Development of information and communication technologies has given a lot of changes in the business processing methods including the school and class managements. However, many business processing systems are still based on desktop computer. In particular, most of the class management system only supports desktop computers; hence school teachers have difficulty in using their class managements systems on mobile environment. In this paper, we proposed and developed a mobile classroom management system for teachers, which will easily handle information such as personal records of students, student counseling records, student life record and so on. The implementation of the application of mobile-based class management can be managed by many school elements including student register information, student evaluation records and transcripts, counseling report, and so on.

F-HMIPv6 is protocol that supports fast handovers for Hierarchical Mobile IPv6. Unlike HMIPv6 (Hierarchical Mobile IPv6), it sends FBU(Fast Binding Update) by predicted Router's Information for a potential handover. But, The current version of this protocol doesn't ensure impeccably between mobile node and router. To make up for the weak points of the security, we propose the architecture for F-HMIPv6 protocol to structurally reinforce the security and improve weak security of among mobile node, MAP(Mobility Anchor Point), and routers for binding update when mobile node conducts handovers.

Recently, as stress has become a major threat to people's health, there is a growing interest in wearable stress management services for stress relief. In this paper, we developed a wearable device(Care-on) capable of extracting changeable human voice information at each site and a Healthcare App(S-Manager) that enables stress management in real time using the wearable device. It collects and analyzes variable real-time voice information for each part of the person's body. And It also provides the ability to monitor stress conditions in a mobile environment and provide feedback on the analysis results in step by step in the mobile environment. We tested the developed wearable devices and app in a mobile environment and analyzed the results to confirm their usefulness.

The objective of this research is to analyze which functions make up web-based as well as mobile social media services and messengers. Services are clustered by their functionality. A total of 640 individual functions were identified, while investigating altogether 44 selected services in their web and mobile versions. Applying content analysis, functions were assigned to the services. The services were ranked by the number of implemented functions, and the functions were ranked by their occurrence in the services. Cluster analysis was applied to classify the services according to their functionality. Facebook and VKontakte were found to be the ones with the most functions; the most frequently implemented functions are support, profile, and account-related. Cluster analysis revealed six classes for mobile and seven classes for web applications. There is a noteworthy difference regarding the functionality scope between web and mobile applications of the same services. An example for this is Mendeley with 38 functions in the mobile and 91 functions in the web version. This is the first empirical attempt at clustering social media services based on their functionality.

모바일 보안의 증가에 따라, 지식에 근거한 사용자 이름, 패스워드 방식의 개인 인증에 대한 실패를 경험한 사용자들은 개인 식별과 인증에서 손 형상, 지문 인식, 목소리와 같은 생체 정보를 사용하는 것을 더욱 선호하게 되었다. 그러므로 모바일 보안을 위해 개인 식별과 인증에서 생체 인증을 사용하는 것은 인터넷 상에서 고객과 판매자들 모두에게 신뢰성을 준다. 본 연구는 개인 식별과 인증을 위해 iphone4와 galaxy s2의 모바일 폰 영상으로부터 손형상, 손 바닥 특징, 손가락 길이와 너비 등의 손 생체 정보를 인식하는 시스템을 개발한다. 본 연구의 손 생체 정보인식 시스템은 영상 획득, 전처리, 잡음 제거, 표준 특징패턴 추출, 개별 특징패턴 추출 그리고 손 생체 정보 인식의 6가지 단계로 구성한다. 실험에서 사용한 입력 데이터는 50명의 실험자의 손 형상 영상과 손 바닥 영상으로 구성한 250장의 데이터에 대한 평균 인식률은 93.5%이다.

본 연구에서는 기술수용모델(TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 적용하여 개인의 특성과 지각된 상호작용성이 모바일 건강정보서비스의 수용에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 또한 PC기반 건강정보서비스의 사용의도를 연구한 선행연구에서 주요 변수로 작용한 지각된 상호작용성이 모바일 환경에서도 동일하게 작용하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 개인적 특성인 건강염려증은 지각된 상호작용성과 음의 관계를, 건강관심도는 지각된 상호작용성과 양의 관계를 나타내고 있었다. 또한 개인적 특성은 지각된 상호작용성을 매개로 모바일 건강정보서비스의 지각된 유용성과 지각된 사용용이성에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 지각된 상호작용성은 지각된 유용성, 지각된 사용용이성, 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 따라서 웹과 모바일 환경의 건강정보서비스에서 지각된 상호작용성은 다른 변수들을 매개하거나 직접적으로 작용하는 중요 변수임을 알 수 있었다.

Mobile IP를 기반으로 하는 무선 네트워크의 개념이 확장됨에 따라 Mobile IP의 중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있다. 하지만 Mobile IP에서 수행되는 핸드오프는 심각한 성능 저하를 초래하고 있으며, 이를 해결하려는 연구도 많이 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 기존의 연구들은 데이터 링크 계층의 특성을 전혀 고려하고 있지 않고 있기 때문에 핸드오프에 의한 문제들을 궁극적으로 해결하지는 못하고 있다. 본 논문은 데이터 링크 계층에서 수행되는 로밍 정보를 이용하여 Mobile IP가 핸드오프를 신속하게 처리하는 기법을 제시하고 이를 사용하여 성능 저하를 크게 막을 수 있음을 보인다.

대학도서관은 모바일 웹사이트를 구축하고 모바일 애플리케이션을 개발함으로써 모바일 기기를 통해서도 도서관 서비스에 접근할 수 있는 통로를 제공하고자 노력하고 있다. 이러한 추세 속에서 모바일 서비스의 양적 증가만이 아닌 질적 성장을 위해 모바일 도서관 서비스 이용자들의 요구를 파악할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 모바일 도서관 서비스를 이용하는 이용자의 이용경험과 요구를 파악함으로써 모바일 도서관 서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 모바일 웹과 모바일 앱을 통해 적극적인 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있는 2개의 대학도서관을 선정하고 재학생 608명을 대상으로 온라인/오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 모바일 도서관 이용빈도 및 목적, 이용/비이용 요인, 접근 경로, 주요 이용 서비스, 서비스 만족도, 불만족요인, 개선사항 등을 조사하였으며, 분석 결과를 기반으로 이용자 관점에서 모바일 도서관 서비스의 활성화 방안을 서비스 개선과 이용률 제고 측면에서 제안하였다.

21세기에 들어서면서 컴퓨터 및 이동 통신장치의 대중화와 무선 통신 기술의 급속한 발전으로 인해 이동체를 통한 정보 서비스 요구가 급증하고 있다. 이중 LBS, Telematics 등과 같은 이동체 위치중심의 서비스가 부각되기 시작하면서 이동체 관리에 대한 관심도 나날이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 지리 공간 데이타에 대한 표준이 정해지지 않아, 상용화된 많은 모니터링 시스템들은 공통된 지리 공간 데이터를 사용하지 않고 독자적인 지리 정보를 사용하고 있다. 또한, 각각의 이동체의 위치 정보를 획득하여 통합 저장하지 못하므로 추적 관리를 하는 데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 많이 통용되는 파일인 DXF, DWG, SHP 포맷의 지리 데이타를 이용하여 OGC의 표준 권고안인 GML 포맷으로 생성하여 가시화하고, 사용자의 이동 공간 정보를 획득한 후 저장하여 통합 추적 관리할 수 있는 TMS(Trace Monitoring System of Mobile Device)을 구축한다.

Jini 구조의 네트워크 플러그 앤 워크(Network Plug and Work)기능은 분산 응용을 위하여 간단하면서도 유연한 네트워크 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 이를 통하여 이동에이전트 시스템의 동적인 등록 및 소재 파악의 기능과 에이전트의 활동에 유용한 서비스들의 동적 제공이 용이하게 지원될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Jini 기반 이동에이전트 시스템인 JMoblet 시스템에 관하여 기술하고 있다. JMoblet 시스템은 이동에이전트 시스템의 기본 기능인 에이전트 생성, 관리, 전송, 위치 파악 및 에이전트간의 통신 기능을 제공하고 있으며, 나아가 이동에이전트 시스템의 신뢰성을 위하여 예외 상황 처리 및 이동에이전트 시스템의 영속성 지원 기능을 제공하고 있다.
