RZD 수익증대를 위해 도입한 무인발권 시스템과 시사점 (E-Ticketing System for the Increase of RZD Operation Revenue)

  • Many rail operators have developed ticketing systems for the use of rail service and the increase of operation revenue by AIM, E-ticket and mobile tickets. Also they have operated rail pass for rail revenue by foreign tourists. Russian railways (RZD) has similar rail systems with CIS countries and sometimes same tickets. A few years ago, RZD introduced and operated E-ticketing system for the increase of passenger's convenience and operation revenue, and CIS countries have adopted and widely used this system. This study will introduce the revenue business by E-ticketing system of RZD, and forecast Russian railroad business in the future.

  • 이 연구는 국내 3사 영화관 CGV, 메가박스, 롯데시네마의 애플리케이션 예매 시스템을 비교하여 그에 대한 사용성을 평가하고, 문제점을 파악해 더욱 편리한 모바일 예매를 위한 사용자 경험을 알아보는 것에 목적을 두었다. 각 3사의 애플리케이션의 사용 경험이 있는 실험집단을 모집하여 1차 task로 각 영화관 애플리케이션에서 영화 예매 완료를 진행한 후 2차로 스티븐 앤더슨(Stephen Anderson)의 Creating Pleasurable Interfaces 모형을 토대로 만든 질문을 통해 심층인터뷰를 진행하였다. 실험결과, 사용자들은 기본적인 예매 기능이 원활히 진행되고, 전체적인 정보 정렬이 잘 이루어져 있는 구성을 선호하였다. 특히 결제 방식이 편리한 애플리케이션에 대한 만족감이 높았다. 따라서 개선 방안으로 사용자들이 한눈에 인식할 수 있는 디자인과 별도의 결제 시스템이 아닌 애플리케이션 내에서의 간편한 결제 시스템이 요구된다. 이 연구가 스마트폰 애플리케이션을 통하여 영화를 예매하는데 사용자 경험을 극대화할 수 있는 서비스 방안을 모색하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

모바일 기기를 이용한 스마트 티켓팅 시스템 구현 (Implementation of a smart ticketing system using mobile devices)

  • 일반적으로 티켓은 재화 취득하고 서비스를 이용하는데 필수적인 수단으로 현대 사회의 다양한 분야에서 널리 활용되고 있으며, 주로 제지류나 RFID 칩 등의 방식으로 이용자들에게 제공되어 지고 있다. 그러나 기존의 시스템은 티켓의 분실, 위조와 같은 위험성을 가지고 있으며 이를 개선하기 다양한 노력이 시도되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 지속적으로 보급되어 사용하고 있는 스마트 폰을 이용하여 서버 PC와의 통신을 통해 제지류 티켓을 배제한 스마트 티켓팅 시스템을 제안한다. 해당 시스템은 제지류 식권 발매 과정을 생략함으로써 운영자 및 이용자 모두에게 시간 절약 및 신뢰성 측면에서 유용한 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 논문에서 제안되는 시스템은 티켓팅을 필요로 하는 다양한 유사분야에서도 응용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

O2O서비스의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 영화관 티켓 발권서비스를 중심으로 (A Study on Factors Affecting Intention to Continuous Use of O2O Service : Focused on Cinema Ticketing Systems)

  • This study aims to investigate factors affecting the intention of continuous use of O2O service by referring new media adoption theory and value-based acceptance model for movie ticketing services. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for users of tickets ticketing service of the cinema online (including mobile) within the last 6 months. A total of 500 copies was collected and 404 copies were analyzed excluding 96 copies because of errors. As a result of the analysis, the ease of use and service ubiquity has a positive effect on perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and usability has a positive effect on perceived functional value. Compatibility and trialability has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and emotional value. Previous experience has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and inertia has negative effect on perceived functional value. Finally, the perceived emotional value has a positive effect on the intention to continuous use, but perceived functional value appeared to have no significant effect. This study shows a theoretical implication for new technology-based services such O2O. It was suggested to establish a practical marketing strategy and help to activate the O2O service field.

하이브리드 웹 기반의 스마트 발권 시스템 (A Smart Ticketing System Based-on Hybrid Web)

  • 본 논문에서는 공연장이나 야구장 등 다양한 분야에서 티켓을 발권하는데 있어서 필요한 보안성과 호환성 그리고 상업성까지 기존 문제를 해결한 미래형 웹 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 보안 문제로 이슈가 되고 있는 우회 해킹 기법인 스크린 해킹을 방어하고 더 강력한 보안을 위해 모바일을 이용한 OTP(One Time Password)시스템을 제시하고 호환 문제를 해결하기 위해 ActiveX를 사용하지 않는 Non-ActiveX System과 다양한 환경이나 기기에서 이용이 가능하게 기존 반응형 하이브리드 웹을 개선한 스마트 발권 시스템을 제시한다. 또한 모바일 기기의 특징을 이용한 지능형 화면 전환 시스템과 자동 할인 시스템, 최단거리 공연장 안내 시스템으로 상업적인 부분까지 고려하여 완성도 높은 시스템을 제시하였다.

인터넷 티켓팅 시스템의 사용과 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Use and Satisfaction of Internet Ticketing Systems)

  • With the development of information technology (IT), various information systems (IS) such as Web-based systems and mobile systems have appeared utilizing different technologies. However, recent studies on IS use and user satisfaction rarely account for technological differences among IS and environmental characteristics where IS are intended to be used. The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of the use of Web-based ticketing systems for cultural activities and to empirically validate their relationships. Environmental psychology suggests that human beings respond to external stimuli from environments with their emotions, and their emotional states influence human actions, e.g., IS use in this research. Applying environmental psychology to the use of Web-based systems in the culture and entertainment industry, we propose that web site characteristics first influence a user's internal state of mind (i.e., flow) and then the flow state influences the IS use. Studies related to the state of flow collectively affirm the key role played by the flow construct in shaping individual attitudes and behaviors toward IS. Users' flow states are captured by their shopping enjoyment, perceived behavioral control, and the level of concentration on the IS use. Referring to social presence theory, we have included such web site characteristics as content quality, context of web site, and community quality. In our research model, a second order construct is utilized to represent web site quality, because flow theory suggests that holistic experiences with web-based systems (rather than individual characteristics of the web site) are important in explaining the IS use. Further, we have included trust as another important factor influencing the IS use since business transactions on the web encompass higher uncertainty comparing to offline transactions. In order to test our hypotheses, we have conducted an online survey which results in 1,141 valid responses in the final sample. The data were collected from respondents who have experiences in Internet ticketing systems. Although it was a convenient sample, the sample represents a wide variety of user demographics. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested and research hypotheses were examined using PLS Graph 3.0. The results indicate that web site characteristics significantly influence the level of user concentration, user's enjoyment in shopping, and perceived behavioral control. Further, the use of Internet ticketing systems is influenced by users' flow states and trust in the web channel. User satisfaction is turned out to be affected by the use of Internet ticketing systems. Unlike extant research on the relationship between web site characteristics and its use, our study has found that, in the culture and entertainment industry, the impact of web site characteristics on IS use is mediated by a user's flow state. This finding has a practical implication that web site design should include as many features that enhance shopping enjoyment and concentration. Other practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.

모바일 커머스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing on Behavior Intention for Mobile Commerce)

  • Mobile commerce is defined as any direct or indirect transaction conducted and facilitated through a wireless telecommunication network such as payment, ticketing, auction and mobile banking. Despite the importance of mobile commerce, there have not been so many academic studies on the unique characteristics of mobile commerce environments. In this study, our research model is developed based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) to investigate the user's technology acceptance process in mobile commerce environment. The factors, such as ubiquity, compatibility, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, cost, security, attitude and behavior intention for mobile commerce were selected from pier study in information systems area. The data for empirical analysis of the research model is collected online-questionnaire of 167 mobile commerce users in South Korea. The hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0. The results of our study show that: (1) compatibility, perceived usefulness and security had influences on the attitude whereas perceived ease of use and cost did not have any significant impact on the attitude, (2) compatibility influenced perceived usefulness whereas perceived ease of use did not, and finally (3) ubiquity, perceived usefulness and attitude had considerable influences on intention for mobile commerce. Therefore, practitioners should focus on enhancing security, quality of contents and services as well as offering what mobile commerce users want. The results of this study may useful for academicians and practitioners alike.

  • 이동 환경과 관련된 기술이 발달함에 따라 모바일 티켓팅 서비스에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 제안된 모바일 티켓팅 시스템은 만족할 만한 확장성과 안전성을 제공하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보다 안전한 모바일 티켓팅 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 모바일 티켓팅 시스템의 문제점을 살펴보고 모바일 환경에 적합한 프레임 워크를 바탕으로 티켓의 복사, 수정을 방지할 수 있는 시스템을 제시한다. 기존의 시스템에서 티켓의 수정이 가능한 것을 서명을 사용함으로서 해결하고 그에 대한 안전성을 분석한다.

An Energy Efficient Clustering Algorithm in Mobile Adhoc Network Using Ticket Id Based Clustering Manager

  • Many emerging mobile ad-hoc network application communications are group-oriented. Multicast supports group-oriented applications efficiently, particularly in a mobile environment that has a limited bandwidth and limited power. Energy effectiveness along with safety are 2 key problem in MANET design. Within this paper, MANET is presented with a stable, energy-efficient clustering technique. In this proposed work advanced clustering in the networks with ticket ID cluster manager (TID-CMGR) has formed in MANET. The proposed routing scheme makes secure networking the shortest route possible. In this article, we propose a Cluster manager approach based on TICKET-ID to address energy consumption issues and reduce CH workload. TID-CMGR includes two mechanism including ticket ID controller, ticketing pool, route planning and other components. The CA (cluster agent) shall control and supervise the functions of nodes and inform to TID-CMGR. The CH conducts and transfers packets to the network nodes. As the CH energy level is depleted, CA elects the corresponding node with elevated energy values, and all new and old operations are simultaneously stored by CA at this time. A simulation trial for 20 to 100 nodes was performed to show the proposed scheme performance. The suggested approach is used to do experimental work using the NS- simulator. TIDCMGR is compared with TID BRM and PSO to calculate the utility of the work proposed. The assessment shows that the proposed TICKET-ID scheme achieves 90 percent more than other current systems.

  • NFC는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로 스마트 디바이스의 보급 및 서비스 확산과 함께 모바일 결제 분야의 중요한 기술로 대두되고 있다. NFC는 소액결제서비스, 티켓팅, 스마트카드 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 하나의 장치로 가능하게 하기 때문에 개인정보 유출 및 보안상의 위험을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 NFC 기술에서 보안의 문제는 필수적이며, 보안 위협에 대한 연구의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NFC의 보안 기술 및 보안 취약점에 대해 분석한다.
