To develop a new cultivar of King oyster mushroom white variety (Pleurotus ferulae), GW10-68 as parental strain was selected by the method of Di-mon crossing between monokaryotic strain ASI 2798-24 derived from ASI 2798 and dikaryotic strain ASI 2803. The GW10-95(ASI 2803 ${\times}$ ASI 2798-24) was shown the best cultural characteristics, selected to be a new cultivar and designed as 'Beesan No.2'. The 'Beesan No.2' was formed incompatibility line distinctly in the confrontation growth of parental strains ASI 2803, ASI 2798 and Beesan No.1. Analysis of the genetic characteristics of the new cultivar 'Beesan No.2' showed a different DNA profile as that of the control strains, ASI 2803, ASI 2798 and 'Beesan No.1', when RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) primer URP4 was used. The optimum temperature and pH arrange for mycelial growth were $25^{\circ}C$ and pH5~8, respectively. Fruiting body production per bottle was about 123.3 g. And also the stipe was long. This new cultivar 'Beesan No.2' of Pleurotus ferulae was characterized white-like variety of King oyster mushroom in the color of stipe, that was long and low yield compared to that of other cultuvar 'Beesan No.1'. We therefore expect that this new strain will increase of export and substitute cultivar of King oyster mushroom.
To develop a new cultivar of King oyster mushroom white variety (Pleurotus ferulae), GW10-95 as parental strain was selected by the method of Di-mon crossing between monokaryotic strain ASI 2850-24 derived from ASI 2850 and dikaryotic strain ASI 2803. The GW10-95(ASI 2803 ${\times}$ ASI 2850-24) was shown the best cultural characteristics, selected to be a new cultivar and designed as 'Beesan No.1'. The 'Beesan No.1' was formed incompatibility line distinctly in the confrontation growth of parental strains ASI 2803 and ASI 2850. Analysis of the genetic characteristics of the new cultivar 'Beesan No.1' showed a different DNA profile as that of the control strains, ASI 2803 and ASI 2850, when RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) primer URP6 was used. The optimum temperature and pH arrange for mycelial growth were $25^{\circ}C$ and pH5~8, respectively. Fruiting body production per bottle was about 245 g using demonstration farms. And also the stipe was thick and long. This new cultivar 'Beesan No.1' of Pleurotus ferulae was characterized by fast fruitbody formation, the stipe was thick and long and high quality yield compared to that of other cultuvars. We therefore expect that this new strain will increase of farmer's income by construction of stabilized production system.
To develop a new cultivar of king oyster mushroom(Pleurotus eryngii), G09-21 as parental strain was selected by the method of Di-mon crossing between monokaryotic strain ASI 2824-21 derived from ASI 2824(Keunneutari No. 2) and dikaryotic strain ASI 2887(Aeryni 3). The Pe21-53(G09-21-10 x ASI 2844-9) was shown the best cultural characteristics, selected to be a new cultivar and designated as 'Seolsong'. The 'Seolsong' was distinctly formed incompatibility line in the confrontation growth of parental strains Keunneutari No. 2, Aeryni 3 and ASI 2844. Analysis of the genetic characteristics of the new cultivar 'Seolsong' showed a different DNA profile as that of the control strains, Keunneutari No. 2, Aeryni 3 and ASI 2844, when RAPD(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) primer URP4 was used. The optimum temperature and pH arrange for mycelial growth were $25{\sim}30^{\circ}C$ and pH 5~8, respectively. This new cultivar 'Seolsong' of fruiting body production per bottle was about $131.4{{\pm}}43.1$ g which is about 102% quantity compared to that of other cultivar Keunneutari No. 2. And also the stipe is thick and long, but the number of available stipe is few. Particularly, it was tolerant of high moisture above 90% during the growth period after primodia formation. We therefore expect that this new strain will save of labor and cost of cultivation by without culling work.
Is to identify how this affects the physically disabled to participate in the program 12 weeks Park Golf psychological well-being and happiness, the purpose of this research is subjective. How to study subjects, only 40-year-old disabled man more than 24 people total delay experimental group and 12 patients(failure cut seven, delayed dysfunction 5) and the control group and 12 patients(failure cut six, delayed dysfunction in 4, two people were involved in the joint disorder). 3 times a week(Mon, Wed, Fri), was carried out 50 minutes into 12 weeks of the experimental period, was located at River Park Golf Course A test place. In this study, lane-wise traffic flow characteristics were analysed on uninterrupted flow using a new notion of "lane-wise travel speed reversal (LTSR)" which is defined as a phenomena that travel speed in the median lane is lower than other lanes. Mathematical formulation was also proposed to calculate the strength of LTSR. The experiment road site is Seoul Outer Ring Expressway (Jayuro-IC~Jangsoo-IC), and travel trajectories for each four lane were collected for weekdays (Mon. through Fri.) during morning peak. Comparing lane-wise travel speeds for entire test road section, no LTSR was observed, meaning that the travel speed in the median lane is the fastest, followed by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th lane as in order. Howerver, the result of microscopic analysis using 100-meter discrete road section based data shows that LTSR occurs many times. Especially the strength of LTSR is higher in congestion area and freeway merge and diverge segment. It is expected that these results could be used as a fundamental data when establishing lane-by-lane traffic operation strategy and developing lane-wise traffic information collection and dissemination technology.
This study aims to investigate the influence of engagement of augmented reality game on immersion. The relationship between engagement and flow was examined through the mediating effects of emotional attachment and focus of attention on presence and the mediating effects of presence on flow. In order to verify the research hypothesis, online questionnaire was conducted with the consent of $Pok\acute{e}mon$ Go game user group. The questionnaire items were translated from the Augmented Reality Immersion Questionnaire. A total of 200 questionnaires were collected and used for analysis. Using the SPSS 23.0 program and the Mplus 7.0 program, the reliability of the scale was confirmed through the Cronbach's coefficient and the causal relationship and the mediating effects were verified by path analysis. As a result, there was no direct causal relationship between engagement and flow. However, causal relationship was evident when emotional attachment and focus of attention were mediated in the process of engagement in augmented reality game. In conclusion, systematic explanations of participant's emotional attachment and attentional state as a main factor in the process of participating in the augmented reality game involvement, reveal the elements to be noticed by the augmented reality game.
This study's purpose is to find the ancient costume of the folk song's words on Dunhuang manuscripts in the background wass-carvings sculptures and several art works. Dunhuang had played the part of major route between ancient China and Europe. It is located on kam-suksong the west of China. 1. In the aspect of costume arrangement hair Styling is represented by Naegagyo, Wangyesa, Kyongburak, Bonkwyun, Pogurak, Chonsonja, Namgaja, Tongson-ga, Ojesa, Chanboja in Dunhuang manuscripts. tugue is sim-ilar to Sabyokkwanja in Naegagyo as of that time these kinds of Kwan-ja was very popular. It was told that emperor's wife concubine and maid of honor would wear kwnaja favorably. And the kinds of Tugeu is PuyongKwyunkye, Aangunkye, Chunkye from Kyuwanjon except Sangunkye, Ounkye in Dunhuangsa. 2. Jangdaegy is guoted from Kyuw-anjon -A series of the chinese history book-tells us about women's make-up . The narmes of make-up are Hongjang Unjan--g, Yiljang chwejang, Tam-ajang Murgjang, Sanagjang, Light-make up are referred in Naegagyo is included as packjang Besides we can find other make-up skills Huphwaro and Rujang from the Kaewonch onbon-wisa which was Yangkwibi's episodes. We can find the a corpus of song's words about cosmetic custom in Kor-ea. Which is 'Haecho' folk song in the souther-en costal regions 'Jinggum' folk song in Kim-hae regions and so on.... It's words is similar to Dunhuangsa in China. 3. Bichun inherited to China with India Bud-dism art in the middle of Dunhuang wall-pain-tings is one of the important Buddist saint. Sometimes it is painted with Giakchun Its arms of fly-dnacing in heaven with colored belt on body has almost the form of play on the musical instrument, We can see seasily the form in the painting of Buddist ser-mon. It was progressed and changed with the background of chinese traditional culture. When Dang's period came the color was chan-ged lighting dark blue has rhythmical and viv-id power of life. 4. Among the corpus of song's words which express the singers' system and rites of their tradition or habits. Dunhuang manuscripts des-cribes on behalf of the folk song's words in tra-ditional costume. This is following: (1) Naegagyo o sabyokwanja o Chyrasam o Rashang (2) Wangyesa o Sokryugun o Costume for fisher man (3) Bungajang of the chanboja o Ajang (4) Pongkwyun o Chongui (5) Tongsongs o Junofore (6) Namgaja o thin-Rasam (7) Yuchungnang o Hongsam o Sokryugun : The color of red costume (8) Kyongburak o Hongrasam o Sokryugun : Costume for charming woman Therefore traditional costume could be extracted according to the Dunhuang folk song's words out of culture such as learning rit-es three-obedience four-virtues and in-struction. As the same time it reflects ancient China's characteristics directly. I would endeavor to development for the history of the costume furher creative design and participat-ed in research activity with concerns forward continuously.
In order to successfully adopt and implement the Balanced Scorecard(BSC), firms need to respond adequately to the rapid changes of today's business environment and consider the growing importance of non financial factors in the business activities such as intangible assets(R&D expenditure, patent, goodwill, etc.). Our primary focus throughout this paper is on developing Key Performance Index(KPI) of BSC for R&D expenditure activities. In this study, we have developed and named PEI(Patent Efficiency Index),which is the KPI for R&D expenditure by focusing on the efficiency of a patent that is the output from the R&D expenditures. Secondarily, we have attempted to address the solution for the current problems of the traditional R&D performance measurement by using our developed PEI and examine the usefulness and effectiveness of the newly developed our PEI. According to the empirical test results, we find that the PEI is positively associated with ROA and Tobin's Q, respectively and show that our developed PEI is more effective and accurate than the traditional R&D performance measurement as a business performance measurement. Furthermore, these findings proves that we can measure and evaluate how efficiently the firms perform the R&D activities and shows that the PEI can be a critical index for evaluating firm's business performance related to the R&D expenditures.
Soil salinity is one of the most serious abiotic stresses limiting the productivity of agricultural crops. To cope with salt stress, plants respond with physiological, developmental and biochemical changes, including the synthesis of a number of proteins and the induction of gene expression. Salicornia herbacea is a halophytic plant that grows in salt marshes and on muddy seashores. In order to understand the biochemical and molecular mechanisms of salt tolerance in S. herbacea, we isolated several genes that involved in the salt tolerance by mRNA differential display. Here we report the cloning of a cDNA encoding fructose-1, 6-bisphosphate aldolase, named ShADL, which is 1293 bp long and contains an open reading frame consisted of 359 amino acids with calculated molecular mass of 39 kDa. ShADL protein showed 86% identity with Arabidopsis and 78% with aldolase of common ice plant. Northern blot analysis revealed that the transcript of ShADL gene was increased dramatically depending on the NaCl concentrations.

This study was conducted to quantify chlorogenic acid content and evaluate biological activity, such as antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and digestive enzyme activity of Aralia elata ethanol extract (AEE). The SC50 of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities of AEE were 4.79±0.05 mg/mL, 5.79±0.05 mg/mL; total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents were 170.0±1.8 mgGAE/g, 105.5±4.1 mgQE/g, respectively. Nitric oxide (NO) was increased in RAW 264.7 cells and Caco-2 cells with treatment of LPS, and production of NO was inhibited by AEE in a concentration-dependent manner. Production of NO was reduced by 60.0±1.1% in RAW 264.7 cells and 50.7±2.8% in Caco-2 cells at of AEE. Similarly, the production of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6) was inhibited in a concentration dependent manner. Antibacterial activity increased as the dose concentration of AEE increased, and the MIC was 75 mg/mL for L. monocytogenes, and 100 mg/mL for S. typhimurium and H. pylori. In addition, amylase and protease enzyme activity was observed in AEE and increased enzyme activity was observed according to the concentration of the extract. AEE contained 7.06±0.01 mg/g of chlorogenic acid. As a result of the experiment, it is judged that it can be used as basic data for the development of health food using Aralia elata.
