1990년대 후반부터 대두된 모바일 인터넷 기술은 언제, 어디서나 정보에 대한 접근을 보장해 주므로 다양한 영역에서 모바일을 활용하여 업무의 효율성을 높이고 있다. 본고에서는 모바일 콘텐츠 서비스 동향을 살펴본 후 국내외 도서관에서의 모바일을 활용한 정보서비스 사례를 고찰하였다. 도서관 정보서비스 분야에서는 모바일의 인터넷 기능을 이용하여 소장자료 검색과 반납, 대출조회 기능을 제공하고 있으며, 단문메시지 서비스(SMS)를 이용하여 각종 통보 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 모바일 사용인구의 증가 및 기술의 발달에 따라서 향후에는 좀 더 다양한 모바일 정보서비스가 제공되어야 할 것이다.

Since 1999, mobile internet service has been increasing rapidly. According to the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of the Republic of Korea, the size of mobile service market is forecasted to be valued at approximately 10.5 trillion won in 2007. For this reason, many mobile service providers have adopted customer-centered strategy for the successful business in the mobile internet services. Thus, this research examines the rations of service quality, user satisfaction, and additional use intentions with 88 users (male and female) of mobile internet service using structural equation model (SEM). The result shows that there is a difference between male and female using mobile internet service regarding the quality factors of mobile internet service. This study provides some guidelines for the successful strategic planning of customer-centered mobile internet services in gender.

Recently, the internet and mobile telecommunication is proliferating rapidly in the whole world. In accordance with this, people have growing desire to use the internet without the limitation of the space; as a result, the mobile internet users are incredibly increased. However, the established study about the mobile internet emphasize the technical aspects. Therefore, this studies finds the significant factors that affect the use of mobile internet service. This study suggests the enterprises getting the service direction which they will use as a strategy in the future. In order to do this, the study examines the factors which can affect the using of the mobile internet service and analyzes the established study about the quality of the information system and the internet service. The result of the survey shows that the factors affecting the use of the mobile internet service are the stability of the system, the convenience of the system, and the response of the service. It also appears that the satisfaction of the mobile internet service affects the attention of the users to using the mobile internet service. The five theories are selected from the ten creative theories, these explain that it is a little unreasonable to design the model which is related to the prior study of the information systems. It will be more deeply scrutinized to analyze the effect of the satisfaction and the utilization of the users through the quality of the information contents.

Traditionally, postal services that produce and deliver paper-based notices have been the mainstream. The reason is that it has the function of distribution and proof of delivery in the postal delivery system as well as the advantage of information delivery through postal delivery. After all, for the purpose of distribution and proof of delivery, many organizations use paper-based postal notices. However, in recent years, it has been in the spotlight to produce a paper-based postal notice as an electronic notice and deliver information to a mobile device through the Internet. In this paper, we propose a safe interworking method for user identification information required for private institutions to transmit mobile electronic notices. In order for a private institution to accurately deliver an electronic notice to a mobile service subscriber, a means to confirm whether the private institution and the mobile device subscriber are the same person is required. In the mobile electronic notification service, the connecting information provided by the personal identity proofing agency is used as a means of user identification. Connecting information is called a resident registration number on the Internet and is one-way hash information that can only be created by the personal identity proofing agency designated by the government. In order to transmit a mobile electronic notice, it is necessary to share connecting information for the same user identification between the institution that requests the sending of the electronic notice and the institution that processes the sending of the electronic notice. Connecting information is personal information that can uniquely identify a user, and if it is disclosed, damage such as personal information infringement may occur. As such, it is necessary to prevent problems that may arise from misuse and abuse of connecting information as well as increase in the benefits of sending the mobile electronic notice. In this paper, a safe and effective mobile electronic notification service can be performed by suggesting a method for safe interworking of information related to the mobile electronic notification service.

In the recent a mobile internet makes a change in internet business. The mobile internet service is resulting in M-commerce. Even if M-commerce provides only information service, there will be much possibilities to make applications in various areas such as, delivery service, trading service, banking service etc. in the near future. Delivery service requires many steps in processing, originally. This study is designed to implement a mobile system which makes short in delivery process. It includes that a delivery man receives a signature on a paper and input data at the delivered place by using PDA at hand. The mobile system will be contributed to shorten delivery speed. It is proposed to implement the mobile office system for improving service efficiency in the business of delivery service. The objective of this study is to find the factors influencing the use of mobile service. We extracted critical study variables according to literature reviews about adoption of information systems, those under the internet environment and mobile internet adoption for theoretical foundation. TAM suggested by Davis(1985) has explained the acceptance mechanism with the following constructs: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention and actual usage. After studying prior literature reviews, this study investigated the group of people using mobile services. The result of study claims that it has same results with previous TAM, especially between personal innovativeness and attitude toward use have strong statistical relations. On the other hand, there haven't been any statistical relations between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness and between perceived usefulness and behavioral intention, either. In conclusion, use of mobile service can be promoted by developing various kinds of mobile service, designing device and interface to use mobile service more convenience and familiar, stimulating user's innovative characters and recognizing mobile service more useful in real life.

본 연구의 목적은 이동통신서비스 환경에서 서비스 사용자가 인지한 품질과 서비스 사용을 통한 만족 등의 요소가 사업자와의 상호 작용을 통해 획득한 정보 공유태도, 정보공유의도에 미치는 영향을 설명하는데 있다. 이는 현재 정부의 통신서비스 품질 정책 수립을 위해 베타터스터 및 측정 장비를 활용하여 측정하고 그 결과를 분석하는 방식에서, 국민이 품질측정시스템에 직접 접속하여 측정한 품질측정 정보에 대한 만족, 정보 공유의사확인을 통해 어떤 소비자가 공유의사가 높은지, 통계적 타당성 확보를 통한 정책적 아이디어를 제공하고자 하였다. 이동통신서비스 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석결과, 이동통신서비스의 데이터 품질은 음성품질보다 만족에 큰 영향을 끼쳤으며, 품질요소와 만족, 정보공유태도와 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼침을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 실증적 연구결과를 바탕으로 국민의 품질측정데이터 공유의도 확인을 통해 크라우드 소싱을 활용한 정책사례로 추진 가능한 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

유선인터넷의 다양한 서비스를 이동통신사의 무선인터넷처럼 이동성이 가미된 환경에서도 이용하고자 하는 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해 유선인터넷의 장점인 '초고속'과 무선인터넷의 '이동성'이 결합된 휴대인터넷서비스가 대안으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 휴대인터넷 서비스의 개요, 특징 및 기존의 무선 서비스와의 비교분석과 이용자 요구사항 분석 등을 통하여 휴대인터넷에 기반한 도서관에서 적용 가능한 서비스를 조망한다. 특히 기존에 도서관에서 제공되고 있는 무선망 기반의 정보서비스에 대한 현황 및 문제점과 함께. 휴대인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보서비스의 세부분야 및, 고려사항, 그리고 제공 방법에 대해 살펴보았다.

Recently the wireless-internet has been spreading extensively. People are spending a large part of their time gaining access to information using a mobile device. With the rapid growth of on-line Electronic Commerce, the use of mobile devices creates a new paradigm that provides users with location-independent real time service. Although this new paradigm does have some advantages, limited process speed, low bandwidth, the low battery capacity of mobile devices, and a high rate of wireless network errors causes many overhead expenses during service time with the server. In this paper, we suggest an autonomous service delivery system, which provides mobile agent capability to users that cannot maintain a connection. We have developed the system based on java mobile agent technology. Using this system, we can provide more effective service to users when the user is sending requirements for service through a mobile device that has limited resources. Furthermore we can manage the contact server dynamically when new services are added.

This paper proposes and implements a mobile service and web service integration for utilizing public bicycle sharing system NUBIJA. The NUBIJA system is operated by Changwon City, GyeongNam since 2008 and maintains 247 unattended bicycle sharing terminal on the city. Average users per day of the NUBIJA are more than 8,000 and many users want to get more services from their mobile phones. We implemented realtime mobile bicycle rental and return information service. The informations are acquired from each terminal kiosks and we integrated the information and location based services(LBS) on iOS and Android platform. In this paper, we described an integration services between web and mobile application and shows graphical user interface for highly customized on mobile platforms.
