과거의 제조업 중심 산업경제시대와는 다르게 서비스경제시대는 무형재화중심, 지식보편화, 욕구확장 등의 특징을 가지며 경제의 근간이 되는 많은 것들이 변화하고 있다. 과거에는 환경이 변화하는 속도가 빠르지 않았기 때문에 변화된 환경을 분석한 후 기업에 필요한 인재상을 도출하더라도 오랜 기간 조직에 바람직한 인재상을 유지할 수 있었지만 최근에는 환경 변화 속도가 빨라 선제적으로 인재상을 구축하여 적용하지 않으면 효과적인 경영을 하기 어려운 상황이 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 분석에 의한 기술적(Descriptive) 방식의 인재상 모델 연구가 아닌 바람직한 인재상 모델 도출을 위한 규범적(Normative) 연구를 수행하였다. 현 시대의 특성과 인류사회의 본질을 분석하여 인재상 모델 구축에 반영하였다. 우주의 공통원리, 동양의 대표사상, 서양의 대표사상을 반영하여 인재상의 기본 모델을 구축하였다. 현대 서비스경제시대에 맞는 인재상을 도출하기 위해 현대 경제사회와 현대정신을 분석하여 반영하였다. 도출된 모델은 조직의 두 대립자인 경영자와 직원이 치열한 상호작용을 하며 변증법적으로 균형을 이루어가는 모델이다. 즉 현대 조직에서의 바람직한 인재는 경영자의 역할을 함께 수행해야 하며, 현대 조직의 경영자상과 인재상은 동전의 앞뒷면처럼 서로 연결되어 있는 구조라고 할 수 있다. 인재상의 철학을 인간관, 역사관, 사회관, 경제관, 경영관 등 5개 차원으로 제시하였으며, 인재상 모델은 주인성, 이성성, 지혜, 고객지향성, 혁신성, 유연성, 자율성, 협업성 등 8개 요소로 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 일반적인 인재상 모델이 기업의 근무형태에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 향후 각 기업에 인재상을 반영하기 위한 구체적이고 실증적인 후속 연구들이 필요하다.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern technologies in the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy. The human factor is one of the most important resources of any organization, which has a significant impact on the success of its activities. It is people who are the source of advantages that provide the company with victory in the competition. Therefore, the primary task of the organization's management should be the formation of effective personnel management systems. As a result, the main features of the introduction of modern technologies into the personnel management system in the context of the development of the digital economy were identified.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy. Socio-economic development and a high level of security include growth in income, labor productivity, production volumes, increased competitiveness, changes in the institutional environment, consciousness, activity, social security, the quality of the education system, healthcare, etc. Despite the root cause of economic development, it is not an end in itself, but a tool for ensuring social development. Gaining access for citizens to education, health care, observance of the principles of equality and justice, ensuring protection are directly dependent on the level of economic well-being, the level of economic potential of the country or regions. The research methodology involved the use of both theoretical and practical methods. As a result of the study, the key elements of the introduction of modern management technologies into the security system in the context of socio-economic development and digitalization of the economy were identified.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main features of the socio-economic development of the countries of the world under the influence of the digital economy and COVID-19. The modern world has already taken the first step towards a fundamentally new technological, economic and social reality. However, the challenges facing the modern industrial society cannot be overestimated. We are talking about changing the global socio-technological order, the consequence of which is a complete reformatting of the systems familiar to us, the formation of new social and economic strategies. the technological paradigm is immediately changing, management models and social norms are changing, large-scale demographic shifts are taking place. As a result of the study, key aspects of socio-economic development in the digital economy were identified.

Modern society unanimously recognizes the importance of education for the constructive socio-economic development of the global economy and adopts humanistic principles for building social interaction both at the state and interstate levels. Since the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, the Russian public has been rapidly adapting to belated globalization, consistent with the ever-changing market economy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the social background and modern fashion of Russia after the collapse of the Soviet system and consider the characteristics of modern Russian fashion that have emerged in various ways amid the social changes. This study has significance in expanding the breadth of understanding the rapidly growing modern Russian fashion by considering modern Russian fashion and preparing the foundation while filling the need for research on the Russian fashion market, which has great potential. In the scope of the study, we investigated fashion from the post-2000s, when consumption began in earnest after Russia suffered a period of social and economic turmoil and switched to a liberalistic economy in 1991, to the present. In addition, we conducted an analysis focusing on the works of fashion designers who came from Russia and actively participated in work activities in Russia or abroad. Russian fashion designers reflect the unique cultural characteristics of Russia in their designs and incorporate Russian art into their designs to represent new fashion. Through continuous attempts for creative fashion design, modern Russian fashion will be developed in more diverse ways in the future. Thus, a follow-up study using various approaches to Russian fashion is needed.

The intensification of the processes of the digital economy development is leading to the transformation of the higher education system. Universities are forced to digitalize their own educational, research, international, marketing, financial and economic activities in order to maintain a competitive position in the global market of educational services. The purpose of the article is to study the role of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system and to ensure its adaptability to modern challenges of digital economy. To achieve this goal, methods of content analysis, logical generalization, systematization and a structural-functional method are used. In the article, the authors substantiate the urgency of forming a holistic strategy to ensure the adaptability of higher education to the challenges of digital economy. In the structure of this strategy, the information-technological block is singled out and described. The authors specified a set of positive synergetic effects from the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the activities of universities. The main information threats to the digitalization of higher education related to the protection of personal data and university systems from cyberattacks and fraudulent schemes are identified. In conclusion, the authors detail the measures for the strategy implementation to ensure the adaptability of higher education to digital economy.

This paper examines the discourse of masturbation in modern England and aims to re-draw the map of male sexuality related to such issues as nation, empire, family, and economy. It argues that the discourse of masturbation in modern England reflects national anxieties for the future of empire and an economic concern for unproductive sexual behavior, which were the main factors to transform masturbation into "solitary vice." The anxieties about empire and British dominance were constituted as the core of the anti-masturbation discourse on the boys. The imperial destiny was regarded to depend on the protection of the middle- and upper-class boys from the harmful psychological and physiological effects of masturbation represented in Lawrence's "The Rocking-Horse Winner." In the case of a single male, the concern for masturbation is constructed as a concern about economy, family, and human solidarity. As seen in Eliot's Silas Marner, the act of masturbation was condemned as the fulfillment of illegitimate sexual desire outside the familial sphere and a commercial economy, and thus without the possibility of human community. Silas Marner and Meredith's The Ordeal of Richard Feverel show the ways of reconstituting sexual others as normalized subjects: Boys were forced to be asexual through the regime of surveillance; and a single male was required to enroll in a remedial course on familial respectability.
