PZT 후막의 치밀성 향상에 따른 PZT 다층 후막의 구조적 특성 (Structural properties of PZT multilayer thick films of improved densification)

  • Ferroelectric PZT (70/30) thick films were fabricated by the screen printing method. And the PZT (30/70) precusor solution were infiltrated by the spin-coating method on the PZT thick films to obtain a densification. All PZT thick films were sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 10 min. Structural properties, such as crystalline structure, microstructures and compositional ratio, of PZT thick films were investigated with the variation of the number of sol coatings using XRD, SEM and EDS, respectively. All PZT thick films exhibited a perovskite polycrystalline structure without a pyrochloer phase. The thickness of PZT thick films, 4-times screen-printed, was approximately $60{\mu}m$. And the densification of the PZT thick films increased with increasing the number of sol coatings.

  • In this paper, PZT(20/80) thick films were fabricated by the screen-printing method. And the PZT(80/20) coating solution was synthesized by the sol-gel method. PZT(20/80) thick films were screen-printed on the alumina substrates. PZT(80/20) thin film was spin-coated on the PZT(20/80) thick films to obtain densification. And the structural and electrical properties of PZT thick films were investigated with variation of sintering temperature. The PZT specimen sintered at 650f showed good relative dielectric constant of 219 and dielectric loss of 2.45%. Also the remanent polarization and the coercive field were 16.48${\mu}C/cm^2$ and 35.48kV/cm, respectively.

  • Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)-aluminum complex($AlQ_3$) having greenish luminescent characteristics was synthesized and it was confirmed with UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and FT-IR spectroscopy that $AlQ_3$ was successfully synthesized. Thin films of $AlQ_3$ having multilayer structure were prepared by spin coating method and vacuum evaporation technique. Photopluminescent characteristics of these films were investigated by Luminescence spectroscopy and Current-Voltage(I-V) characteristics of these films were also investigated.

  • In this study, $(Ba_{0.7}\;Sr_{0.3})TiO_3$ was coated on Pt/Ti/$SiO_2$/Si wafer by using Sol-Gel method. Coating process was repeated 3~5 times and then sintered at 750[$^{\circ}C$] for 1 hour. Each specimen was analyzed structure and electrical characteristics. In structure characteristics, EDX analyzed the samples ratio of the formation on the structural property. Thermal behavior was observed with TG-DTA and concluded that the heat-treatment of the samples was degreed 750[$^{\circ}C$]. Surface and section of thin films were observed with SEM.

  • In this study, Organic electroluminescent(EU devices with multilayer structures were fabricated using tris (8-hydroxy quinolinate) aluminum($Alq_3$) as an electron-tran sporting emitting layer and TPD(N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine : aromatic diamine) as a hole-transporting layer. A cell with a structure of glass substrate/indium-tin-oxide(ITO)/$Alq_3$/TPD/Mg:In exhibited bright green electroluminescence from the TPD layer. The peak intensity of TPD and $Alq_3$ different from spin coating and vacuum evaporation. The peak emission energy shifts to a higher energy with deposition technique. An emission peak at 500nm was achieved at a driving voltage of 30V.

바인더 유리전이온도에 따른 그린시트의 물리적 특성 (Physical Properties of Green Sheets According to Glass Transition Temperature of Binder)

  • The properties of LTCC green sheets formed by the MLS-22 powder of NEG Inc. were investigated for acrylic binders with different PVB and Tg in the variation of temperature. The elongation of the green sheets showed large variation depending on the temperature, and was rapidly decreased near the Tg of the sheets. With the increase of the ratio of plasticizer/binder (P/B), large elongation of the sheets was observed due to the decrease of the Tg. In the stacking process of the multilayer ceramic, the optimal control of the temperature is highly required depending on the Tg of the binder and the ratio of P/Buniform coating.

Exciplex를 이용한 백색 유기 전계발광소자의 발광특성 (Emission Properties of White Light Emission Organic Electroluminescent Device using Exciplex Emission)

  • We report the white light emission from the multilayer organic electroluminescent(EL) device using exciplex emission. The exciplex at 500nm originated between poly(N-vinylcarvazole)(PVK) and 2,5-bis(5'-tert-butyl-2-benzoxazoly)thiophene(BBOT) and exciplex of 50nm originated from N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-(3-methyphenyl)-1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine(TPD) and BBOT were observed. Also, the energy transfer from PVK to BBOT and poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) in mixed emitting materials was occurred. The electroluminescence(EL) spectra of organic EL device which have a device structure of ITO/CuPc(5nm)/emitting layer(100nm)/BBOT(30nm)/LiF(1.4nm)/Al(200nm) were slightly changed as a function of the applied voltage. The luminance fo 12.3 ${\mu}$W/$\textrm{cm}^2$ was achieved at 20V and EL spectrum measured at 20V corresponds to Commission Internationale de L\`Eclairage(CIE) coordinates of x=0.29 and y=0.353.
