소비가치 관점에서의 친환경 수산물 제품 만족도의 선행요인 분석: 성별의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Antecedents of satisfaction of eco-friendly seafood: The moderating effect of gender)

  • The objective of this study is to analyze how consumption value affects customer satisfaction toward eco-friendly seafood products. Moderating role of gender is also examined. For empirical validation of our model, data were collected from a cross-sectional survey of 307 consumers in the South Korea, who have bought a eco-friendly seafood, a representatives eco-friendly product. The results demonstrated several important findings. First, emotional consumption value, social consumption value and functional consumption value had significant positive effects on eco-friendly seafood product satisfaction, Second, interaction effect of social value and gender had a positive effect on satisfaction. Third, interaction effect of functional value and gender had a negative effect on satisfaction. Theoretical and managerial implications are suggested.

여가시간과 시간압박감의 관계 : 성별에 따른 성역할 태도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (Relationship between Leisure Time and Time Pressure: Gender Differences in the Moderating Effect of Gender Role Attitudes)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leisure time and time pressure based on time availability perspective and gender perspective. For this purpose, this study examined the use of leisure time and the level of time pressure according to gender and gender role attitudes and investigated the relationship between leisure time and time pressure focusing on gender differences in the moderating effect of gender role attitudes. The sample for the study was drawn from the Time Use Survey data collected by Korean National Statistical Office in 2009. Two cases were gathered from each of the samples who are married, aged over 20, presently working and raising preschoolers, which makes 3,150 cases in the total. The major findings are as follows. First, the differences of leisure time between groups according to gender role attitude are not significant, but gender differences are significant. Men's leisure time is more than women's leisure time. Secondly, people with progressive gender role attitudes have higher time pressure than people with conservative gender role attitudes. By the gender groups, women's time pressure is higher than men's time pressure. Thirdly, men's time pressure is decreasing as leisure time increases, but effect of leisure time on women's time pressure is not significant. Women with progressive gender role attitudes have higher time pressure than women with conservative gender role attitudes. On the other hand, influence of gender role attitudes on men's time pressure is not significant. Fourthly, only male group has a significant moderating effect of gender role attitudes in the relationship between leisure time and time pressure. In other words, time pressure of men with conservative gender role attitudes is decreasing more sharply than men with progressive gender role attitudes as leisure time increases. In contrast, increased leisure time does not relieve women's time pressure even though they have conservative gender role attitudes. These results show that men's time pressure can be interpreted in the time availability perspective, while women's time pressure can be described in gender perspective.

  • The domestic multiplex industry provides consumers with a choice of movies and a variety of contents and entertainment facilities and services. In addition, the number of movie theaters with the significant market potential is also steadily increasing in the competitive multiplex market environment. For the analysis, we conducted research on 300 adolescents who have experienced using domestic multiplex mobile service within the recent year. This study examined the structural relationship among the multi-dimensional mobile service quality of multiple, enjoyment of use, and online word of mouth intention. Also, it explored the mediating effect of enjoyment of use and the moderating effect of gender in the structural model. As a result, the mobile service quality of multiplex has a significant effect on the online word of mouth intention through the enjoyment of use. However, there was no moderating effect of gender of participating adolescents in the relationships. Based on the analysis of empirical results, this study discussed a series of theocratical and practical implications for the marketing strategies of multiplex in the highly competitive market.

농촌관광에 있어서 관광동기와 만족이 충성도에 미치는 구조관계 분석: 성별의 조절효과 (Structural Relationships among Rural Tourism Motivation, Satisfaction, and Loyalty Including the Moderating Effects of Gender)

  • Gender is frequently being identified as a key moderator in consumer behavior studies. However, there has been insufficient studies in this field in rural tourism areas. The purpose of this study examined the structural relationships among rural tourism motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty including the moderating effect of gender. Data were collected from 442 farmstay visitors by field survey in rural areas. SPSS 15.0 and LISREL 8.80 statistical package were used to analyze the data. Principle component analysis and path analysis were carried out to identify the structural relationships. Results showed that refreshment and family togetherness of tourism motivation had a negative effect on satisfaction. However, rural life of tourism motivation had a positive effect on satisfaction. Tourists' satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. The results also indicated that gender moderated the relationship among tourism motivation, satisfaction, and loyalty. The study suggested that it was important for tourism service marketers to develop proactive relationship marketing techniques that could have a lasting impact on customer retention.

대학생의 부정적 정서가 자살생각에 미치는 영향: 성별을 통한 폭발적 행동의 매개된 조절효과 (Influence of Negative Emotion on the Suicidal Ideation in University Student: Mediated Moderating Effect of Explosive Behavior through Gender)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들의 부정적 정서가 자살생각에 미치는 영향에서 성별을 통해 폭발적 행동이 매개된 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 대학생 644명(남자 322명, 여자 322명)을 대상으로 우울, 불안, 폭발적 행동 및 자살생각을 조사하였고, 매개된 조절효과는 위계적 회귀분석과 경로분석을 통해 분석하였으며, 단순기울기검정 결과를 도식으로 제시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 부정적 정서, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간에 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 부정적 정서와 자살생각 간의 관계에서 폭발적 행동의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 넷째, 폭발적 행동과 자살생각 간의 관계에서 성별의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 성별에 따른 부정적 정서와 폭발적 행동이 자살생각의 증진에 미치는 영향에 대한 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

The Effects of Depression on Mobile Phone Dependency Among Elementary School Students : Testing the Mediating Effect of Self-esteem and the Moderating Effect of Gender

  • The purpose of the present study was to test the impact of depression on mobile phone dependency among elementary school students, to test the mediating effect of self-esteem between depression and mobile phone dependency, and to draw out theoretical and practical implications in terms of preventing or reducing mobile phone dependency. Based on previous studies, a longitudinal research model between the aforementioned three variables has been identified. The present study analyzed the 4th, 5th, and 6th wave data from Korea Children and Youth Panel Study 2010 (KCYPS 2010). The major results were as follows. First, depression could have a significant negative effect on self-esteem. Second, self-esteem could have a significant negative effect on mobile phone dependency. Third, the influence of depression on mobile phone dependency was not significant. Fourth, gender could be a significant moderating variable between depression and self-esteem. Finally, a number of implications of these findings were also discussed.

불안과 우울이 스마트폰중독에 미치는 영향 : 성별조절효과를 중심으로 (The Impacts of anxiety and depression on smartphone addiction : Focusing on the moderating effect of gender)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 불안과 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에 있어서 성별의 조절효과를 검증하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 임의 표본추출한 경기지역 대학생 331명을 대상으로한 설문 결과에 대해 구조방정식모형을 설계하고 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 여학생이 남학생보다 불안, 우울, 스마트폰 중독 수준이 유의미하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 불안과 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 구조방정식 모형 분석 결과, 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 불안, 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 미치는 영향에 대해 성별이 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 남학생은 불안이, 여학생은 우울이 스마트폰 중독에 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 스마트폰 중독을 예방하고 중재하는데 있어서 성별에 따라 다른 접근이 필요함을 논의하였다.

  • Empirical analysis was based on the data of 692 hotel employees from Seoul and Gyung-gi province. To test the relationship between job characteristics and service quality, multiple regression analysis was applied, and hierarchial regression analysis(Cohen & Cohen, 1983) applied to test the moderating effects of gender and tenure. Multiple regressional analysis showed that job importance, job variety, and feedback had an positive impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, but autonomy had a negative impact on tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance. Hierarchical regressional analysis showed that gender had moderating effects on 4 relationships between job characteristics and service quality, and tenure had moderating effects on 3 relationships.

부부갈등과 우울, 불안의 관계에서 용서의 중재효과 (Relationships Among Couple-Conflict, Forgiveness, Depression, and Anxiety: Moderating Effects of Forgiveness)

  • This study investigates the relationships amongst couple conflict, forgiveness, depression, and anxiety according to gender. This study also examined whether forgiveness has a moderating effect on the relationship among couple conflict, depression, and anxiety according to gender. The sample consisted of 263 parents of high school students. The couples reported their level in the Couple Conflict Inventory, Enright Forgiveness Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and Personality Assessment Inventory. The findings are as follows: 1) Anxiety only significantly differed between husband and wife. 2) Couple conflict positively related to husband and wife depression and anxiety. Forgiveness is negatively related to couple conflict, anxiety, and depression between husband and wife. 3) The moderating effects of forgiveness within couple conflict and depression only showed with the wife. 4) The moderating effect of forgiveness between couple conflict and anxiety was only displayed by the husband. The findings of this study indicate that forgiveness could function as a protective factor for couples who perceive couple conflict, depression, and anxiety. These results suggest implications for couple conflict education and couple counseling according to gender.

소규모 외식업체 경영주의 변혁적 리더십이 TMX와 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계: 성별조절효과 (The Influencing Relationship of Transformational Leadership of TMX, Organization Citizenship Behavior: Moderating Effect of Gender)

  • 본 연구는 부산에 거주하는 소규모 외식업체 경영주들의 변혁적 리더십이 TMX 및 조직시민 행동 간의 영향관계에서 성별의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS(V 21.0)와 AMOS(V 18.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 도출된 요인 간 구조방정식 모형(Structural Equation Modeling)을 사용하여 전체모형의 접합도 및 유기적인 인과 관계와 성별의 조절효과를 검정하였다. 검정결과, 소규모외식업체 경영주들의 변혁적 리더십은 TMX에, TMX는 조직시민행동에 모두 유의한 인과관계가 확인되었고, 성별의 조절효과는 지적자극이 팀멤버(TMX)에 미치는 영향과 TMX가 조직시민행동과의 인과관계에서 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 소규모 외식업체 경영주들이 변혁적 리더십으로 팀 구성원들과 자유로운 소통을 통한 리더십을 발휘할 수 있다면 업장의 발전에 도움이 된다는 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 또한, 성별의 조절효과를 검정한 결과 지적자극이 TMX에, TMX가 조직시민행도에 조절효과를 나타내었다. 이는 남녀 성별에 따라서 지적자극과 TMX가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향의 강도가 다르다는 것을 시사하고 있다.
