Now it is not useful the theory about civil-military relationship that have been analysed for power games between military and civilians Korean society is going on governance society managed by cooperating network of government, civilian society and business market These social change require for new context about civil-Military relationship. Military leadership must contribute desirable civil-military relationship This study will suggest the direction about military leadership for desirable civil-military relationship. Now political issues about military intervention to the government are almost settled, but the worry about complications between military and civilians exist in the part of low issues like policy-making. Another important issues is military leadership about the style of social-being. In recent years, social change is very complex and speedy like global networking and diversity, leadership environment also, changed like leadership paradigm shift. Military leadership must be examined from the principle to the context of social integration At the present age, individual soldier is citizen in uniformed. Also military leadership must to seek the principle in the citizen mind like citizenship. Another charactristics of present day military is influence of high technogy. For the high-tech war military need the transition about science and technology from the whole society. In the context of above the development of military leadership are suggested as follows. First, the development of military control leadership must besought to the context of cooperation between government and military. Government must provide the system to strengthen military professionals in the process of policy-making about national security Second, military leadership must embody the important social values through the advanced military making, Third, military leadership must provide the adaptability to the society through the military education of their soldiers Forth, military leadership must be contributed to the social integration and to the growing up individual soldiers like their socialization and their achievement. Five, an important subject of military leadership is the creation of desirable military culture through the harmony of social culture and military culture.

In this study, the Indoor Air Quality(IAQ) in military barracks is evaluated and its characteristics is discussed as well. The military barracks of R.O.K Army are categorized into three types and the IAQ in these individual facilities is measured for 24 hours both in summer and winter. Test results show that the particulate matters($PM_{10}$) and carbon dioxide($CO_2$) were the main causes contaminating IAQ in military barracks. While $CO_2$ can be purified by ventilation, adequate facilities have to be installed in case of the new type of combination barracks to remove $PM_{10}$. In addition, to improve the living condition of military barracks and to recover IAQ in new combination style barracks which is planned to complete by 2011, a standard or law regulating IAQ in military barracks has to be established.

김정일시대 군사협상 분석 모델인 '항일유격대식 협상모델'을 활용하여 최근에 실시된 개성공단 실무회담 분석을 통하여 김정은시대에 개최될 군사협상의 지속과 변화를 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 개성공단 실무회담 분석을 통하여 김정은 시대의 경제분야 협상에서도 군사회담과 유사한 협상행태가 진행되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 분석을 통하여 유추할 수 있는 사항은 김정은시대 군사협상에서도 김정일시대의 군사협상 범주에서 협상이 진행될 것이라는 사실이다. 근본적으로 북한은 변화의 길을 걷겠지만 현 시점에서는 기존의 전략문화를 변경하기 보다는 그 틀 속에서 군사협상 목적을 달성하려 할 것이다. 이러한 현상은 당분간 지속될 것이다. 향후 북한은 경제난 극복을 위하여 군사협상에 변화를 꾀할 것이다. 따라서 우리 정부의 군사협상에 대한 인식의 대전환이 있어야 할 것이다. 우리정부는. 대화와 협상을 유도하기 위해서 지속적으로 노력하여야 한다. 북한의 변화를 유도하기 위해서는 군사 협상에 적용할 수 있는 통일 전선논리를 활용한 경제 분야 협상 의제를 개발하여야 한다. 이를 이용하여 북한의 군사협상 정책결정자들에게 논리체계를 형성하여 준다면 새로운 군사협상의 틀을 만들 수 있을 것이다. 북한은 변화를 통한 경제적 교류협력을 보장하는 길이 생존하고 발전하는 길임을 인식하여야 한다.

Platform standardization is widely used in commercial auto industries and other industries to acquire cost reduction as well as high reliability. This paper reviews some application examples and estimates expected effect of Korean army's platform standardization for combat system and combat support system. Also, military platform standardization based on utilization of commercial vehicles has been studied with the standard vehicles used in Korean army. It is estimated that outstanding results may be achieved if a dual platform, the public and military platforms, is utilized. So, when the strategy of the military transportation system is decided, "dual use" concept is necessary and this could maximize the effect of the military strategy reinforcement.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the formative style and aesthetic value of contemporary subcultural style with the understanding of characteristics of subcultural style in the sociocultural context. As for the research methodology, literary survey has been performed to study the concept and the history of subcultural styles from 1940s to 1980s. In addition, demonstrative studies on aesthetic images have been carried out through the analysis of pictures and photographs in order to categorize the subcultural styles since 1990s. In this study, subcultural styles since 1990s have been illustrated through the socio-cultural grounds. which are diversity of street culture, diffusion of moss culture or bubble-up phenomenon, pursuit of anti-social ideology among intellectual heads, club Cultures in the form of kitsch and pastiche and communal thinking as collective harmony. With the socio-cultural context examined above, subcultural styles in the contemporary fashion are categorized and deduced following aesthetic values ; Drag and Club style as the tendency of surrealists or artificial hedonists, Urban military style and Cyberpunks as pursuit of Bionic being, Sports casual style based upon, the pursuit of comfort and freedom, Vintage style and Retro dressing represented by the spirit of DIY (no It Yourself), Ecology style of New conservatives, and Mysticism style as the fusion of technology and shamanism (Technoshamanism).

The aim of this study is to define the concept of the matchless, and its social and cultural origins. I shall also define the different types of Matchless style, the respective characteristics of each style, and the distinguishing features of this style in domestic street fashion. In order to do this, 1 have referred to several published studies and a number of Web-sites of Korean fashion information companies for my research. The results of this study are the following; 1. The concept of matchless is a positive way of self-expression by coordination, created by consumers who attach great importance to their image and to developing their individual style. Also, this concept constitutes a new approach to code which reanalyzes existing styles with a new sensitivity. 2. The social & cultural origins of matchless are the expansion of fear of war and terror, and economic depression, the extension of the 5-day workweek, interest in 'Well-being', and the phenomena of cultural diversity. 3. The types of Matchless are Style Matchless, Theme Matchless, Texture Matchless, Season Matchless, and Complex-Layered Matchless. 4. The distinguishing features of Matchless in street fashion are the distinction of formal & Casual wear's Matchless, the creation of a new Look in Sports & Casual wear's Matchless, the development of a new coordinated, layered look, the immense popularity of Denim, the new fashionable versions of Military style, and the renaissance of the Romantic Feminine Look.

The purpose of this study how 'Afro-American resistance' is showed up in the fashion trough the study of rapper's fashion present in singing rap music. Rap music produced by the influence of black music. It have been the tool of expression of pain and sorrow of their lives and included their resistant spirit. So rapper's fashion expressed resistance. at this point I categorized the resistant feature of rapper's fashion at two types in terms of the extent of expression. Their are active resistance fashion and passive resistance fashion. Also each fashion types was classified in terms of style, material, color, accessories and so forth. Active fashion is possible to classify these three styles as follows. The first one is Afrocentic style that was raised from longing for Africa. The second one is Military style which contains an ling-time enduring spirit of resistance against the society. The last one is Hiphop style that violated the typical rule of dressing under the hiphop style culture. these kinds of active resistance are also classified as material like blue Jean showing black workers' resistance, color like black showing off superiority of 'black' and red, gold and green color expressing black people's resistance, and other accessories like chains, cross and so on. Passive resistance fashion has several variations according to the style. There are Jazz style, Uniform style and Hiphop style. It is also categorized as high-tech materials, white color which is the expression of desire for white and luxurious accessories showing off wealth.

Unsupervised domain adaptation often gives impressive solutions to handle domain shift of data. Most of current approaches assume that unlabeled target data to train is abundant. This assumption is not always true in practices. To tackle this issue, we propose a general solution to solve the domain gap minimization problem without any target data. Our method consists of two regularization steps. The first step is a pixel regularization by arbitrary style transfer. Recently, some methods bring style transfer algorithms to domain adaptation and domain generalization process. They use style transfer algorithms to remove texture bias in source domain data. We also use style transfer algorithms for removing texture bias, but our method depends on neither domain adaptation nor domain generalization paradigm. The second regularization step is a feature regularization by feature alignment. Adding a feature alignment loss term to the model loss, the model learns domain invariant representation more efficiently. We evaluate our regularization methods from several experiments both on small dataset and large dataset. From the experiments, we show that our model can learn domain invariant representation as much as unsupervised domain adaptation methods.

This paper deals with the early history of the British civil engineers as a group in terms of where they originated from, how they emerged as a profession in the British society during the First Industrial Revolution, and when they began to be educated at the formal higher education institution. Eventually this paper intends to seek for something like a British style of civil engineering.

The style of war in the $21^{st}$ century became digitalized cooperative union tactic, which relies heavily on the system providing real time information. Critical information is provided during the war from sensing to shooting. Therefore, epochal development in observation, reconnaissance (ISR), commanding (C4I) and precision strike (PGM) are necessary. Application of ubiquitous computing and network technologies in national defense is necessary for carrying out with various types of wars in the $21^{st}$ century. Therefore, the author wants to research core technology sector that can be developed and applied in preparation of ubiquitous national defense era. Also plans for applying recent u-Defense technology to the military sector had been suggested. Particularly, the author have suggested plans for utilizing combined future information technologies such as ad-hoc network, RFID for the logistic supply in construction of u-Defense system. By utilizing these information technologies, combat power and strategic capabilities of the military can be enhanced greatly.
