본 연구는 휴먼서비스분야 실천현장에서 요구되는 다문화 역량의 중요성을 강조하면서 다문화에 대한 대학의 교육 실태와 학생들의 다문화 역량에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 분석한 결과, 문화적 역량 수준은 평균 3.49점으로 중간 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 외국경험에 있어서는 외국을 방문한 경험을 가지고 있거나 외국에서 거주한 적이 있거나, 외국인 친구가 있거나, 외국어로 의사소통이 가능하다고 응답한 학생들의 문화적 역량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 조사대상자의 성별과 전공에 따른 문화적 역량을 비교한 결과, 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 조사결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 해외 자원봉사활동을 적극 지원하고, 다른 문화적 배경을 가진 집단을 위한 국내 자원봉사활동에도 학생들의 참여를 독려할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to analyze the multicultural content of the Korean Elementary School Textbook revised in 2015. This study abstracted the framework of multicultural factors for analysis of multicultural contents from the research on "Revision Guidelines by Analysis of Multicultural Factors in Secondary Curriculum and Textbook". The analyzed textbook is the integrated winter textbooks for both the first and second grades revised curriculum in 2015. Several findings were represented as follows: first, the frequency of multicultural content displayed five times in first grade and nineteen times in second grade respectively. Second, the analyzed textbooks did not include contents directly associated with multiculturalism. Activities and experience is important in the acceptance of unfamiliar cultures Thus, multicultural contents' frequency of within textbooks is very crucial. Finally, the revised curriculum focused on activities and experiences about the theme and content in the textbook and was developed around block chassis. For teaching the textbook content, teachers must perfectly understand textbooks through teacher training. The textbooks of reflecting right values on multiculturalismIn. this respect, elementary school curriculum and textbook content should be improved by supplementary revision fitting for the growth of humanity in the multicultural era.

본 연구는 보육교사의 다문화수용성이 다문화역량을 매개로 조직효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 목적으로 서울시 C대학교에 재학 중인 보육교사 327명을 임의표집하여 설문조사를 하였고, IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0을 활용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화차별성과 다문화지식간의 관계, 국민정체성, 다문화차별성, 세계시민행동의지와 다문화인식간의 관계, 다문화지식과 조직적응성간의 관계, 다문화인식과 조직적응성, 조직생산성간의 관계, 국민정체성과 조직생산성간의 관계, 다문화차별성과 조직생산성간의 관계, 세계시민행동의지와의 관계에서 정적인 관계가 있었고, 이중적평가간의 관계는 부적인 관계가 있었다. 둘째. 다문화인식만 조직적응성과 조직생산성에 영향을 미침으로 매개효과가 나타났다. 따라서 융합시대에 어린이집의 조직효과성을 향상시키기 위해서는 조직효과성의 하위요인인 조직적응성, 조직생산성과 연계하여 다문화인식에 관련된 교육프로그램이 보육교사들에게 필요하다.

우리나라도 다문화사회로 진입하면서 이제 다문화라는 사회적 변화를 마주하게 되었고 이를 통일의 '개념'과 통일을 준비하는 '주체'에 대한 확장된 성찰과 접근을 요구하게 되었다. 이에 따라 다문화주의에 기반을 둔 통일교육이 새롭게 제시되기 시작했으며 기독교통일교육 분야에서도 새로운 변화에 대한 제안을 반영하는 추세다. 하지만, 대부분의 연구는 새로운 접근에 대한 방향 제시 및 소개로 구성되어 실질적인 실천에 대한 체계나 가이드라인은 미미하다. 파편적으로 나열되는 정보는 개념정립에 있어 혼란을 되레 야기할 수 있으며 구체적인 실천 방안의 결여는 곧 미미한 결과로 이어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 다문화시대에 새롭게 등장하는 기독교통일교육의 현주소를 살피고 구체화함으로써 개념에 대한 혼란을 예방하고 더 나아가 다문화시대에 적합한 기독교통일교육의 실천 방안을 보편적학습설계를 통해 소개함으로써 구체적인 체계를 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 1) 다문화 시대에 요구되어지는 기독교통일교육의 개념을 구체화하고 2) 다문화적 접근의 기독교통일교육의 획일화 및 확산에 있어 보편적학습설계의 새로운 접근이 가능한지 알아보는 데 있다. 구체적으로 보편적학습설계가 다문화적 기독교통일교육의 목적을 달성하는 데 적합한 방법론인지 알아보고 보편적학습설계가 다문화 기독교통일교육의 다양성을 존중하면서 획일화에 도움을 주는 적절한 모델인지 알아보는 데 초점을 두었다. 그 결과, 다문화 기독교통일교육과 UDL 모두 이질감을 '다름'으로 인정하고 이를 이해하고 수용하는 것에 집중한다는 것과 보편적학습설계의 이론과 가이드라인이 다문화 기독교교육에 융통적으로 적용될 때 다문화 기독교통일교육의 다양성이 체계 속에서 획일화될 수 있음을 파악할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 보육교사를 대상으로 다문화역량이 조직효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고 어린이집의 조직효과성을 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위하여 C대학교에 재학 중인 보육교사 258명을 편의 표집하여 설문조사 하였고, PASW를 활용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화지식과 조직생산성, 조직적응성, 조직몰입, 직무만족간의 관계에서는 조직생산성, 조직적응성과 직무만족간의 관계에서 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째. 다문화인식과 조직생산성, 조직적응성, 조직몰입간의 관계에서는 모두 정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 다문화지식과 다문화인식이 조직몰입, 조직적응성, 조직생산성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 다문화지식이 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 융합시대에 어린이집의 조직효과성을 향상시키기 위해서는 다문화지식과 다문화인식에 관련된 교육 프로그램이 보육교사들에게 필요하다.

The era of globalization provides us with both opportunities and threats. The success of a multinational corporation depends largely on its ability to adapt itself to new market environment. We believe that understanding and implementing multicultural PR strategy can be a key to the multinational corporations' success in foreign markets. We argue in this paper that even a global iconic company such as Google needs to focus on how to understand local consumers' needs and preferences before formulating and implementing PR strategy. Having a global hit product or service is not sufficient enough to be successful in some foreign markets. It is especially more evident in the industries where companies deal with individual consumers, and perceptions and sentiments play a large role in their purchase decisions. The objective of this research is to find out the relationship between multicultural PR strategy and business performance. Therefore, our main hypothesis is; better implementation of multicultural PR strategy by a multinational corporation will result in higher performance in the foreign markets. To prove the relationship between multicultural PR strategy and performance, we designed a framework that uses Rudan's (2004) five rules for multicultural PR strategy. It is a contribution to the business academics as there are very few studies that directly focus on and analyze the multicultural aspects of a multinational company's PR strategy. Through our research, we found strong evidence that there is a positive relationship between the level and effectiveness of a company's multicultural PR strategy and its performance in the foreign markets. This offers some meaningful implications to the managers of the multinational corporations and those who are considering going into a foreign market for the first time. We also suggested a way of measuring the implementation of multicultural PR strategy. By applying five rules for multicultural PR strategy to Google's PR activities, it allowed us to convert qualitative information into quantitative data. This kind of tool can be helpful for multinational corporations that want to evaluate their own PR activities.

2020년 무렵 한국사회는 급속한 정보통신기술(ICT)발전에 따른 디지털 양극화의 심화문제와 함께, 100만 명에 이르는 본격적인 다문화사회가 시작될 것으로 예상되는 점에서, 본 연구는 이러한 시대도래에 적합한 정보격차를 해소하는 다문화정책에 대한 논의를 전개하였다. 따라서 이러한 새로운 패러다임 변화환경 아래에서의 한국 다문화 가족 관련 정보서비스가 확대 및 강화되는 미래전략방향을 탐색하였다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 바람직한 미래상을 시나리오플래닝을 통하여 고찰하여 보고 이의 달성을 위한 향후 추진방향을 모색하였다. 그 결과 ICT에 기반을 둔 데이터 서비스통합형의 개방된 플랫폼 전자정부 구축이 향후 한국 다문화사회에 있어서의 바람직한 미래상으로 제시되었다.

본격적인 글로벌시대를 맞이하여, 지역수준에서에서의 자본, 상품, 문화의 초국가적 이동과 교류가 활발히 진행되어가고 있는 가운데, 이동과 교류의 직접적인 장이 되고 있는 지역의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내에서 야기되고 있는 다문화담론의 주요 대상인 결혼이주여성에 초점을 맞추어 고령군에서 실시하고 있는 다문화 시책의 현황을 분석하고 문제점과 과제를 도출하고자 했다. 그 결과, 고령군의 다문화가정에 대한 지원은 고령군청과 교육청이 주축이 되어 실시하고 있었으나, 유사한 지원내용이 중점적으로 실시되고 있음에도 불구하고 관련기관간의 연계가 부족하여 지원내용을 개선하고 향상시키고자하는 노력은 나타나지 않았다. 지역에서의 다문화현상을 정확하게 인식하고, 그에 따른 적절한 내용과 지원을 하기 위해서는 지자체가 다문화가정에 대한 지원의 중심이 되어 지역 내의 자원과 인재를 적지적소에 활용하는 통합정책이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대, 변화하는 공공도서관의 역할과 대응방안을 보여주는 사례로 독일 쾰른 시립도서관이 지역사회 이용자들에게 제공하는 다양한 프로그램의 구성 및 내용을 살펴보고 그 시사점에 대해 논의한다. 개관이래 지속적으로 독일 도서관 교육의 선도적 역할을 수행해 온 쾰른 시립도서관은 4차 산업혁명이라는 역동적인 시대의 흐름에 맞추어 정보와 지식을 생산하고 문화를 창달하는 중심지가 되기 위해 스스로 변화하고 있다. 도서의 수집 및 보존이라는 도서관의 전통적인 기능을 넘어, 쾰른 시립도서관은 현재 지역 구성원들이 영화, 음악, 게임 등 다양한 문화들을 체험하고 문화를 창조할 수 있는 지역사회의 복합문화공간의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 독일 쾰른 시립도서관의 프로그램은 향후 한국의 공교육 차원에서 한국 공공 도서관의 기능과 역할을 재구상하고 지역 구성원을 위한 도서관 콘텐츠를 기획하는 데에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

In Korea has been supplied a large quantities of apartments since 1970s. The deteriorated middle-rise apartments of 1970s' have been rebuilt. It isn't lucrative to reconstruct the high-rise Apartment estates of the early 1990s' new towns in the capital area. Therefore the sustainable regeneration strategies of them have to be found. This research have been focused on the social and economical changes based on demography and the turning of technology and paradigm, the cities competitiveness compared with 2nd era new towns, physical deterioration of themselves. In these aspects, high-rise apartment estates in the 1st new towns face to 10 challenges such as an aging society, a multicultural society, U-city, an environmentally-friendly situation, the cities competitiveness of social, conomical and physical environment, the declining of estates, buildings and units. This study analyzed problems of 1st new town apartment estates and suggested regeneration tasks in accordence with those problems. The tasks are as follows. To accommodate the 1st new town apartment estates to social changes, they need to have a variety of community facilities and units, an opportunity of esidents participation. to establish a self-sufficient economy, a community usiness has to be vitalized and an ecological environment, an infrastructure of u-city and an improvement of physical environment obtained.
