지금까지 수많은 리더십들이 행동적 특성이나 스킬에만 중심을 맞추고 있었다면, 진성리더십은 리더십의 품성과 관련되는 본질에 그 초점을 맞추고 있다. 본 연구는 조직사명의 달성을 위하여 기업조직을 이끄는 주체인 진성리더십이 조직의 영향력에 미치는 영향들에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 연구모형의 도출 후 진성리더십과 직무만족, 조직몰입간의 영향관계를 살펴보기 위하여 빈도분석, 타당성, 신뢰성 분석이후 회귀분석을 통해 진성리더십이 조직몰입, 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 리더십이 조직 몰입, 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study focuses on determining the impacts of organizational culture on the accounting information system and the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The paper is organized in five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. Based on the samples of 353 respondents working in small and mediumsized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to find the answers for research questions. Group discussion, which yields final observed variables of the factors of organizational culture is used for qualitative method. Statistics, assessment of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used for quantitative procedure. The results show that mission, involvement and inconsistency in organizational culture positively affect the accounting information system of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam. In addition, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency in organizational culture are found to have positive impacts on the firm operational performance. Another finding of the study is that the accounting information system has a positive effect on operational performance of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.

The reliability improvement of PV systems is an important factor in reducing the cost of PV energy because it is closely related to the annual energy production as well as the maintenance cost of PV systems. The reliability of PV inverters plays a key role in the reliability of PV systems because it is regarded as one of the most reliable critical parts of PV systems. The lifetime evaluation of PV inverters considering the mission profile in the design phase plays an important role in reliability design to ensure the required lifetime of PV inverters. In this paper, the lifetime of representative single-phase T-type and I-type NPC inverters are comparatively evaluated by considering the mission profile of a PV system recorded at Iza, Spain. Furthermore, the effect of the pulse width modulation methods on the lifetime is also discussed. The lifetime evaluation of PV inverters is performed at the component-level first and then the system level by considering all power devices.

이 연구는 무인항공기 체계운용 효과도를 고려한 임무분석연구를 다룬다. 이 임무분석절차는 (1) 기본 MANA 모델 시나리오 생성, (2) 실험계획에 의한 입력변수조합 설계, (3) 기본 MANA 모델 시나리오와 설계된 입력변수조합과의 연결, (4) Data Farming 및 일괄처리에 의한 모델 수행, (5) 모델 수행결과의 통계분석 등 5단계로 이루어진다. 임무분석결과로 독립변수의 종속변수(운용 효과도)에 영향을 마치는 정도는 식별거리, 탐지 폭, 비행고도, 비행속도, 센서 개구각, 식별확률 순으로 작아지고, 기준 시나리오를 개선된 시나리오로 변경하여 운용할 경우 운용효과가 10.2% 증가할 수 있음을 제시한다.

본 연구는 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사의 전문성 인식이 조직헌신에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 전라남도 소재의 지역아동센터에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 설문지 중 결측값을 제외한 286부를 분석자료로 활용하였다. 분석결과, 전문성 인식은 중간 점수 이상의 수준을 보였으며, 서비스에 대한 신념이 가장 높게 나타났다. 전문성 인식과 조직헌신 간에는 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 직업에 대한 소명의식과 조직헌신 간의 상관관계가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 전문성 인식의 각 하위변인인 직업에 대한 소명의식, 전문조직의 활용이 조직헌신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 직업에 대한 소명의식이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 사회복지사의 전문성 인식 및 조직헌신의 향상 방안과 후속연구의 과제를 제언하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 사회적기업의 지속가능한 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 규명함으로써, 사회적경제 생태계와 사회적기업 이해관계자들에게 필요한 성공전략을 제시하는 데 있다. 선행연구를 통해 사회적기업의 성과요인에 대한 가설과 연구모형을 수립하였고, 설문조사에서 수집된 92개의 표본자료를 PLS-구조방정식모델링으로 가설의 유의성을 검토하였다. 분석결과, 성과요인으로 설정된 사회적미션, 고객지향성, 사회적네트워크는 모두 사회적성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고, 사회적성과는 사회적미션을 제외한 고객지향성과 사회적네트워크를 매개하여 경제적 성과에 유의한 (+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 이 관계를 비즈니스모델이 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 사회적기업 성과요인들의 구조적 영향관계를 입증했다는 이론적인 의의와 함께, 사회적기업가들에게 성장과 성과 창출을 위해 집중해야 할 요인들을 제시했다는데 실무적인 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

FMECA의 목적은 위성체의 설계 시에 임무 수행에 치명적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 부품이나 구성을 밝혀내어 이를 설계에 이용하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 분석을 통하여 위성체의 운용 또는 생산 중에 예상되는 모든 고장 형태(Failure Mode)를 확인하고, 해당 고장 형태의 임무에 대한 영향을 검토하여 이러한 고장 형태가 허용될 수 있는 것인지를 결정하고 이를 보완하기위한 설계 변경 또는 관리가 이루어지게 된다. 본 기술 논문에서는 현재 개발 중인 위성에 대하여 수행된 FMECA의 절차와 결과를 수록하였다.

Anti-diabetic effect was observed with Thespesia lampas Dalz & Gibs (Family: Malvaceae) when given as a root extract in normal as well as alloxan induced diabetic rats. The effects, however, were more pronounced in diabetic animals in which administration of plant extract for 15 days after alloxan induced diabetes, significantly reduced blood glucose levels. After alloxan induced diabetes it was observed that both standard drug (glibenclamide) and aqueous extract of Thespesia lampas were significantly superior to control in reducing blood sugar on long term treatment (15 days). The aqueous extract of T. lampas (300 and 600 mg/kg) reduced the blood glucose levels from $349.2{\pm}7.2$ to $120.7{\pm}4.6$ and $346.3{\pm}3.4$ to $101.8{\pm}6.3$, respectively. The data suggested that T. lampas could be of beneficial in diabetes mellitus in controlling blood sugar. The present investigation established pharmacological evidence to support the folklore claim as an anti-diabetic.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the factors which cause the patients to choose hospital from the view of Christian missionary hospital. The subjects were 194 inpatients and 202 outpatients of the K Medical Center in Busan. The research had been conducted from 20 June to 31 July in 2013. The major results demonstrated that the medical and social services image factors strongly affected to the satisfaction and selectivity of patients. Social role image of religious medical institution should be considered important and it seems beneficent in CRM(Customer Relationship Management) based on this results.

이 연구에서는 미래 한국의 달 탐사에 대비, 지구-달 천이궤적을 설계하고 분석하였다. 궤적 설계는 최소연료로 지구 주차궤도에서부터 달 임무궤도까지 도달하는 모든 단계에 대해서 실시하였으며 미래 한국의 달 탐사 개발 계획에 실질적인 도움이 되기 위해 2017년, 2020년, 2022년으로 각각 나누어 설계를 하였다. 탐사선의 운동방정식의 구현을 위하여 태양, 지구, 달의 중력에 의한 섭동력이 포함된 N체 운동 방정식을 사용하였으며 보다 실질적인 우주환경의 모사를 위하여 지구의 비대칭 중력장(Geopotential), 태양 복사압(Solar radiation pressure) 그리고 달의 J2 섭동에 의한 영향도 고려하였다. 임무 설계를 위해 가정된 추력은 순간 추력(Impulsive thrust)으로 가정하였으며 발사체의 성능은 현재 개발 예정인 KSLV-2로 가정하였다. 미래 한국의 가상 달 탐사선이 지구-달 천이 궤적(Trans Lunar trajectory)에 진입하는 방법으로는 지구 주차 궤도에서 직접 진입 하는 방법과 여러번의 타원 중개 궤도를 거친 후 지구-달 천이 궤적으로 진입하는 방법을 모두 이용하였다. 아울러 TLI(Trans Lunar Injection) 기동시 탐사선의 대전 지상국에서의 가시성에 따른 기동의 크기에 대한 영향이 분석되었다. 이 연구를 통한 임무 설계 결과는 달 탐사 임무 설계를 위한 발사 가능 시기(launch opportunity), 성공적인 임무 수행을 위한 임무 단계별 최적의 기동량 및 해당 궤도의 특성 그리고 다양한 임무 파라미터등의 해석을 포함하고 있다. 임무 설계 결과, 미래 한국이 쏘아 올릴 수 있는 달 탐사선의 전체 질량은 해당 임무의 수행시기 보다는 초기 지구 출발 궤도의 초기 고도와 발사제의 초기 궤도 투입 성능에 따라 더욱 크게 좌우됨을 확인하였다.
