlapping between them.
The purpose of this research was to examine the discrimination between grit and passion; and to compare the relationship between grit and passion between eastern and western culture. The participants were 208 Korean and 251 American undergraduates. Multiple-group factor analysis confirmed the model of four (consistency of interest, perseverance of efforts, harmonious passion, and obsessive passion) factors by configural invariance and partial measurement invariance. Also we found positive correlation between consistency of interest and harmonious passion as well as negative correlation between consistency of interest and obsessive passion in the American sample. However, the correlation between grit(consistency of interest, perseverance of efforts) and passion(harmonious passion, obsessive passion) was not significant in the Korean sample. The results suggest that grit is not accompanied by passion among Korean university students. Findings empirically highlight the distinctiveness of grit and passion and the possibility of cultural differences in grit and passion, which were usually discussed western cultures.
