Wireless and mobile communication technologies enable individuals who trade stocks and bonds to use mobile-based trading services. Due to rapidly developing mobile technologies and adoption of the advanced/smart mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets, the use of mobile trading systems (MTS) have increased at an unexpected rate. Although many prior studies measured service quality on various service-related fields, there are few studies that is related to mobile trading systems compared to more traditional PC-based home trading systems. This research searches determinants of service quality for mobile trading systems and examines the effects of these factors on the intention to mobile trading systems' continuous use. Through an extensive literature review, this research finds three dimensions for mobile trading systems : interaction quality, service environment quality, and service outcome quality. The result of analysis shows that personalization, connectivity, ease of use, informativeness, and monetary value enhance the intention to continuous use. Considering environmental conditions such as the high rate of MTS adoption among individual users and stiffer competition among securities firms, these findings may help practically securities firms' shaping MTS system development strategies for individual users' continuous use and for increasing new users adoption.

비대면 거래 활성화로 증권사 간 영업점포 규모나 거래 비용면의 차별성은 줄어들고 증권거래 시스템에 대한 중요성이 높아졌다. 특히 개인 투자자들이 많이 사용하는 모바일 트레이딩 시스템의 거래 비중 증가와 코로나19 이후 개인 투자자의 증가로 모바일 트레이딩 시스템은 더욱 중요해졌다. 하지만 모바일 트레이딩 시스템에 관한 사용성 연구는 문헌조사나 설문조사방법으로 진행되어 사용자 중심의 사용성 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 사용성 속성을 알아보기 위해 사용자의 경험적 인식을 찾아내는 레퍼토리 그리드 기법을 사용하였다. 사용자 관점의 모바일 트레이딩 시스템 사용성 속성을 도출하고 사용자 그룹과 개발자 그룹간의 빈도와 중요도 측면에서 사용성 속성 차이를 확인하였다.

As the advance of multi-platform and multi-channel online services, brokerages are now offering three representative online trading systems - HTS(Home Trading Systems), WTS(Web Trading Systems), MTS(Mobile Trading Systems). In this study we investigated and compared the impact of different systems on the performance of brokerages. Using the panel data of 29 brokerages of 4 periods, we empirically tested the impact of online trading systems and the commissions of trading services. We found out that there exist some differences between the impacts of online trading systems based on the platforms. HTS was identified as the main platform for online trading services. However the role of MTS was also significantly identified while WTS showed no significant impact on the brokerage performances. Commission also showed significant negative impact in case of HTS and MTS platforms. Finally, offering MTS was identified as the significant dummy variable influencing the performance of brokerages. The results provides some implication for the multi-platform strategy for online services.

사이버 주식거래가 증가함에 따라 홈트레이딩 시스템을 이용한 주식거래가 활발해지고 있다. 홈트레이딩 시스템은 개인투자자 대다수가 이용하는 방법으로 코스닥에서는 75%도 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 코스피에서도 40%의 점유율을 기록하고 있다. 하지만 홈트레이딩 시스템은 사용자의 속도와 사용자 편의성에 초점을 맞추고 있어 보안기능이 다소 미흡함을 발견하였다. 본 논문에서는 홈트레이딩 시스템 사용시 메모리에 인증정보가 평문으로 남는 취약점을 기반으로 메모리 덤프 툴을 이용하여 주식부정거래 가능성을 분석하고 휴대전화 SMS를 이용한 투채널 인증으로 주식부정거래에 대응할 수 있는 인증기법을 제시한다.

미국 Apple 사의 App-store와 같은 모바일 어플리케이션 오픈마켓이 국내의 통신사를 통하여 서비스를 하게 되었다. 이에 따라, 국내 개발자들이 어플리케이션을 개발하여 유통을 하는데 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 하지만 App-store의 i-Pod과 같이 단일 모델과 다르게 국내 모바일의 종류가 너무 많아서 개발자들이 모든 단말기를 테스트 해볼 수 없다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 웹에 모바일 시뮬레이터를 탑재하여 여러 개발자들이 쉽게 모의 단말기 테스트를 할 수 있는 시스템 제안한다. 이 시스템을 통하여 개발자들이 많은 단말기에 테스트 하는 것을 간소화하고, 검증된 어플리케이션을 유통할 수 있다.

증권 시스템의 저지연(Low Latency)을 최소화하고 처리 속도 향상을 위해 다양한 기술(Socket Direct Protocol, TCP/IP Offload Engine)이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 고가의 네트워크 장비 지원으로는 속도 개선에 한계가 있으며, 도입 효과 또한 낮은 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 주식 체결 시스템의 저지연 극복을 위한 SPT(Safe Proper Time) 전송 방식을 제안한다. 이 제안 기법은 커널에 대한 이해를 기반으로 CPU 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 CPI(Cycle Per Instruction)를 최소화하고, 데이터 전송의 적시성을 만족하는 전송 방식이다.

스마트폰과 같은 모바일단말은 '모바일 빅뱅'이라 불릴 만큼 일상생활과 기업경영에 거스를 수 없는 커다란 변화를 가져왔다. 시간과 장소에 제한 없이 모바일뱅킹, MTS(모바일트레이딩시스템)을 이용할 수 있고, 회사 외부에서도 직원 간 의사소통이 간편해졌고 모바일오피스를 통해 업무까지 처리할 수 있다. 모바일단말은 금융회사에게 생산성 향상과 경쟁력 확보를 위한 '스마트모바일 이노베이션'으로 다가오고 있지만, 금융업을 영위함에 있어 직무관련 미공개정보와 모바일단말을 이용하여 '불건전 영업행위' 또는 '불공정거래'에 악용할 소지가 상당히 크며 고객정보를 유출할 위협 역시 증가하고 있다. 따라서 금융시장의 건전성을 확보하고 고객정보를 보호하기 위해 모바일단말로 인해 발생가능한 문제점을 분석하고 대책을 마련하는 등 선제적 대응이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 '자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률'에 의한 금융투자회사를 중심으로 금융회사에서 모바일단말 이용과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모바일단말의 위협을 문제점으로 분석하고 이에 대한 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. 최근 인터넷의 증가와 함께 인터넷 비즈니스의 상거래 방식 또한 바뀌어 가고 있다. 기존 상거래 방식은 사용자 스스로가 원하는 정보를 찾아 다녔지만 점차 사용자의 편의를 위해서 하나의 사이트에서 사용자에게 맞춤 서비스를 할 수 있어야 한다. 이러한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공하기 위해 서비스 업체들은 모바일 에이전트를 이용한 상거래 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 모바일 에이전트 기반의 상거래 시스템은 사용자에게는 하나의 사이트에서원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 서비스 업체는 고객들에게 다양하면서도 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 이는 신뢰성 있는 전자상거래 환경 구현을 위하여 매우 중요하다. 하지만 일반적으로 사용되는 모바일 에이전트 기반의 플랫폼은 사용자가 URL정보를 알아야 하고, 이러한 기능은 검색 엔진에 의존하고 있다. 이와 더불어 사용자의 요구 수준이 증가하면서 사용자는 단순데이터를 제공받는 것이 아니라 통합, 요약된 서비스를 제공받기 원하고 있다. 본논문에서는 사용자가 원하는 정보를 한 사이트 또는 한 페이지에서 제공하고, 적은 횟수의마우스 클릭으로 사용자의 요구사항을 만족시킬 수 있도록 모바일 에이전트 개념을 적용한 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 이를 위하여 E-Service를 하기 위한 플랫폼인 E-speak를 이용하여 상품 거래 시스템을 구현한다. 또한 컨텐츠는 XML 문서로 저장하고 이를 기반으로자료를 공유한다.

본 최근 등록금과 더불어 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 대학교재의 가격에 대하여 부담감을 줄이고 중고거래에 대한 피해를 방지하는 시스템이 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 JqueryMobile와 Mysql 및 네이버 API에 대해 조사 및 분석한 자료를 바탕으로 안드로이드 기반 대학교재 중고거래 시스템 설계하였다.
