In Smart mobile devices embedding big.LITTLE architectures, the conventional multi-core assignment scheme for user applications may incur wasteful energy consumption and long response time. In this paper, we propose a user experience assisted energy-efficient multicore assignment scheme. Our simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves at 40% less energy consumption and at 20% less response time comparing to the legacy scheme.

본 연구는 중도입국 청소년의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 우울의 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 가족요인, 학교요인, 다문화요인으로 구성하여 학교급별의 차이를 살펴보았다. 이를 위한 자료는 2015년 전국다문화가족실태조사를 활용하여 집단간 차이분석, 교차분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 초등학생의 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 학교폭력경험으로 나타났다. 중학생의 우울에는 다문화가족정체성이, 고등학생은 학교공부어려움이 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 모든 집단에서 우울에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인은 사회적 차별경험으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 중도입국 청소년들의 안정적인 정착을 위해서 연령에 따른 차별화된 지원이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 사회적 차별경험은 우울을 증가시키는 요인으로 밝혀짐에 따라 우선적으로 학교환경에서의 적극적인 개입이 이루어져야 한다.

This study was to explore lived experience of middle-aged women with aging. The ultimate purpose of this inquiry was to discover the essence of middle-aged women's experience of aging and to promote understanding. Method: This inquiry was performed by using Van Manen's hermeneutical phenomenological approach to make more plausible interpretation of experience. First-handed experiences were explored through multi-stage in-depth interview with 6 women aged between 40 and 64. Second- handed experiences were explored with text such as essay, novel, and photographs. Result: As the process of reflecting and analysing the data of experience were performed, essential themes were emerged: striking onset of event, discomfort and tired body and mind, everything in ones mind, age of harvest gaining much more than loss. Conclusion: This inquiry would be a cornerstone for humanistic nursing care for the mid-aged women.

According to the increase of rural experience, that is important in satisfying needs of green tourism and vitalizing rural economy to use closed school in rural area as experience facility. For using closed school as experience facility, political and institutional assistants are needed in effective equipments and stable operation based on multi-perspective approach and analysis. In this study, we try to evaluate green-tourism accessibility of rural experience facility remodeled from closed school considering regional population and spatial characteristics. In evaluating process, gravity potential model are adapted with considering group size of customer and distance-friction coefficient. Distance-friction coefficient is a function of user restriction which depend on possible activity in each experience facility. Green tourism accessibility of experience facility is calculated with summation of accessibility to each region, and we analyzed it as a group by closed school type and location with application in Chungcheongnam-do. We found a correlation between green tourism accessibility of rural closed school and their income.

본 연구는 다문화가족 청소년 212명을 대상으로 Heater의 이론을 적용하여 그들의 차별경험과 문화변용스트레스 수준을 측정하였고, 이것이 국민정체성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조사대상자들의 차별경험을 측정한 결과 2.63(SD=.72)으로 나타나 보통수준보다 다소 높은 것으로 조사되었으며, 그들의 문화변용스트레스는 2.48(SD=.65)로 나타나 보통수준인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 조사대상자의 국민정체성 수준은 2.16(SD=.57)로 조사되어 보통수준보다 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 학업수준, 동거부모 형태, 모 한국어능력에 따라 집단별로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 차별경험(${\beta}$=-.305), 동거부모 형태(${\beta}$=.286), 문화변용스트레스(${\beta}$=-.225), 학업수준(${\beta}$=.186), 모 한국어 능력(${\beta}$=.173) 등의 순서로 국민정체성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 다문화가족 청소년의 국민정체성을 향상할 수 있는 몇 가지 방안을 제시하였다.

Caliber design in bar and rod rolling depends on the designer's experience, which in general is acquired through costly trial-and-error process. As a prerequisite for developing a scientific approach to caliber design, we present a finite element model to simulate 3-D deformation of bars and rods occurring in multi-pass sequence. The results are compared with measurements obtained from POSCO for to assess the solution accuracy. The comparison shows that the simulation results agree well experiments.

Roll profile design in spape rolling with a complex-shaped part depends on the designer's experience, which is general, is acquired through costly trial-and-error process. As a prerequisite for developing a scientific approach to roll profile design, we present a finite element model to simulate 3-D deformation of complex-shaped parts occuring in multi-pass sequence. Demonstrated is the process model's capability to deal with rolling of a complex-shaped part.

Background: The purpose of this study is to elucidate the context of medical experience and the perception of unmet healthcare of elderly people with chronic diseases based on in-depth interview data. Methods: We carried out in-depth interviews with 10 elderly people with chronic diseases using semi-structured questionnaires based on literature review. The in-depth interview data were analyzed using thematic analysis; one qualitative research methodology, three core meaning categories, and four attributes associated with unmet healthcare were ultimately derived. Results: The context of the medical experience were based on the following three categories: (1) discomfort due to diseases and high medical needs, (2) the poor community medical environment and difficulties in accessing to metropolitan medical institutions, and (3) inconvenience caused by long waiting time and side effects of medicine. In addition, the elderly with chronic disease realized the unmet healthcare as (1) the availability related to the desired medical institutions at the right time, (2) the affordability related to their economic capacity, (3) the effectiveness of the medical services they experienced, and (4) the appropriateness related to receiving medical services in a pleasant environment. Conclusion: The perception of unmet healthcare among the elderly with chronic disease is the result of interaction of multi-level and multi-dimensional factors related with their medical experience.

The process design of forward Extrusion and Upsetting of Axi-symmetric part has been studied in this paper. During the cold forging product; auto transmission Solenoid Valve part, the defects such as folding and under-fill can be appeared by the improperly controlled metal flow. In this study, to reduce the folding and under-fill the design of experiments has been used to find out the significant design variables in the design of forging process. This paper deals with an Process Planning with which designer can determine operation sequences even after only a little experience in Process Planning of Multi-Former products by multi-stage former working. The approach is based on knowledge-based rules, and a process knowledge-base consisting of design rules is built. Based on the systematic procedure of process sequence design, the forming operation of cold forged auto transmission Solenoid Valve part is analyzed by the commercial Finite Element program, DEFORM/2D.

In this paper, our research efforts and activities for displaying flight simulation graphics on multi-monitors connected to a Linux cluster is introduced. In this pilot system graphics rendering as well as view calculation including LOD implementation for each monitor is peformed on each sub-node computer connected to the monitor rather than using an expensive main server. The Linux cluster is constructed by combining general-purpose desktop computers, and MPI library Is used for communication between sub-nodes. It could be concluded from our experience that it is possible to construct a massive multi-monitor display system by adding to the cluster as many sub-node computers and monitors as possible with economic efficiency.
