여름철이 되면 매년 남해안에서 발생되고 있는 적조현상은 양식장을 운영하는 어민들에 막대한 피해를 주고 있으며 이를 방재하기 위한 노력이 다각도로 진행되고 있다. 특히 위성영상을 이용한 적조 모니터링은 발생해역 전반에 걸친 적조발생자료를 취득할 수 있어서 방재 계획수립에 중요한 정보를 제공하여 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 천리안 GOCI영상을 이용하여 하루 중 적조의 확산과 감소를 모니터링할 수 있는 결과를 제시하기 위하여 경상남도 남해안 지역을 선정하고 2013년(8월 12일), 2014년(9월 11일) GOCI영상자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 남해안 해역의 적조발생 패턴은 오전에 거제도 남부해역에서 출현하여 점점 더 확산되다가 오후 1시에 최대가 되고 그 후 서서히 감소되는 경향을 보여주었다. 또한 하루 중 적조의 중심 이동은 거제시 남부해역에서 적조가 시작하여 서쪽으로 이동하다가 정오를 기하여 다시 동쪽으로 이동하는 경향을 보여주었다. 향후 적조 생물의 특성과 해수유동, 태양 일조량, 그리고 해수온도 등 많은 요인에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 판단되지만, GOCI 영상을 이용한 적조이동 모니터링은 적조의 확산과 이동을 예측하여 방재하고 관리하는데 매우 중요한 정보가 될 것으로 생각된다.

This study aims at the examination of the characteristics of sectional design by Raumplan through the analysis of his 12 houses in which his architectural design concept is clearly showed. The analysis proceeded through 12 sectional drawings, because of Raumplan is originated from the spatial concept which is dividing spaces with various differences of horizontal level. Through this investigation, three characteristics of sectional design by Raumplan which is to present : 1) Free horizontal variation by different level 2) Spatial division by splitted wall 3) Horizontal & vertical refraction of viewpoint & movement These characteristic seems like to including his intention to put into the various human behaviour in residence, it can be spatial clue to solve existential experience of 'homelessness' which is one of the biggest problems of modern times.

This paper aims to investigate the effect of anticipatory motion in Wall E (2008). For the purpose of the study, first of all, an overall discussion on the definition and role of anticipation presented through the related literature review. Based on this, the present study analyzed the functions of anticipatory movements of the main characters, Wall E and EVE in 29 scenes. As a result, this paper found that anticipation is involved in expressions of humanity, thought process, utterance and intonation, the degree of emotion and energy, reinforcement of the character's intention, and biological response within the film. Overall, these findings show that anticipation takes an important part in giving the illusion of life to the characters throughout the movie, which may imply that anticipation can be beneficial for characters with abstract form or limited modality. The ultimate goal of this study is to propose that the animation principles can be used as a tool to analyze character animation and can be applied academically or industrially to other fields such as artificial intelligence.

This paper describe the riding robot system named by "RideBot" which is a riding robot like as a horse. In order to simulate the riding motions, we develope the saddle mechanism which can generate 3 DOF motions including pitch, roll, and bounce movement, and also we controlled the riding motions and the intention of horseman. To generate the riding motions with the bodily sensation, we developed Novel Washout Filter and the algorithms for motion control. And also, we developed some health care service for the health care of horseman. A body state index was proposed that evaluates the personal health state from both the measured physiological variables and the surveyed questions. The physiological variables such as weight, blood pressure, heart rate variability (HRV), accelerated state photoplethysmograph(APG), body fat, and happiness index were measured by the specially designed bio-handle system and survey questions. The efficiency of the proposed ride robot is evaluated in the experiments.

일제의 도서관정책은 한국인의 독립운동으로 전개된 민족 계몽을 위한 도서관활동을 저지 하고, 관 주도의 도서관을 통한 조선인에 대한 일본문화의 식 민화였다. 대구부립도서관은 일제 가 관 주도로 설립한 한국 최초의 부립도서관이라는 점에서 설립 배경과 활동을 식민지 정책 과 연계시켜 조사, 분석하여 일제의 도서관정책의 허구성과 조선에 대한 식민지 지배구조를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 한국 도서관사연구, 일제의 식민지정책연구 그리고 대구의 도서관사연 구에 참고자료로 활용될 것이다

A Many studies have been made on the prediction of human voluntary movement intention in real-time based on invasive or non-invasive methods to help severely motor-disabled persons by offering some abilities of motor controls and communications. In the present study, we have developed an internet game driven by and/or linked to a brain-computer interface (BCI) system. Activities of two single neuronal units recorded from either hippocampus or prefrontal cortex of SD rats were used in real time to control two-dimensional movements of a robot, or a game object.

Recently, the community developmental enthusiasm is activated and emerged with the varied developmental plans since the localization was implemented in Korea. But the anxious view of the environmental problems has been gradually heightened in the Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Developmental(ESSD). The local autonomy should listen to the public opinions because the people's anti-developmental movement could obstruct the development project in the community level. The Environment-friendly Rural Development Plan(EFRDP) pursues the development and the environmental preservation of the community at the same time. Therefore EFRDP reflects the local developmental intention and consideration of environmental preservation at the step of planning. Throughout the planning process the opinions of development and environmental preservation should be adjusted, the people's planning ability can be enhanced, and new creative alternative ideas will come out at times.

Recently, Internet Telephony has become increasingly popular in telecommunication industry. However, previous research on Internet Telephony has focused on analyzing specific Internet Telephonysolutions, identifyingthe Internet Telephony movement itself. The research on prediction models about Internet Telephony adoption has been minimal. The main propose of this study is to develop models for predicting transition intention from using traditional telephones to using Internet Telephony. To do so, this study uses data mining methods to analyze demands in the IT communications market and to provide management strategies for Internet telephony providers. Especially this study uses discriminant analysis, logistic regression, classification tree, and neural nets to develop those prediction models toward Internet Telephony adoption. The models are compared with each other and a superior model is chosen.

The career development of information security workforce affiliated in administrative department is very different from workforce affiliated in private companies. Their career development attempts are made not by voluntary motivation but by involuntary job movement by the principle of internal relocation. So they are not directly linked to monetary compensation or advancement. Due to the nature of the organization, their work attitude is very passive and there is little intention to turnover. They do not need professionalism, but they must be retrained according to the law. In this paper, we investigate and analyze the roles and responsibilities of information security workforce of each administrative department. And we do questionnaire survey to find out current roles and responsibilities of them will not affect the demand for retraining. Through these research, we would like to discuss how to manage information security workforce affiliated in administrative departments.

최근 이동통신 기술의 급격한 발전과 PPC(Pocket PC), 노트북 등의 휴대단말기의 보급 확산에 따라 위치기반 서비스(Location Based Service: LBS)가 주요한 응용분야고 부상하고 있다. 위치 정보에 대한 정확한 위치 추적 및 활용 방안에 대한 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있지만, 대부분 제공되는 서비스는 현재 사용자의 위치에 기반한 정적인 서비스를 제공하는 초보적인 단계에 있다. 이동경로는 사용자의 성향이나 상태를 반영하기 때문에 사용자의 이동패턴을 예측하거나, 사용자의 현재 상태를 추론하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동패턴에 따른 사용자의 의도를 예측하여 개별화 된 서비스 제공을 위해, RSOM(Recurrent Self Organizing Map)과 마르코프 모델을 단계적으로 구성하여 사용자의 이동패턴을 모델링하는 방법을 제안한다. 실제 연세대학교 캠퍼스 내에서 실제 대학원생의 생활을 모델로 GPS(Global Positioning System) 데이터를 수집하여. 이동패턴을 모델링하고 개별화된 서비스를 제공함으로써 제안하는 방법의 유용성을 검증하였다.
