IS 감리 품질 향상을 위한 성숙도 기반의 평가 모델 플랫폼 (Evaluation Model Platform based on Mature to improve IS audit quality)

  • 정보시스템 감리의 목적은 정보시스템 구축 과정에서 발생하는 모든 위험 요소를 선제적으로 발견하고 이를 효율적으로 관리하여 정보시스템 개발 목적을 달성하고자 하는 것이다. 그러나 감리 현장에서는 정보시스템 감리 과정에 대한 품질 및 효과에 대하여 많은 불만을 표출하고 있어, 이에 대한 문제 해결을 통해 정보시스템의 효과적이고 효율적인 구축에 실질적인 도움이 되도록 하는 방법에 관하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 감리인과 평가자 모두에게 상호 이해가 가능하도록 다단계 감리평가 모델을 제안하여, 각 단계의 품질 레벨을 향상시키는 성숙화 과정을 거치는 모델을 제시하였다. 성숙도에 기반한 이 평가 모델 플랫폼은 감리인과 평가자 상호 간의 협의를 통해 효율적으로 개선사항을 도출하고 실시간 검색을 통해 이를 시정하여 전체 시스템을 성숙화하는 다단계 모델로서 정보시스템 구축과 정을 효율적으로 관리하고자 하는 것이 주 목적이다.

BIM 기반 비정형 건축물 패널화 모델 생성 방법에 관한 연구 (BIM-Based Generation of Free-form Building Panelization Model)

  • With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

  • Recently, as a performance based design concept is introduced, assurance of expected performances on serviceability and safety in the whole span of life is exactly requested. So, quantitative assessments about durability related properties of concrete in early-age long term are come to necessary, Especially in early age, deterioration which affects long-term durability performance can be occurred by hydration heat and shrinkage, so development of reasonable hydration heat model which can simulate early age behavior is necessary. The micor-pore structure formation property also affects shrinkage behavior in early age and carbonations and chloride ion penetration characteristic in long term, So, for the quantitative assessment on durability performance of concrete, modelings of early age concrete based on hydration process and micor-pore structure formation characteristics are important. In this paper, a micromechanics based hydration heat evolution model is adopted and a quantitative model which can simulate micro-pore structure development is also verified with experimental results. The models can be used effectively to simulate the early-age behavior of concrete composed of different mix proportions.

  • For the systems engineering process-based development, all requirements of 'Smart UAV Development Program' have been constructed as the database of CORE(R), computer aided systems engineering tool. In this paper, the construction and application of model-based test & evaluation system using those database is described, which prevents omitting essential tests and performing unnecessary rests and enables automatic reflection of database changes and standardization of document formats.

  • The objective of this paper is to introduce a project on developing construction method based estimation system. It means a 3D product model based estimation system to effectively and efficiently manage estimation process during the project life-cycle. This paper describes a outline and method for 3D based estimation system. Normally, it is not easy to take-off the quantity from 3D CAD model, because of all different depths of the quantity take off in each design development stage and nation. This study shows how to keep the balance of its depths in each design development stage such as schematic design, detail design, shop drawing, and so forth.

  • 대학에서 배출하는 IT 인력과 산업체에서 요구하는 인력의 질적 수준 간에 많은 차이가 발생함으로 인해서 인력의 공급과 수요의 불균형을 초래하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 정보통신부에서는 IT 교과과정과 교과목을 설계하여 대학에 시범적으로 제시하는 사업을 전개하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 교과과정 개발 과정에 있어서 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스와 메타 모델 기반의 교과목 설계 기법을 제시한다. 이러한 기법은 이미 그 확장성이나 유연성, 그리고 품질 향상을 가져오고 있음이 이미 소프트웨어 공학에서 증명되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 접근을 적용함으로써 개발되는 교과 과정이나 교과목의 품질 및 확장성을 유도하리라 기대한다.

FAB-Wide 스케줄링을 통한 반도체 연구라인의 운용 최적화 (The Operational Optimization of Semiconductor Research and Development Fabs by FAB-wide Scheduling)

  • Semiconductor research and development(R&D) fabs are very different than production fabs in many ways such as the scales of production, job priority, production methods, and performance measures. Efficient operations of R&D fabs are very important to the development of new product, process stability, high yield, and ultimately company competitiveness. This paper proposes the fab-wide scheduling method for operational optimization of the R&D fabs. Most scheduling systems of semiconductor fabs have only focused on maximizing throughput of each separated areas without considering WIP(works in process) flows of entire fab. In this paper, we proposes the a fab-wide scheduling system which schedules all lots to entire fab equipment at once. We develop the MIP(mixed integer programing) model which allocates the lots to production equipment considering many constraints of all processes and the CP(constraint programming) model which determines the sequences of the lots in the production equipment. The proposed FAB-wide scheduling model is applied to the newly constructed R&D fab. As a result, we have accomplished the system based automated job reservation, decrease of the hot lot delay, increase of the queue time satisfaction, the high throughput by maximizing the batch sizes, decrease of the WIP TAT(Turn Around Time).

지역사회 중심 청소년개발정책의 효율적 운영 모형 정립 (A Study on the Establishment of Effective Model for Community;Centered Youth Development Policy)

  • The purpose of this study was to establish the effective model for community-centered youth development in Korea. The research methods used the extensive review of related literatures and consultation with a panel of experts in this field. Based on the major results, the implications and suggestions were as follows. First, community youth development will need to provide the opportunities of competencies and a full complement of positive connections to youth activities. Second, communities promote to engage youth as partners with adults in the process of positive youth development. Third, youth development organizations operate to support the programs to prevent or treat specific problems in terms of community youth contexts. Finally, collaboration and network are necessarily required among youth, adults, home, school, organizations within the community.

  • ERTMS/ETCS Level 1 ATP, ATC and ATS are Signaling Systems adopted in korea. For operating in three different trackside signaling systems, train must have individual onboard signaling systems, ATP, ATC and ATS. Three signaling systems in one train is the main cause to increase installation and maintenance cost. Also it is need more effort to change a onboard signaling system depend on the trackside signaling system. those things should lead to decrease efficiency of the onboard signaling system. one integrated onboard signaling system for ATP, ATC and ATS is the good solution for those problems. IOSS is an integrated Onboard Signaling System and still developing. In this paper, we introduce the methodology of model-based development of IOSS. IOSS has one superviser process and several functional blocks to process individual signaling system s. Rhapsody which is CASE tool is used to construct the structure and develop the software for IOSS.

  • 본 논문은 BPM(Business Process Model)에 룰(rule/policy)을 적용하여 3-Tier 구조의 BPM을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 비즈니스 프로세스를 효율적으로 관리하고, 빠르게 변화하는 업무를 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링하고 그에 필요한 응용 프로그램의 개발을 위해 BPM과 CBD(Component Based Development)간의 접목에 초점을 둔다. 이를 통해서 새로운 비즈니스 프로세스를 추가/변경 시, 필요한 응용업무 프로그램 개발 기간 단축을 할 수 있으리라 본다. 은행 비즈니스업무에 대해 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링을 적용 사례로 보여준다.
