Over the past decades, information and communication service providing safe and efficient navigation have been tried in maritime area. However, there were provided different ways such as different protocol or different policy. It made hard to serve efficiently. The introduction of MSI as a part of e-navigation development can be a kind of concepts to solve this problem. This paper tries to suggest a conceptual design of onboard application middleware to be able to communicate the shore-side maritime safety information system, take into account the reuse of open-source software.

In the revision of the national curriculum, various creative activities and career activities are highlighted under the goal of fostering creative talent. Following the implementation of this policy, which is represented by creative activities, teachers are burdened with comprehensive responsibilities, such as planning and executing safety procedures and preventing accidents. Existing systems for teacher management had limitations that allowed only the provision of standardized information and management. The main purpose of this study is to help teachers manage their classes systematically through a class management system. The teachers' overall management system includes several functions, such as checking students' locations, registering students' reviews, or registering various kinds of activities for the creative experiential activities of the curriculum. This system not only helps teachers to systematically manage the creative experiential activities, but also allows teachers to share the history of their activities with each other. Furthermore, this system will be helpful in achieving the objectives of the revised curriculum.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a win-win development plan for not only suppliers of delivery applications but also traditional market vendor companies and delivery riders by analyzing existing delivery models and presenting a new delivery model to enhance competitiveness of the traditional market using delivery apps. Research desgin, data, and methodology - Specifically, small retailers, such as traditional markets and supermarkets, presented a compromised delivery model that utilizes the platform of specialized delivery app service providers for order reception, and that the delivery is delivered by delivery systems jointly hired by Vendor companies, such as franchising companies. To validate the significance of the trade-off delivery model, a cost-benefit analysis was conducted by those involved in the delivery application. Results - From the perspective of suppliers of specialized delivery applications, it is analyzed that the use of specialized delivery applications in traditional markets will be a new market opportunity for service providers to achieve increased sales. It is expected that consumer choice and satisfaction will be increased as convenience and accessibility of traditional market businesses that were available only through direct visit from the user side of the delivery application will be expanded. From the standpoint of delivery application franchises, it is analyzed that they can seek to increase sales and increase customer service as well as ease labor cost burden due to joint employment of delivery riders. The delivery rider will be able to seek to improve customer service due to job security, wage stability, risk reduction and overheated competition due to direct employment. Conclusion - In conclusion, the compromised delivery model solved the problems raised in the preceding study conducted on delivery application suppliers, users, franchises, and riders to establish that it could be a strategic alternative to increasing sales and expanding detailed rights for the self-employed in the traditional market, which are experiencing difficulties in management. However, the adoption of a compromise delivery model requires social consensus from those involved in the delivery application and requires legal, institutional and policy support, which will require continued follow-up research on the delivery model in the future.

At present, TICN has been developed and distributed for military command control. TICN is known as the 3.5G mobile communication technology based on WiBro, which shows technical limitation in the field operation situation. Accordingly, the drone-type base station platform is attracting attention as an alternative to overcome technical limitations such as difficulty in securing communication LoS and limiting expeditious network configuration. In this study, we performed simulation performance evaluation of drone-type base station operation in 28 GHz that is considered most suitable for cellular communication within mmWave frequency band. Specifically, we analyzed the changes in throughput and fairness performance according to radio resource management policies such as frequency reuse and scheduling in multi-cell topology. Through this, we tried to provide insights on the operation philosophy on drone-type base station.

This study attempted to present a strategic direction that helps in vitalizing the domestic fashion and beauty magazine industry by examining the factors that influence the intention to use the fashion beauty magazine curation service. A survey was conducted on 314 college students in Korea, and the results were derived through a series of analysis processes using the SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. Technology self-efficacy had a positive effect on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, perceived value had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Technology self-efficacy and perceived value had a positive effect on intention to use, perceived ease of use had a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use did not have a significant effect on intention to use, but perceived usefulness had a positive effect on intention to use. In order to increase the intention of using the mobile-based fashion beauty magazine curation service for college students, it is necessary to clearly understand the value and usefulness of the curation service.

The purpose is to measure user experience in security-related services, focusing on Danggeun Market and Bungae Jangter, which are representative services in Korea among online trading of used goods. Using mobile applications, qualitative and quantitative research by conducting task experiments and surveys and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, active interfaces are needed to make it easier for users to recognize safety and security services within current used trading platforms, a secure settlement method that benefits sellers, and services being provided to enhance security also need to consider graphical elements. This study is expected to help the continued development of safe used trading platforms considering security aspects on C2C-type platforms where buyers become sellers.

As the smartphone and mobile environment develop, the time and space constraints for individual work performance are disappearing. Companies can reduce costs and expand their business quickly through cloud computing. As the use of various cloud expands, the boundaries of users, data, and applications are disappearing. Traditional security approaches based on boundaries (Perimeter) are losing their utility in the cloud environment. This paper describes the limitations of existing network access control (NAC) in a cloud environment and suggests network security technology that complements it. The study explains the SDP and combines SDP(Software Defined Perimeter) to overcome the limitations of NAC, while at the same time explaining its role as a new framework for supporting the cloud environment. The new framework proposed in this paper suggests a software-based network security solution that supports physical and software parts, providing identity-based access control, encrypted segment management, and dynamic policy management, not IP-based.

The purpose of this study examines the effects of corporate CSR on corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer citizenship behavior in order to provide implications for CSR. To verify hypotheses, we conducted a questionnaire survey on university students using Apple, Sony, Sharp, and Kyocera mobile phones, and used structural equation model analysis for 294 units. As a result, four factors, economic responsibility, legal responsibility, ethical responsibility and philanthropic responsibility were derived from corporate social responsibility, and all three factors except for ethical responsibility factors were proved to have a positive effect on corporate image. In addition, corporate image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer civic behavior. As an implication, Japanese companies will need to take a systematic approach to CSR to help them understand their CSR and improve the level of CSR they can sympathize with.

This study aims to develop digital techniques that enable repeated practice of dental radiography using augmented reality technology. A three-dimensional object was fabricated by superimposing a photograph of an adult model and a computed tomography image of a manikin phantom. The system was structured using 106 radiographs such that one of these saved radiographs is opened when the user attempts to take a radiograph on a mobile device. This system enabled users to repeatedly practice at the pre-clinical stage without exposure to radiation. We attempt to contribute to enhancing dental hygienists' competency in dental radiography using these techniques. However, a system that enables the user to actually take a radiograph based on face recognition would be more useful in terms of practice, so additional studies are needed on the topic.
