일련의 주행 차량에 의한 현수교의 충격계수 평가 (Evaluation of Impact Factor in Suspension Bridges under A Series of Moving Vehicles)

  • 본 연구에서는 중앙경간 404m 및 1545m의 현수교에 일련의 차량이 차로하중 형태로 주행하는 상태에 대해 차량-교량 상호작용 해석을 수행하고 주케이블, 행어 및 보강거더의 충격계수를 평가하였다. 활하중 모델은 도로교한계상태설계기준을 참고하였으며, KL-510 트럭은 6-자유도 모델로, 차로하중은 일련의 1축 차량이 연행해서 주행하는 것으로 모사하였다. 주탑부에서 보강거더의 연결 및 지지 형식에 따른 충격계수의 차이를 평가하기 위해 중앙경간 404m 교량에 대해서는 hinge-type과 floating-type 거더 형식을 고려하였다. 해석에서 고려한 매개변수는 활하중 형식-트럭 단독 주행시와 트럭과 차로하중의 주행, 차량의 편심 주행, 노면조도 그리고 주행속도를 고려하였다. 노면조도는 ISO 8608 규정에 근거하여 랜덤 생성하였으며 차량-교량 상호작용해석 시 노면조도는 트럭하중에만 적용하였다. 한편, 케이블 교량의 충격계수 평가를 위해 일반적으로 사용되는 영향선 기법에 의해 충격계수를 산출하고 차량-교량 상호작용해석에 의한 결과와 비교하였다.

  • This paper addresses vibration comfort evaluation on suspension bridge subjected to moving vehicles. The moving load method is commonly employed for the analysis, even though it is less accurate than the moving mass approach which considers vehicle-bridge interaction effects and roughness of the pavement. In this study, a parametric study on modeling method by means of the moving load technique, such as the number of modes included in the analysis, types of moving loads, and length of the stiffening girder, is carried out. The numerical result indicated that use of the triangular pulse load may result in significant overestimation on vibration discomfortness.

딥러닝 기반 터널 내 이동체 자동 추적 및 유고상황 자동 감지 프로세스 개발 (Development of a deep-learning based automatic tracking of moving vehicles and incident detection processes on tunnels)

  • 도로 터널의 주행은 시야의 제한으로 인해 유고상황이 발생한 후 2차 대형사고로 이어지기 쉽다. 따라서, 유고상황 발생 즉시, 상황을 자동 감지하여 신속히 초동대응이 이루어 져야 한다. 유고상황을 자동으로 감시할 수 있는 시스템은 기존에도 존재했지만, 폐합된 터널 내 열악 환경에서 촬영되는 CCTV 영상의 질적 한계로 인해 유고상황을 제대로 감지하지 못했다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 딥러닝을 기반으로 한 터널 영상유고 자동 감지 시스템을 개발하였으며, 지난 2017년 11월 딥러닝 객체 인식 네트워크에 대한 연구를 진행하여 우수한 객체인식 성능을 보인바 있다. 그러나 객체인식은 정지영상 기반으로 수행되므로 이동체의 이동방향과 속도를 알 수 없어, 정차 및 역주행 등 이동체의 이동특성에 따른 유고상황을 판단하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 객체인식으로 감지된 이동체의 객체정보를 기반으로 별도의 객체추적기법을 적용하여 이동체의 이동 특성을 자동으로 추적하는 프로세스를 제안하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 이동체의 이동 방향과 속도 정보를 기반으로 정차 및 역주행을 판별하는 알고리즘을 개발하여 딥러닝 기반 터널 영상유고 자동감지 시스템을 완성하였다. 또한, 유고상황이 포함된 영상들에 대하여 유고상황 감지성능을 검증하였다. 검증 실험 결과, 화재, 정차와 역주행 상황에 대해서는 모두 100% 수준으로 완전한 유고상황 감지성능을 보였으나, 보행자 발생 상황에서는 78.5%로 상대적으로 낮은 성능을 보였다. 하지만, 향후 지속적인 영상유고 영상 빅데이터를 확장해 나가고 주기적인 재학습을 통해 유고상황에 대한 인지성능을 향상시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

Optimal Routing and Uncertainty Processing using Geographical Information for e-Logistics Chain Execution

  • The integrated supply chain of business partners for e-Commerce in cyber space is defined as Logistics Chain if the cooperative activities are logistics-related. Logistics Chain could be managed effectively and efficiently by cooperative technologies of logistics chain execution. In this paper, we propose a routing and scheduling algorithm based on the Tabu search by adding geographical information into existing constraint for pick-up and delivery process to minimize service time and cost in logistics chain. And, we also consider an uncertainty processing for the tracing of moving object to control pick-up and delivery vehicles based on GPS/GIS/ITS. Uncertainty processing is required to minimize amount of telecommunication and database on vehicles tracing. Finally, we describe the Logistics Chain Execution (LCE) system to perform plan and control activities for postal logistics chain. To evaluate practical effects of the routing and scheduling system, we perform a pretest for the performance of the tabu search algorithm. And then we compare our result with the result of the pick-up and delivery routing plan generated manually by postmen.

2-축 자이로 안정화 김발 시스템의 외란보상 앞먹임 제어를 위한 실험적 2-축 외란 동시 식별 (A Simultaneous Experimental Disturbances Identification of Gyro Stabilized 2-Axes Gimbal System for Disturbance Feedforward Compensation Control)

  • This paper concerns on stabilization control of a gyro-stabilized 2-axes gimbal system which is mounted on a moving vehicles such as automobiles, armored vehicles, ships, flying vehicles, etc. A target image acquisition system is attached on the inner gimbal, and the gimbal systems are required to retain high stabilization accuracy in the absolute coordinate in order to provide fine target image while vehicle is moving. The stabilization control performance is hardly depended upon disturbance rejection ability of control, and disturbance feedforward compensation is effective because feedforward compensation reduce the amount of disturbance before the disturbance disturbs the systems. This paper suggests an experimental method which can estimate system parameters and disturbance torques by using 3-axes accelerometer mounted on the inner gimbal. Furthermore, a simple disturbance identification method which can be applied to any slanted base conditions has been suggested to identify mass unbalance vector and friction torques of each gimbal simultaneously. By using the estimated parameters, a feedforward compensation has been applied to the gyro-stabilized 2-axes gimbal system. The experimental results showed that the feedforward compensation based on the identification method suggested is effective to improve stabilization performances.

Development of DC Controller for Battery Control for Elevator Car

  • Among transport vehicles, Special Vehicles (SVs) are seriously exposed to energy and environmental problems. In particular, elevator cars used when moving objects in high-rise buildings increase the engine's rotational speed (radian per second: RPM). At this time, when the vehicle accelerates rapidly while idling, energy consumption increases explosively along with the engine speed, and a lot of soot is generated. The purpose of this paper is to develop a bi-directional DC-DC converter for control of vehicle power and secondary battery used in an elevated ladder vehicle (EC) used in the moving industry. As a result of this paper, the performance test of the converter was conducted. The charging/discharging state of the converter was simulated using DC power supply and DC electronic load, and a performance experiment was conducted to measure the input/output power of the converter through a power meter. Through this experimental result, it was confirmed that the efficiency was more than 92% in Buck mode and Boost mode at maximum 1.2kW output.

차량으로 인한 다리의 진동응답을 줄이는 방법 (Reduction of Vibration Responses of a Bridge due to Vehicles)

  • The responses of a bridge due to a moving vehicle are obtained analytically by modeling a vehicle as a constant point force. From the results it is found that the responses after a vehicle leaves the bridge become very small for some speeds of a vehicle. When a vehicle is modeled as a two dof system for a more accurate analysis, the same phenomenon is observed while the roughness of the surface of the bridge is small. Determining the fundamental frequency of a bridge so that one of the above speeds coincides with a frequent speed of vehicles, the responses of a bridge can be minimized.

  • Lane detection technology is one of the most important issues on car safety and self-driving capability of autonomous vehicle. This paper introduces an accurate lane detection scheme based on OCC(Optical Camera Communication) for moving vehicles. For lane detection of moving vehicles, the streetlights and the front camera of the vehicle were used for a transmitter and a receiver, respectively. Based on the angle information of multiple streetlights in a captured image, the distance from sidewalk can be calculated using non-linear regression analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme shows robust performance of accurate lane detection.

Sweep해법 및 공동구역 2차 재할당에 의한 복수차량 배송 최적화 연구 (Optimization of Multi-Vehicle Delivery using Sweep Algorithm and Common Area Double Reassignment)

  • An efficient heuristic for two-vehicle-one-depot problems is developed in this research. Vehicle moving speeds are various along hour based time intervals due to traffic jams of rush hours. Two different heuristics are examined. One is that the delivery area assignment is made using Sweep algorithm for two vehicles by splitting the whole area in half to equally divide all delivery points. The other is using common area by leaving unassigned area between the assigned for two vehicles. The common area is reassigned by two stages to balance the completion time of two vehicle's delivery. The heuristic with common area performed better than the other due to various vehicle moving speeds and traffic jams.

국내 소형자동차의 실제 도로 주행 배출가스 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Emission Characteristics of Korean Light-duty Vehicles in Real-road Driving Conditions)

  • Strengthening vehicle emission regulation is one of important policies to improve air quality in urban area. Due to the limitation of specified driving cycles for certification test to reflect real driving conditions, additional off-cycle emission regulations have been adopted in US and being developed in Europe. The driving cycles of US or Europe have been used in emission certification for Korean light-duty vehicles, but it has not been known how well the driving cycles reflect various real driving patterns in Korea. In that point of view, it is required to estimate vehicle emission based on real road driving conditions to raise the effectiveness of vehicle emission regulation in Korea. In this study, real driving emission measurements have been conducted for three Korean light-duty vehicles with PEMS. The driving routes consisted of urban, rural and motorway in Seoul and Incheon. The data have been analyzed with various averaging methods including moving averaging windows method and compared to emission limits set with emission certification modes applied to tested vehicles. The results have shown that the real driving pollutant emissions of a gasoline and a LPG vehicles have been ranged quite lower than those of emission limits on CVS-75 driving cycle. But real driving NOx of a light duty diesel vehicle has been considerably higher than emission limit of NEDC driving cycle. The higher than expected NOx emission of a diesel vehicle might be caused by different strategy to control EGR in real driving condition from NEDC driving.
