Web 2.0, characterized as openness, sharing, and participation, has enabled Internet users to easily generate a variety of contents, and to share them through Web 2.0 services. Knowledge search service (KSS) is positioning itself as one of typical Web 2.0 services. Yet, few studies have sharpened our understanding of users' knowledge sharing behavior in the KSS environment. In order to address this knowledge void, this paper attempts to explore antecedents of their usage behavior in the KSS environment. Typically, they utilize stored knowledge and share their knowledge simultaneously. Considering this characteristic, our study regards service usage intention and knowledge sharing intention as final dependent variables. This study advances a research model based on Bhattacherjee's expectation-confirmation model, which is expanded by incorporating trust belief. Because of the openness of KSS, trust belief is believed to play a critical role in forming users' service usage intention and knowledge sharing intention. Furthermore, this study examines the difference of the antecedents' effects in terms of users' gender. We collected data from 275 respondents who have experience in using KSS. PLS (partial least squares) was employed for the analysis of the data. Analysis results confirm the important role of user satisfaction and trust belief in the formation of users' service usage intention and knowledge sharing intention. More importantly, trust belief has a more salient effect on knowledge service usage intention than user satisfaction. This study also shows the moderating role of users' gender. Finally, this paper provides managerial guidance on strategic planning aimed at improving users' service usage intention and knowledge sharing intention in the KSS environment.

본 연구의 목적은 금융업 종사자의 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 특성요인과 성과요인 간의 영향관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 금융업 종사자의 특성변수는 개인적 차원의 신뢰성향, 주관적 규범, 지식공유 의지를, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰, 경영층 지원을 설정하였다. 성과변수는 직무만족과 기업혁신을 설정하고, 이에 대한 연구모델을 제시하였다. 연구모델은 금융업 종사자 185명의 설문지를 이용하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 개인적 차원 중에서 신뢰성향은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 조직적 차원의 팀원 간 신뢰 그리고 경영층 지원은 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특성요인 중에서 팀원 간 신뢰가 가장 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 금융업 종사자의 지식공유는 직무만족과 기업혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

전기차 카셰어링은 친환경차량인 전기차를 여러 사용자들이 함께 이용함으로써 교통부문의 온실가스 발생량을 감소시키고, 동시에 자가용 증가로 인한 공간 및 환경문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 주목받고 있다. 그러나 아직 도입단계에 불과하기 때문에 전기차 카셰어링 시스템의 효율성이나 사업가능성에 대한 연구나 분석이 필요한 실정이다. 이러한 배경하에 본 연구에서는 전기차 카셰어링 시스템의 운영상태와 결과를 분석이 가능한 모형을 개발하였으며, 현재 실시되고 있는 시범사업 내용을 반영하여 시뮬레이션을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 전기차 카셰어링 시스템 운영과 관련된 변수들 사이의 관계와 운영효율을 최대화 할 수 있는 최적용량 등을 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 분석에서는 차량대수와 충전기수가 증가할수록 서비스 제공율은 계속 증가하다가 일정수준에 도달하면 증가폭과 그 효율이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 카셰어링 시스템 운영에 따른 수익과 비용을 분석하여 연간 운영 이익을 최대화 할 수 있는 최적 차량대수 및 최적 충전기 수를 도출하였다.

As vehicle sharing service is being widely used in China. The sharing economy appeared to be a way to make people's lives more convenient and to utilize limited resources efficiently. Sharing economy companies have created an app to satisfy users' needs with providing more benefits. Although research on vehicle sharing services has been continuously conducted at the level of the sharing economy, there are not many empirical studies related to the perception of the sharing economy from the consumer's point of view. In this sense, this study considered the perceived relationship benefits (social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits) of Didi chuxing service as the key independent variables influencing users' confirmation and satisfaction, And suggests that users' confirmation and satisfaction are the key determinants of Didi continuance intention . To test the proposed research model, this study conducted structural equation model using 268 data collected on the users who have experience of Didi service. According to the empirical analysis results, This study verifies that: First, social benefits, economic benefits, psychological benefits, and functional benefits are determinants of user's satisfaction. Second, expectation confirmation depends on economic benefits, psychological benefits, functional benefits and social influence, meanwhile, social benefit has no effect on expectation confirmation. Third, expectation confirmation is proved to be a positive predictor of users' satisfaction. Finally, this results indicate that continuous use intention is determined by users' satisfaction.

본 연구는 사회복지담당공무원의 관계적 요인이 지식공유에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 지식공유의도의 매개효과를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 대전광역시 사회복지담당공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 구조방정식모형을 통해 인과관계를 검증하였다. 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 관계적 요인으로는 신뢰, 의사소통의 개방성, 상호관계의 기대와 효능감을 설정하였고, 매개변수는 지식공유의도, 종속변수는 지식공유였다. 연구결과, 신뢰, 상호관계의 기대, 효능감이 지식공유의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었고, 지식공유에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인은 효능감 뿐이었다. 지식공유의도도 역시 지식공유에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 사회복지담담공무원의 지식공유는 주로 지식공유의도를 매개로 하여 이루어지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 사회복지담당공무원들의 지식공유를 보다 활발히 하기 위한 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 건설도면정보 공유를 위한 XML 스키마 개발 및 STEP 연계기술을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 STEP/AP202를 바탕으로 도면정보를 표현하는 STEP 데이터 모델 개발, ISO 표준도면을 관리할 수 있는 STEP 데이터 검색기 개발, 그리고 벡터형식으로 표현되는 도형정보와 각 도형요소가 연관되는 외부적 기술 자료들이 상호 유기적으로 통합될 수 있는 구조를 지원하기 위한 XML 스키마를 개발하였으며, 자재정보와 법규체크를 대상으로 STEP과 XML의 상호 연계를 통한 도면정보 공유방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 제안된 건설도면정보 공유방안을 통해 건설산업 전반에서 발생하는 건설도면을 포함한 각종 외부문서, 기술문서들의 상호 연계로 건설설계 업무지원 및 정보의 최적화된 관리가 가능할 것이다.

본 연구에서는 식품공급체인의 HACCP 도입과 추적성, 투명성, 정보공유 요인과 기업의 사업성과간의 구조적 관계를 규명하였다. 이를 위해서 식품분야 국제인증을 획득하고 있는 132개 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였고, 구조방정식모형(Structural equation model)으로 실증분석을 하였다. 먼저 기업의 HACCP 요인을 선행변수로, 추적성, 투명성, 정보공유 요인을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 기업의 사업성과 요인과 함께 연구모형에 포함시켜 실증분석을 한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, HACCP 요인은 식품 공급체인의 추적성, 투명성 요인과 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 식품공급체인의 추적성, 정보공유 요인은 기업의 사업성과 요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 식품공급체인의 투명성은 정보공유를 통하여 기업의 사업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 향후 연구는 HACCP 실행을 위한 세부 요인을 고려한 연구가 진행되어야 하겠다.

지식 공유 라이브 방송의 출현은 라이브 방송 플랫폼에 더 많은 다원화적인 내용을 제공하였다. 지식 공유 라이브 방송 사용자의 사용 의향에 대한 영향 요인을 분석하면 인터넷 라이브 방송 플랫폼으로 하여금 이러한 내용에 관심을 가지는 사용자의 사용 특징을 더 잘 이해하게 할 수 있다. 또한 플랫폼 운영업체에 더 좋은 서비스를 제공하여 라이브 방송 플랫폼의 혁신에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 TAM모델을 기반으로 설문조사와 구조방정식 모형을 이용해 지식 공유 라이브 방송 중 사용자 의향에 대한 영향 요인에 관한 개념 모형을 구축하고 지식 사용자의 영향 요인 모형에 대해 실증 분석을 진행한다. 데이터 분석 결과에 따르면, 사용자가 지식 공유 라이브 방송 태도에 미치는 유의한 영향은 지각된 유용성이고 다음은 몰입 체험이며, 지각된 가치는 사용자 태도와 사용 의향에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 사용자 태도의 긍정적 영향은 사용자의 사용 의향에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

급변하는 사이버 환경에서 다양한 유형으로 발생하는 보안위협에 상응하기 위한 국내 위협정보 공유체계는 미흡한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하고 위협정보 공유 활성화를 제고시키고자, 정보 공유 시 핵심 요인을 가치기반수용모델(VAM) 기반으로 연구모델을 도출하고 정보보호 관련 종사자들 총 204명 대상으로 리커드 5점 척도 설문조사를 수행한 후 1차 151명의 통계결과를 SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 분석을 수행하고 2차 204명의 통계결과를 R-Studio를 통해 추가 검증하였다. 이를 통하여 사이버위협정보 공유 활성화 핵심요인으로 지각된 용이성이 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며(β=0.405, p<0.01), 저해요인은 혁신 저항으로 분석되었다(β=-0.152, p<0.01). 도출된 연구 결과는 미시적으로 향후 기업의 사어버 위협정보 공유의 활성화를 위한 요인 분석 시 활용과 거시적으로 국가 사이버위협 대응체계의 기반 조성에 기여할 수 있겠다.

Time-optimal performances are analyzed in the sense of inner loop. A varying-time sharing thrusting logic is suggested as a new sequential paired thrusting logic for fast maneuvers of satellites with coupled thruster configuration. Its time-optimal maneuvering performance is compared with two conventional thrusting logics: separate thrusting logic and constant-time sharing sequential paired thrusting logic. It is found that the newly suggested varying-time sharing thrusting logic can be easily implemented by adjusting the conventional constant-time logic with its thrust on-time, while it can reduce the maneuvering time enormously as much as the separate thrusting logic. The performance of the logic is simulated on the agile maneuvering spacecraft model KOMPSAT-II.
