수평 다채널에서의 열전달 계수에 관한 새로운 상관식 (A New Correlation on Heat Transfer Coefficient in Horizontal Multi Channels)

  • This paper presents a experimental study of two-phase flow boiling of FC-72 in multi channels. Flow boiling heat transfer coefficients are obtained with mass flux ranging from 152.9 to $353.9kg/m^2s$ and heat flux from 5.6 to $46.1kW/m^2$. The experimental results show that the heat transfer is governed by nucleate boiling mechanism in the low heat flux region. However, it is found that the effects of nucleate boiling and forced convection boiling are combined as the heat flux increases. A new correlation to predict the heat transfer coefficient is developed by using the dimensionless number such as Reynolds number, Weber number, boiling number. This correlation shows good predictive accuracy against the measured data.

  • IEEE 802.11 물리 (Physical) 계층과 MAC (Medium Access Control) 계층은 다수의 채널과 데이터 레이트를 제공한다. IEEE 802.11 멀티 라디오 애드혹 네트워크의 성능을 향상 시키기 위해서는 가용한 채널과 데이터 레이트를 효율적으로 할당해야 한다. 하지만 IEEE 802.11 멀티 레이트 네트워크에서는 낮은 레이트 링크가 높은 레이트 링크에 영향을 미쳐서 네트워크 성능을 심각히 저하시키는 문제인, RA (Rate Anomaly)가 발생한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 다른 데이터 레이트를 사용하는 링크들을 멀티 채널로 분할시킴으로써 이러한 RA문제를 완화하는 모델 기반 레이트 분할 (Model-based Rate Separation, MRS) 알고리즘을 제안한다. MRS 알고리즘은 IEEE 802.11 싱글 홉 (single-hop) 네트워크의 성능을 측정하는 기존의 성능 모델을 활용하여 낮은 레이트 링크와 높은 레이트 링크를 분산시킨다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 멀티 라디오 애드혹 네트워크에서 MRS 알고리즘이 기존 알고리즘들에 비해 향상된 네트워크 성능을 나타냄을 확인하였다.

무선 메쉬 네트워크에서 인터페이스 수와 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Number of Interfaces in Wireless Mesh Network)

  • 본 논문에서는 고정된 멀티 채널 멀티 인터페이스 무선 메쉬 네트워크 환경에서의 최적의 인터페이스 수를 시뮬레이션을 통해 알아본다. 채널 경쟁기반의 무선통신망에서 하나의 인터페이스 및 채널을 사용하는 경우 임의노드 주변에 동일 채널에 경쟁하는 노드가 많으면 경쟁 및 전송 충돌로 인한 지연이 발생하며, 이는 통신망의 성능을 저하시키는 결과를 낳는다. 이에 대한 해결책으로 다수의 인터페이스를 장착하고 인터페이스마다 한 개의 채널을 사용하게 되면 채널 간섭을 피할 수 있고 또한 전송 충돌을 줄일 수 있기 때문에 통신망의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 현재 802.11a 및 802.11b에서는 각각 12개와 3개의 서로 다른 직교 채널을 제공하고 있으므로 채널수에 맞는 다수의 인터페이스를 장착한다면 무선 통신망의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다. 그러나 환경에 따라 몇 개의 인터페이스/채널을 사용해야 성능이 최적이 되는지에 대한 연구는 아직 많지 않다. 인터페이스/채널 수를 늘리면 어느 정도 성능이 향상될 것으로 추론할 수 있으나, 인터페이스/채널 수를 한없이 늘리는 것은 오히려 성능 저하를 가져올 수도 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 점에 기반하여 다양한 환경에서 성능 향상에 필요한 최적의 인터페이스/채널 수를 시뮬레이션을 통해 알아본다.

Factors Influencing the Attractiveness of Cosmetics Distribution Channels

  • Purpose: This study is focused on analyzing the key reasons why One-brand Shop has been shrinking and Multi-brand shop is rising from the perspective of the trend changes of customer behavior and distribution channel in the Korean cosmetic market. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the attractiveness of cosmetics distribution channels from a store perspective and a consumer perspective. Research methodology: This study conducted a survey to define the factors that influence the attractiveness of cosmetics distribution channels. A total of 300 samples were investigated. Results: The store factors that influence the attractiveness of the cosmetics distribution channel were product quality, shopping convenience, and store accessibility in the group of single-brand store preferences, and product diversity and store experience in the group of multi-brand store preferences. Conclusions: Core competing factors of One-brand shop include product value, shopping convenience and accessibility. In contrast, Multi-Brand shops offer core competing factors of diversified product portfolio and shop function experience. A new trend has been found that the customer segments of the price-oriented group and the pleasure-oriented group have become the mainstream segments in the Korean cosmetic market. In conclusion, Multi-brand Shops are suggesting better overall customer experiences in terms of distribution channel attractiveness and customer values.

수평 다채널 관에서의 유동 비등 열전달 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Characteristics of Flow Boiling Heat Transfer in Multi channels)

  • Two-phase flow boiling heat transfer in micro-channels was experimently investigated. The test section consisted of 15 rectangular micro-channels with a depth of 0.45mm, width of 0.20mm. The experiments were performed for heat fluxes ranging from 5.6 to 46.1kW/m2 and mass fluxes from 150 to 450kg/m2s using FC-72 as the working fluid. According to the results, at the low heat flux region, heat transfer coefficient strongly depends on the heat flux, while heat transfer coefficient at the high heat flux region was independent on the heat flux. Four correlations were used to predict the heat transfer coefficient. The measured heat transfer coefficient was compared with four correlations. It was found that Kaew-On and Wongwises's correlation well predicted the measured data, within the MAE of 40.3%.

128 채널 심장전기도 전치 증폭기의 설계 (The Design of 128 Channels Cardiac-Activation Pre-Amplifier)

  • The computerized cardiac analysis system, which acquires and analyzes the electrical activation signal propagating along the surface of the heart, is indispensible equipment for the open heart surgery and electrical cardiac study. In this paper, the design requirement and the electrical circuit analysis are performed to construct the multi-channel cardiac activation pre-amplifier necessary for a signal conditioning circuit. The general 64 channel configuration is expanded into 128 channels to enhance the spatial resolution on the mapped surface of the heart. The 128 channels pre-amplifier consists of input circuit, differential amplifier, right leg driven circuit and isolation part. It has distinct features; high voltage protection, leakage current limitation, isolation and the maximization of common mode rejection ratio with respect to the half-cell potential difference due to different electrode materials. The final pre-amplifier circuit is assembled with 8 boards, each of which composing of 16 channels.

  • 본 논문에서는 무선 애드혹 네트워크에서 복수개 채널을 이용한 효율적인 매체접속제어 프로토콜로써 DM-MMAC (Doze Mode Multi-Chanel MAC)을 제안한다. 기존의 IEEE 802.11 프로토콜의 경우 물리계층에서 복수개의 가용 채널이 주어지나 MAC 계층에서는 오직 고정된 단일채널을 통한 접속만이 가능하다. 이를 보완하기 위한 프로토콜로써 여러 가지 멀티채널 MAC 프로토콜이 제안되었으나 대부분의 경우 채널수가 적고 호스트의 수가 많아지면 전송 처리율(throughput)이 급격히 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 MMAC 프로토콜의 채널 할당 및 채널점유 과정을 단순화하고 호스트 간 충돌가능성을 줄임으로써 절전효과와 함께 전송률 향상을 도모하였다.

PER Analysis for Cooperative Multi-Hop Transmission Protocol over Nakagami-m Fading Channels

  • In this paper, we propose a novel protocol called a Multi-hop Diversity Transmission protocol in which the retransmission is realized by a relay that is Nearest to a current Source (MDTNS). We derive the mathematical expressions of the packet error rate (PER) and the average number of transmissions over Nakagami-m fading channels, and verify them by Monte Carlo simulations. The simulation results show that the MDTNS protocol improves the performance of the network in terms of PER when compared to the Multi-hop Diversity Transmission protocol in which the retransmission is done by a relay that is Nearest to Destination (MDTND) and to the conventional multi-hop transmission (CMT) protocol.

RAVIP: Real-Time AI Vision Platform for Heterogeneous Multi-Channel Video Stream

  • Object detection techniques based on deep learning such as YOLO have high detection performance and precision in a single channel video stream. In order to expand to multiple channel object detection in real-time, however, high-performance hardware is required. In this paper, we propose a novel back-end server framework, a real-time AI vision platform (RAVIP), which can extend the object detection function from single channel to simultaneous multi-channels, which can work well even in low-end server hardware. RAVIP assembles appropriate component modules from the RODEM (real-time object detection module) Base to create per-channel instances for each channel, enabling efficient parallelization of object detection instances on limited hardware resources through continuous monitoring with respect to resource utilization. Through practical experiments, RAVIP shows that it is possible to optimize CPU, GPU, and memory utilization while performing object detection service in a multi-channel situation. In addition, it has been proven that RAVIP can provide object detection services with 25 FPS for all 16 channels at the same time.

  • The purpose of the study is to test differences in consumers' satisfactions on products' competitiveness by domestic distribution channels of foreign clothing brands. Domestic distribution channels of foreign clothing brand consist of 5 channels as multi channel strategy. And product's competitiveness consists of prices, qualities, brand image and services. The results from the research show that there are differences in satisfaction by distribution channels. And they imply that distribution channel strategy is used with 5 channels in Korea, which are emphasized with different products' competitiveness. The contribution of the study is to analyze differences in consumer's satisfaction by 5 channels with data from consumer's perspectives, not firms' viewpoints.
