완충시스템을 장착한 고충격 발생기구의 동특성 해석 및 실험 (Dynamic Analysis and Experiments of High Impulsive Force Device with Isolation System)

  • The aim of this study is to obtain the useful design guideline for high impulsive force device with an isolation system by the analytic approach of dynamics characteristics. In this study, the high impulsive force system was modeled and analyzed in view of multi-body dynamics, and verified the modeling and analysis result by the experiment of the high impulsive force device. Additionally, the dynamic analysis was performed for the isolation system with the selected coefficients of elastic spring and damper selected. Experimental result for the high impulsive force device with the isolation system was compared and analyzed. From the result, it was confirmed that the design guideline for the isolation system of the high impulsive force device was useful.

  • In this study, a large bus is tested for measuring the steering response based on the slarom test and step steer test. A full car model by using ADAMS/Car is established for computer simulation. For bus modeling, user defined templates are made and used in the simulation. Simulation results according to the slarom and step steer test are compared to the physical experiments, in which several sensors are installed to measure vehicle responses. The results obtained from the comparison show a good agreement with regard to the vehicle velocity and steering angle.

다물체 모델링을 이용한 외륜 고정형 Cycloid 감속기의 Offset에 의한 핀반력 및 진동차이 분석 (Multibody modeling and Analysis on Difference of Pin-reaction Force and Vibration caused by Offset in Fixed Outer Ring Type Cycloidal Speed Reducer)

  • A cycloid speed reducer is a type of the speed reducers. The cycloid speed reducer has a eccentric rotating motion and offset to avoid some problem of assembly, so it has a disadvantage for vibration. In this paper, a multi-body dynamic model is developed for a cycloid speed reducer and the dynamic behaviors of the reducer are investigated. The cycloid speed reducer consists of cycloidal plate gears, housing gear, input shaft, output pin and shaft, and eccentric bearings. Using a CAD program, each component of cycloid reducer is modeled based on the offset and multi-body simulations are performed using Recurdyn. As a result, the pin reaction force and the amplitude of bearing displacement are increased by the offset.

BEM 이론을 적용한 풍력발전기 해석용 RecurDyn 모듈 개발 (Development of RecurDyn Module for Wind Turbine Analysis Applying BEM Theory)

  • 본 연구에서는 다물체 동역학 해석 소프트웨어인 RecurDyn 을 이용하여 풍력 발전기를 쉽게 모델링하고 동적 거동 해석을 수행할 수 있는 기법을 개발하였다. 풍력 발전기는 타워, 너셀, 허브, 그리고 블레이드로 구성되어 있다. 타워와 블레이드는 탄성체로 가정하였고 탄성효과를 고려하기 위하여 탄성체 이론을 이용하여 모델링 하였다. 바람의 속도는 일정하다고 가정하였고 날개 요소 운동량 이론을 이용하여 공력하중을 모델링 하였다. 이를 통해 계산된 공력을 풍력 발전기에 적용시키고 동적 거동 해석을 수행하였다. 해석의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 풍력 발전 시스템 상용 소프트웨어인 GH-Bladed를 이용한 해석결과와 비교하였다.

Kane 다물체 동력학을 이용한 공기흡입식 추진기관 부스터 분리에 관한 연구 (Analysis of Rocket Booster Separation from Air-Breathing Engine with Kane's Method)

  • 본 논문은 공기흡입식 추진기관의 고체 로켓 부스터 분리에 관한 수학적 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기법을 기술하였다. 비행체 및 부스터는 하나의 다물체(multi-body)로 고려하였고 부스터는 단지 비행체의 축 방향으로 움직이는 것으로 가정하였다. 비행체 및 부스터의 동적 운동은 Kane 방법에 의해 모델링 되었다. 다양한 부스터 위치에 따라 전체 시스템에 작용하는 공력은 DATCOM 소프트웨어를 사용하여 산출되었으며 부스터 분리 유효 작용면에 작용하는 내부 분리 압력은 일반적인 기체역학 및 Taylor-MacColl 관계식에 의해 산출되었다. 수치적 해석은 Mathworks사의 Matlab이 사용되었다. 해석 결과에 의하면 부스터 분리 동안 마하수 및 받음각 변화 등은 크지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 실제 시험 장치를 이용한 부스터 분리 시험이 진행될 경우 자세 각 변화, 흡입 유동 특성 등은 무시할 만한 수치임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Due to advances in information technology, even Engineering Simulations can now be performed in web-based JAVA through an integrated operating system called Virtual Machine and the use of byte code, which guarantees the compatibility of identical codes in every computing system and makes it suitable for web-based simulation system development. This paper introduces an implementation embodied in JAVA Applet that allows a block-diagram type GUI that runs in a web browser for use in the dynamics simulation modeling of powertrains of vehicles and multi-body systems. This system is not restrained by any of the H/W and S/W in the user's computer, so that it has the advantage of providing a GUI that allows web-based block-diagram type modeling.

현가장치 기구정역학 시험에 의한 차량동역학 모델링 및 시험검증 (Vehicle Dynamics Modeling and Correlation Using the Kinematic and Compliance Test of the Suspension)

  • A functional suspension model is proposed as a kinematic describing function of the suspension that represents the relative wheel displacement in polynomial form in terms of the vertical displacement of the wheel center and steering rack displacement. The relative velocity and acceleration of the wheel is represented in terms of first and second derivatives of the kinematic describing function. The system equations of motion for the full vehicle dynamic model are systematically derived by using velocity transformation method of multi-body dynamics. The comparison of field test results and simulation results of the ADAMS/Car demonstrates the validity of the proposed functional suspension modeling method. This model is suitable for real-time vehicle dynamics analysis.

  • This study provides the method to build the rotor system model using dynamic analysis software. also, it introduces the traditional methods of the rotor system modeling and informs the each merits and demerits. We will make up the flexible system of rotor system model with ADAMS, multi-body dynamics S/W, in order to develop dynamics model and get the response of plant model near to real model through connection the SIMULINK of MATLAB. We will develop the computing dynamics-controling model possible controlled simulation similar to a real model with controlling the plant model.

Simulation Analysis on Flexible Multibody Dynamics of Drum Brake System of a Vehicle

  • Using flexible multibody system dynamic method, the rigid-flexible coupling multibody dynamic analysis model of the drum brake system was developed, and the kinematic and dynamic simulation of the system was processed as its object of study. Simulations show that the friction will increase with the dynamic friction coefficient, but high dynamic friction coefficient will cause the abnormal vibration and worsen the stability of the brake system, even the stability of the whole automobile. The modeling of flexible multi-body can effectively analyze and solve complex three-dimensional dynamic subjects of brake system and evaluate brake capability. Further research and study on this basis will result in a convenient and effective solution that can be much helpful to study, design and development of the brake system.

  • Simulation technology for dynamic analysis of wind turbine is developed. The Aerodyn and the DAFUL are chosen for aerodynamic analysis and multi-body and flexible body dynamics respectively. Subroutines and variables of Aerodyn developed by NREL are analyzed with hub-height wind data, full field turbulent wind data and Airfoil data. The interface to perform coupled analysis between AeroDyn and DAFUL, GUI for modeling several parts of wind turbines are developed. The program will be extended to analyze the coupled analysis of aerodynamic and hydrodynamic behavior for floating offshore wind turbines.
