The Mobile device like smart phone is a small computing device and easy to carry around. The Mobile devices are wildly being used as desktop personal computer and can served individual services. Because of compatibility of applications working on mobile devices are not good, so developer need to develop it that match changes in platform fetures. In this paper, we design and implementate ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system that can be runs on many different platforms using HTML5 as a standard web development language and jQuery as a javascript library. Ubiquitous healthcare monitoring system is runs on on many different platforms like mobile platforms and desktop web browsers.

The objective of this paper is to introduce on a mobile APP called MAMIS(Marine pollution Accident response Mobile Information System) and it's functions. MAMIS was developed by Korea Coast Guard for marine pollution responder in 2012. Users can get information on marine pollution response easily without being restricted by time and place. MAMIS can be operated by smart phones with Android OS and iOS, both of which are the most popular mobile operating systems in Korea. And it has been developed in the form of hybrid APP which combined the functions of mobile APP and mobile WEB. MAMIS is composed of 9 menus, 5 mobile-based ones and 4 web-based ones. The mobile-based menus are on substance information, clean-up skills, response measures, QR code scanning, and volunteer's safety, and the web-based ones on weather information, response equipment, clean-up materials, and SNS.

This study questions, and an automatic scoring system written in HTML, and XML-based system that is at issue, the issue questions in a convenient offline automatically how to register, Easy to manage questions of issues, questions and problems of merging the PC and the mobile device in a place that can be obtained without taking the test system study. Server systems, and real-time registration questions merging problem, such as difficulty adjusting to the test required to build the system. Clients communicate with the server using the mobile device and the PC is required to take the exam in the View application, and responses are sent for treatment research.

In recent years opportunistic computing has gained popularity in Ad-hoc network research area and it is highly required to research for actual services and related requirements. In this paper we summarized a virtual opportunistic service that is named "Children Care System" and proposed an Ad-hoc communication node (uMobile) that is connected with cellular phone and a sensor node (uClo) which is embedding into clothes. uMobile can support cellular phone communication and Ad-hoc communication and uClo can be embedded into clothes and recognize the user status using multiple sensors. In this paper we implemented the location awareness and user status awareness services using uMobile and uClo. We also tested them in indoor situation and showed the result. We expect that our research can play a significant role to inspire another various opportunistic computing services.

국내 휴대 단말기기(Mobile Phone, PDA 및 DMB 폰 등)의 하드웨어적 컨버젼스 기술은 국제 경쟁력을 충분히 확보하고 세계 시장에서 선두 역할을 수행하고 있으나, 휴대 단말기기에 필수적으로 구성되어지는 UI(User Interface)는 상대적으로 낙후된 실정이다. 이에 따라 3차원 그래픽 UI의 구현과 휴대 단말기기의 이벤트에 반응하는 3차원 아바타 시스템 개발을 통해 경쟁력 있는 소프트웨어적 컨버젼스 시대의 대비는 필수적이며, 본 논문에서는 휴대 단말기에서 3차원 UI의 구현 뿐 아니라 쉽고 빠르게 UI를 구축 할 수 있는 Authoring Tool 개발의 시급성을 인식하여 연구를 진행하고 있다.

We propose a real time personalized recommendation algorithm on the mobile device. We use a unified collaborative filtering with reduced data. We use Fuzzy C-means clustering to obtain the reduced data and Konohen SOM is applied to get initial values of the cluster centers. The proposed algorithm overcomes data sparsity since it extends data to the similar users and similar items. Also, it enables real time service on the mobile device since it reduces computing time by data clustering. Applying the suggested algorithm to the MovieLens data, we show that the suggested algorithm has reasonable performance in comparison with collaborative filtering. We developed Android-based smart-phone application, which recommends restaurants with coupons and restaurant information.

Telematics, which is a compound word of a telecommunication and informatics, provides drivers with useful driving information such as driving path guidance, accident or robbery detection, traffic conditions and other valuable data at real time. This paper proposes and implements how to build a telematics terminal equipped with CDMA and GPS running embedded Linux, to check a vehicle's state through communication between telematics server and vehicle terminals using a cellular phone and to control a vehicle using SMS as shown in Figure 1. In order to do this, we use the SK-VM platform which is mobile terminal platform based on JAVA to design, implement and evaluate it.

Recently, the interest in a Mobile Office is increasing dramatically and the Smart Phone App Service begin in earnest to be requested in an area of applying SAP system to PC. This study aims to research the system which can be easily implemented with the configuration and Mobile App which cause difficulties in embodying SAP system-based Apps suitable for a mobile environment. First, by realizing SAP system interface that can operate in mobile devices in the form of GUI, assisting the connecting parts of SAP for the users-friendly set-up, providing the communication method of Client, Application, and SAP Service in the form of web service through TCP/IP, and finally showing cases of implementing the method of delivering the data request and result value of Server and Client in the form of XML suggest more effective and new method, the research suggests a new way of making the linkage of SAP more efficient.

본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠의 암호화키를 Puzzle기법을 사용하여 Puzzle을 재배치하고 재배치한 조합도를 공개키로 암호화 하여 유선을 통하여 전송하고, 조합을 위해 사용된 해쉬값을 OTP를 생성하여 무선으로 사용자에게 전송하는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 재배치된 Puzzl 및 OTP를 E-mail과 Mobile phone을 이용하여 높은 수준의 안전성을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 후 성능 평가를 위해 다양한 콘텐츠 파일을 이용하여 실험을 수행하여 제안한 시스템이 기존 시스템에 비해 높은 보안성을 검증하였다.
