Recently, companies are trying to gain a competitive advantage in the market to meet the voice of customer. For this purpose, QFD has been used as product development technology in many areas to include the customer' requirements. Also, Kano model has been used to understand the customer' requirements for an effective way. Therefore integration of Kano model and QFD can more efficiently reflect the customer' requirements when designing a new service. This paper proposes PI index by taking into account the current satisfaction position of our company and competitors while IR (Improvement Ratio) value was set uniformity. This study suggests a more accurate index to predict potential improvements and calculates the final importance or priority. Through case studies targeted at elevator maintenance companies, we can have a general idea how much to improve in the near future and estimate the final importance of customer requirements.

IFLA는 개체-관계모형을 기반으로 하여 서지레코드가 수행해야 할 기능에 관한 '서지레코드의 기능상 요건에 관한 모형'(Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records: FRBR Model)을 발표하였다. 본 연구에서는 FRBR 모형의 비평적 분석을 통하여 새로운 목록규칙에 대한 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

This paper discusses the development of a generic train operation model from a set of Korean Urban Transit Regulations such as Regulation for Train Operation of Urban Transit, Regulation for Safety Requirements of Urban Transit and so on. It is to communicate with various stakeholders on urban transit system, and to elicit copious requirements in performance of the urban transit train operation based on the model.

This paper presents a requirement development process using the model based systems engineering design process to the developments of the missile Seeker. SysML Model and requirement analysis templates were used as the specific execution method for applying the system engineering process. This paper will present a process for deriving the technical requirements and derived requirements using them.

Customer satisfaction is an ever-growing concern of management throughout the world. To find the way to increase customer satisfaction. we must understand customer requirements. Kano distinguishes between three types of product requirements(:must-be, one-dimensional, attractive requirements. which influence customer satisfaction in different ways when met. Timko has developed customer satisfaction(CS) coefficient based on Kano model. The CS coefficient is indicative of how strongly a product feature may influence satisfaction. In this paper, we analyzes the factors that influence College Student's Satisfaction of teaching using Kano Model, Timko's CS-Coefficient.

Various stakeholders are involved in the creation of software projects. In general, the higher the number of stakeholders involved during the requirements elicitation phase, the better are the chances of success for the project. However, it is rather difficult to consider the opinion of all the stakeholders owing to constraints on time and resources. Furthermore, conflicts between stakeholders can become inevitable when the number of stakeholders increases. Thus, the identification of key stakeholders is an important factor in ensuring the success of a project. In this paper, a methodical stakeholder conflict resolution model (s-CRM) is proposed by considering an actual industrial case study. The proposed model uses information gain based on entropy when measuring the impurity of information. We believe that the proposed s-CRM is effective in identifying the key stakeholders and in intuitively indicating those stakeholders whose elicited requirements need to be weighted. In addition, the model provides a solution for conflicts among stakeholders during requirements engineering.

소프트웨어 개발에서 요구사항 도출 및 분석은 매우 중요한 단계이며, 다양한 이해관계자가 관여하기 때문에 많은 시간과 노력을 필요로 한다. ChatGPT는 다양한 문서를 학습한 대규모 언어 모델로서 코드 생성, 디버깅 등의 능력은 물론 소프트웨어 분석 설계 영역에서도 활용할 수 있는 능력을 갖고 있는 것으로 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ChatGPT의 이러한 능력을 활용하여 소프트웨어 요구사항 도출, 시스템 목표에 적합한 요구사항 분석, 유스케이스 형태로 문서화하는 요구공학 방법을 제안한다. 소프트웨어 요구공학에서 이해관계자, 분석가, ChatGPT는 협업 모델을 가져야 하며, 요구사항 도출, 분석, 명세화에서 ChatGPT의 결과를 초기 요구사항으로 하여 분석가와 이해관계자가 점검 및 내용을 추가하는 형태로 요구공학이 진행하는 것을 제안한다. ChatGPT의 성능이 향상될수록 요구사항의 도출 및 분석이 점차 정확도를 높일 수 있을 것이며, 소프트웨어 요구공학에서 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있을 것이다.

요구사항은 아키텍처를 생성할 때 매우 중요한 요소로써 기능 요구사항과 품질 요구사항으로 구분된다. 기능 요구사항은 하위시스템 또는 컴포넌트 생성에 영향을 미치고 품질 요구사항은 아키텍처의 구조를 결정하는데 영향을 준다. 이와 같이 요구 사항은 아키텍처 설계에 중요한 영향을 끼치기 때문에 아키텍처 설계를 위해서는 요구사항에 대한 명확한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항에 대한 명확한 이해를 돕기 위해 요구사항을 정량화하는 방법을 제안한다. 기능 요구사항은 기능적인 우선순위 계산을 통해 컴포넌트를 정량화하고 품질 요구사항은 정량화된 컴포넌트와 품질 속성의 연관성 계산을 통해 정량화한다. 제안된 방법은 DRAMA (Domain Requirements Analysis for Modeling Architectures) 도구를 통해 구현되었으며, 요구사항의 정량화 방법을 실 예제에 적용해본 결과를 소개한다.

Purpose The emergence of mobile applications has simplified our life in various ways. Regarding tourism activities, mobile applications are already efficient in providing personalized tourism related information and are very much effective in booking hotels, flights, etc. However, there are very few studies on classifying the actual service requirements and improving the customer satisfaction in mobile tourism applications. The purpose of this study is to implement a practical mobile tourism application. To serve the purpose, we classify and categorize the service requirement of mobile tourism applications in Korea. We employed Kano model and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Specifically, we conducted a focus group study to find out the service requirements in mobile tourism applications. Design/methodology/approach The data for this study were collected from Koreans and Foreigners who has the experience using mobile tourism applications. Participants needed to be familiar with mobile tourism applications because such users may be more aware of the mobile tourism applications services. We analyzed 147 valid data using Kano model and conducted AHP analysis on five experts in the field of tourism using Expert Choice software. Findings In this paper, we identified the 17 service quality requirements in the mobile tourism applications. The results reveal that the service requirement such as Geo-location map, Multilingual option, Compatibility with different operating systems were unavoidable service, absent of such requirements leads to the dissatisfaction. Based on the results of the integrated application of both Kano model and AHP analysis, this study provide specific implications for improving the service quality of the mobile tourism applications in Korea.

Crowdsourcing is growing its interests in designing where various designers work independently to a given design task. Recent researchers discovered that collaboration by sharing designs among designers helps to produce high-quality designs. However, design task may still be hard even with that collaboration in case the requirements are not well-defined. Most customers sometimes do not know what they really want and do not know how to clearly define the requirements. Consequently, the lack of requirements creates issues on designers, such as spending much time and effort on collecting requirements alone or from the customers. The designers even end up missing important necessities to complete their tasks. To address this issue, we proposed a collaborative requirements elicitation method that supports designers who are working on the same task. We developed CREFD (Collaborative Requirements Elicitation For Designers and Developers) tool to enable designers collaboratively provide requirements, identify dependencies, add annotations and votes to the provided requirements. We performed the hypothetical and empirical evaluations to test and compare the proposed method with one of the existing elicitation methods, the results show that the proposed method helps in collecting accepted and well-organized requirements better than individual requirements elicitation.
