As Mobile Internet users grow rapidly, Mobile Internet Companies will be in a fierce race to catch a new customer. In this situation, companies want to identify of what factors make peoples use Mobile Internet in order to develop the effective Mobile Internet services and to supply the higher service quality. However, prior researches on Mobile Internet focused on technical area such as higher data delivery, efficient compression of images, so they do not have given companies beneficial materials for making fascinating Mobile Internet service. To offer the service development materials, this research investigated important factors to use Mobile Internet from the viewpoint of customer. Moreover, the study was progressed how much these factors influenced Mobile Internet actual usage. After being surveyed service adopting model and significant factors in Marketing and in MIS(Management Information System), this study was suggested Mobile Internet Adopting Model reflected in Mobile Internet characteristics. To collect the effective data, Internet survey had been done for two weeks. The respondents were identified if they were real Mobile Internet users and how much they had used Mobile Internet for a month. The results were that important factors of Mobile Internet usage were Usefulness, Usability, System Quality and Instant Connectivity. Perceived Value of Mobile Internet influenced Mobile Internet Behavioral Intention significantly and Behavioral Intention had a significant effect on Mobile Intent usage by results. This paper concludes with discussion of these results and their implications for researcher and Mobile Internet company managers.

최근 모바일 인터넷기술과 인터넷의 발달로 다양한 통합된 서비스가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 양질의 통합된 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 많은 모바일 인터넷 콘텐츠가 개발되어야 한다. 기존의 인터넷 콘텐츠는 HTML 기반의 콘텐츠로 구성되어 있어 모바일 인터넷 기기의 제약으로 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 사용하는데 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존의 인터넷 콘텐츠와 모바일 인터넷에서 호환하여 유무선 콘텐츠간의 변환과 다양한 모바일 콘텐츠간의 변환을 할 수 있는 문서 변환 시스템을 설계하였다.

Recently, the internet and mobile telecommunication is proliferating rapidly in the whole world. In accordance with this, people have growing desire to use the internet without the limitation of the space; as a result, the mobile internet users are incredibly increased. However, the established study about the mobile internet emphasize the technical aspects. Therefore, this studies finds the significant factors that affect the use of mobile internet service. This study suggests the enterprises getting the service direction which they will use as a strategy in the future. In order to do this, the study examines the factors which can affect the using of the mobile internet service and analyzes the established study about the quality of the information system and the internet service. The result of the survey shows that the factors affecting the use of the mobile internet service are the stability of the system, the convenience of the system, and the response of the service. It also appears that the satisfaction of the mobile internet service affects the attention of the users to using the mobile internet service. The five theories are selected from the ten creative theories, these explain that it is a little unreasonable to design the model which is related to the prior study of the information systems. It will be more deeply scrutinized to analyze the effect of the satisfaction and the utilization of the users through the quality of the information contents.

Perhaps, one of the typical emerging markets drawing tremendous attention from not only business professionals but also policy-makers would be the mobile Internet services. In recent years many research institutes reported their predictions on the growth of the mobile Internet services market, announcing that the market would show explosive growth and replace the wired Internet service market rapidly. Unfortunately, however, the reality we are facing at present is quite different from their expectations. The realized share of the mobile services in Korea last year has turned out remaining only about one percent of the total network service revenue. What are the reasons for the gap between the prospects and the reality? Starting from this question, this paper attempts to explore the generic pitfalls of the traditional number-crunching methods adopted thus far for the forecast of newly emerging market trends, and present an alternative by introducing systems thinking to the mobile Internet service market as an example, followed by its rationale as a new tool for forecasting and some reasoning about why traditional methods are no longer appropriate.

With rapidly growing of computer and internet technology, Internet-based tote-operation of robotic systems has created new opportunities in resource sharing, long-distance learning, and remote experimentation. In this paper, remote control system of a mobile robot through the internet has been designed. The internet users can access and command a mobile robot in the real time, receiving the robot's sensor data. The overall system has been tested and its usefulness shown through the experimental results.

Recently, payment method is one of the most hot issues for transaction of contents in mobile and internet markets. Many kinds of mobile contents services are rapidly growing with the combination of internet application services. Payment method algorithms are demanded for the stable transaction between producer and consumer. Security protocol algorithms are widely adapted for mobile Platform terminals. In this Paper, we described security mechanism for the current wireless internet services and compared with the performance result. There are security protocols that based on java machine platform or WAP protocols. The system is based on J2ME technology for the java mobile platform. Based on this technology, a security system is proposed for the service of mobile commerce electronic payment. The system is designed for the stability of transaction so that it enables to apply into many kinds of internet payment system.

최근에 WCDMA, LTE 등 이동통신망의 기술 발달과 모바일 폰의 성능 향상과 보급 확대로 모바일 폰을 이용한 M-commerce가 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 모바일 쇼핑몰은 보통 인터넷 쇼핑몰과는 다른 별도의 사이트로 구축되어 운용되고 있다. 이는 별도 사이트 구축에 따른 비용 추가는 물론, 유 무선 환경간의 콘텐츠 비연동으로 인하여 사이트 운영의 비효율성을 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰로부터 사용자에게 관심 있는 상품 항목을 추출하여 모바일 쇼핑몰 콘텐츠를 구성하는 M-commerce 콘텐츠 제공자 시스템을 개발하고, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용하고, 평가한다. 평가 결과는 사용자의 모바일 폰에 전송되는 데이터가 일반 웹브라우저를 사용한 경우와 비교해서 크게 감소된다는 것을 보여준다.

This paper proposes a remote control system that combines computer network and an autonomous mobile robot. We control remotely an autonomous mobile robot with vision via the internet to guide it under unknown environments in the real time. The main feature of this system is that local operators need a World Wide Web browser and a computer connected to the internet communication network and so they can command the robot in a remote location through our Home Page. The hardware architecture of this system consists of an autonomous mobile robot, workstation, and local computers. The software architecture of this system includes the server part for communication between user and robot and the client part for the user interface and a robot control system. The server and client parts are developed using Java language which is suitable to internet application and supports multi-platform. Furthermore, this system offers an image compression method using motion JPEG concept which reduces large time delay that occurs in network during image transmission.

Intelligent Wearable Module is intelligent system that arises when a human is part of the feedback loop of a computational process like a certain control system. Applied system is mobile robot. This paper represents the mobile robot control system remote controlled by Intelligent Wearable Module. So far, owing to the development of internet technologies, lots of remote control methods through internet have been proposed. To control a mobile robot through internet and guide it under unknown environment, We propose a control method activated by Intelligent Wearable Module. In a proposed system, PDA acts as a user interface to communicate with notebook as a controller of the mobile robot system using TCP/IP protocol, and the notebook controls the mobile robot system. Tlle information about the direction and velocity of the mobile robot feedbacks to the PDA and the PDA send new control method produced from the fuzzy inference engine.

최근 무선인터넷 기술은 급속히 발전하고 있으며 새로운 모바일 미디어를 통하여 일상 생활에 직간접적으로 많은 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 폰에 의한 촬영으로 이미지의 픽셀(Pixel) 정보를 얻어내고 DB에 저장된 레퍼런스(Reference)이미지와 비교하여 근접 값을 검색하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이것은 눈앞에 보이는 사물에 대한 정보에 대하여 알고 싶을 때 소지하고 있는 모바일 폰으로 이미지를 촬영한 후 인터넷 검색을 통해 알 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 또한 제안한 알고리즘에 의한 시스템의 예를 본 논문에 구현하였다.
