동양의 전통적 환경인식과 환경관 (Thre Traditional Perception and Viewpoint to Natural Environment in the Orient)

  • In the orient, ancestor's perception to natural environment was related on the change of climate. Man had been a essence of the warm blood animal, which had suited in mild climate for living and acting. The weather of hot or cold was not only comfort in human life but influences negatively on human behavior. The most people of oriental was particularly interrelated to seasonal change of climate in earlier time. Because, there are elements such as temperature, humidity and wind in the category of climate, these elements differentiated seasonal change. The main methods of perception of natural environment were observed and classified. Although these methods were in the primitive stage, these coincided the tendency of modern science. For example, confucian was recognized the law of vertical air current that warm air rised and cold air sinked. And they could classify all elements nature based on the principles of 'Yin and Yang(陰陽論)' such as male and female, the sun and moon. shade and light etc. Thus results of the observation and the classification concerned with physical environment can be utilize a wisdom for progressive life of inhabitants. It was a origin of the education in natural environment. Commonness in the viewpoint of environment in the orient if recognized the law of circulation. Buddhism, originated in india, realized that all of phenomena in the world was changed slowly through the principles of cycle(輪廻說) such as male and female, the sun and moon, shade and light etc. Thus results of the observation and the classification concerned with physical environment can be utilized a wisdom for progressive life of inhabitants. The theory of karma effects(葉報設) is so signify with the good result that good one's action is reap a sweet fruit. The most environmental problem in today must realized as a consequence of men's act. Then Taoism emphasized the pure nature without the artificiality. Because complexual environment was composed of several elements, It was maintained through the artificiality. Because complexual environment was composed of several elements, It was maintained through the interaction of cause and effects. The solution of environmental problem is maintenanced the harmony between cause and effects by a philosophical concept.

비균질 Helmholtz 방정식을 이용한 변동 수심에서의 파랑변형 (Inhomogeneous Helmholtz equation for Water Waves on Variable Depth)

  • 변동 수심에서의 파랑변형을 비균질 Helmholtz 방정식을 이용하여 계산하였다. 포텐셜 함수가 존재한다고 가정하였으며, 변수분리를 적용하였다. 본 논문에서는 조화파만을 고려하였다. 포텐셜 함수로 구성된 지배방정식을 정수면에 직접 적용하였고, 변동 수심에 대한 비균질 Helmholtz 방정식을 얻었다. 파랑의 진폭과 위상차로 얻어진 복합 포텐셜 함수의 지배방정식을 실수형 변수로 된 두 방정식으로 분리하였다. 분리된 방정식들은 각각 1차와 2차 상미분 방정식이며, 이 방정식들을 단순한 형태의 중앙차분 수치기법을 이용하여 차분식으로 변형하였다. 측면 경계조건에서의 파랑의 진폭, 진폭경사, 그리고 위상경사를 경계면에 적용하여 전방진행방법으로 전 영역에서 해를 구하였다 Booij의 경사면 있는 저면의 경우와 Bragg의 물결모양이 있는 저면의 경우에 적용하였다. 본 연구로 도출된 비균질 Helmholtz 방정식은 완전 선형방정식 계산 결과, Massel의 수정 완경사 방정식, 그리고 Berkhoff의 완경사 방정식의 적용 결과와 비교하였으며, 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다.

생태전시관의 친환경 공간 이미지에 관한 연구 - 어휘평가를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Eco-Friendly Spatial Images of Ecological Museum - Focus on the Vocabulary Evaluation -)

  • After The Ramsar Convention took place in Korea in 2008, public interest in environment heightened, and the government has been allocating its budget for conserving our environment. Therefore, the present study focuses on eco-friendly spatial images particularly shown in ecological museums in Korea which recognizes the value of the environment and the ecology and tries to both protect them and alert people about it. The purpose of this study is proving what consist of eco-friendly spatial images by analyzing the expressive word of eco-friendly images and the image of space, providing a basic data for future space planning of ecological museums. To do this, the present study proceeds in three steps. First of all, the base of research in analyzing stage is firmly established by grasping general theories and terms regarding spatial image. As a second step, the composition and the characteristics of exhibition is clarified through on-spot investigation to provide comparative data for spatial image assessment in the future. Also through this step, we could understand how the exhibits are designed currently. In the last stage of research, expressive words regarding eco-friendly spatial images are extracted and used to analyze the spatial image of ecological museums. And the following three conclusions is deduced. First, the expressive words of eco-friendly spatial image that are extracted are as following: "healthy", "coexisting", "clean", "blending", "warm", "soft", "lively", "pure", "cool", "fresh ", "comfortable", "relaxed", "mild", "free", "harmonious", and "healing". As the second conclusion, color, and material, the formation which is an architectural factor did not have a great impact on forming eco-friendly image, but the color and the material did. The third conclusion was that the display with natural aspects actively utilized increased eco-friendly spatial image.

소경단목재(小輕短木材) 접목을 활용한 유니트 가변형 테이블디자인 연구개발 (The Study of the Changeable Table Design with Units that made of Wasted Wood)

  • This is the study about the New Formation Developement, the Changeable Table Design with Units that made of Wasted Wood to use restricted material rationally and to improve the space efficiency in the Table Design. We made some changeable table design with units that made of laminated wood wasted. And we found out the following formative characteristic and physical merits through this study. First, the space efficiency can be improve technically through the unit combination and organic transfomation of the specific form and a new method by laminated wood make the personal originality and the structral stability be built up. Second, there are some merits, moveable convenience and variable layout by the combination or transformation or personal fondness so that economical efficiency and variable of design can be improved. Third, we can remove original faults inside wood like a knot or not-uniform of wood organ when we laminate wood so that we use proper units that have original beauty of wood and can represent mild mood of furniture wholly. Fourth, much more strengthen tensile strength by the reciprocal action among the units that be made of laminated wood reduces wood's metamorphosis like bending or twisting so that the uniformity of wood can be gain and furniture's metamorphosis can be reduced. According to changes of nature environment, the difficulty of supply and demand for wood may be happen. According to changes of life style these days, supply and demand for environment friendly material, processing technique and developement of design to improve the efficiency of using space must be very important factor in morden furniture design. So we propose changeable furniture design by using new environment friendly meterial and processing method from this study.

뉴미디어를 활용한 특수 교육 국내 연구 동향 및 사회성 증진을 위한 상황이야기 콘텐츠 개발 (Domestic Research Trend on Special Education Exploiting New Media and Development of Storytelling Contents to Improve Sociality)

  • 디지털 기술의 발달로 교육 현장에서는 뉴미디어 기술을 활용한 교육방법론이 다각도로 제기되고 있다. 특수교육 현장에서도 마찬가지로 뉴미디어 기술을 활용한 효과적인 교육 방안이 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 특수교육 분야에서 뉴미디어 기술의 활용과 관련된 32개의 연구들을 주제 유형, 매체 유형, 교습 방식 유형에 따라 분류하여 분석하였다. 선행 연구 분석 결과, 실제 장애 아동의 교육 환경과 교수자에 대한 역할을 고려한 뉴미디어 중재 콘텐츠의 연구가 미진함을 확인하였다. 이 분석 결과에 따라 발달장애아동을 대상으로 한 상황이야기를 활용하여 사회성 성장을 기를 수 있도록 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 콘텐츠의 기본 구조는 그림책과 같은 이야기 진행 속에서 선택의 상황을 만들고 선택에 따라 다른 결과를 경험하게 한다. 경미한 자폐증을 가지고 있는 미취학 아동을 대상으로 파일럿테스트를 수행한 결과, 아이의 콘텐츠 자체에 대한 집중과 교육현장에서의 사용 용이성을 확인하였으며, 이를 통해 중재 콘텐츠로서의 활용 가능성을 기대할 수 있다.

Effect of Oxygen and Shear Stress on Molecular Weight of Hyaluronic Acid Produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus

  • Dissolved oxygen (DO) and shear stress have pronounced effects on hyaluronic acid (HA) production, yet various views persist about their effects on the molecular weight of HA. Accordingly, this study investigated the effects of DO and shear stress during HA fermentation. The results showed that both cell growth and HA synthesis were suppressed under anaerobic conditions, and the HA molecular mass was only $(1.22{\pm}0.02){\times}10^6 Da$. Under aerobic conditions, although the DO level produced no change in the biomass or HA yield, a high DO level favored the HA molecular mass, which reached a maximum value of $(2.19{\pm}0.05){\times}10^6 Da$ at 50% DO. Furthermore, a high shear stress delayed the rate of HA synthesis and decreased the HA molecular weight, yet had no clear effect on the HA yield. Therefore, a high DO concentration and mild shear environment would appear to be essential to enhance the HA molecular weight.

노인요양시설의 질 관리 활동에 영향을 주는 구조적 요인 분석 (Structural Factors Influencing the Quality Management Activities in Nursing Homes)

  • Purpose: Nursing home quality indicators have been focused widely on result outcomes, not for the environment in that quality of service are delivered, This study aimed to examine structural factors influencing quality management activities in nursing homes. Method: Sample was 170 nursing homes responded to the survey questionnaire which was distributed to the 543 nursing homes nation-wide, Data were collected on structural characteristics, types of services, and quality management activities, Data were analyzed with the descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, and multiple regression. Result: Most of the nursing homes were operated as free of charge by the social welfare ownership. Average number of residents was 52.1 with severe and mild dementia and bedridden status, In terms of quality management activities, 34% of the sample had CQI committee that focused their activities on services delivery process, performance appraisal, record keeping regularly. 30.6% of quality management activities were accounted for by the number of residents with dementia, the ratio of RN to residents, rehabilitation services, and social wefare services in nursing homes. Conclusion: We recommend that more comprehensive quality management activities should be developed as process quality indicators in conjunction with the outcome indicators.

융의 심리학적 이미지 해석을 통한 인테리어 테라피 사례연구 - 미국 Bravo TV 방송 프로그램에 나타난 주거공간 중심으로 - (A Study of Interior Therapy based on Psychological Image Interpretation by Carl Jung - Focusing on Residential Spaces of in the US -)

  • This study is to analyze a case of US Bravo TV program, Interior therapy with Jeff Lewies, based on analytical psychology by Carl Jung, to understand characteristics of interior therapy in psycho-therapeutic viewpoint. Case study among descriptive observation approaches was chosen as a study method while the study range was set as 8 episodes in 2012 and 8 episodes in 2013. As a result of study, future application of therapy to domestic interior design was suggested as 3 types the following; a) Paranoid and storage disorder type that pursues space design by horizontal elements with a sense of comfortable, starting from throwing things away, and suggests whiteness based on desire to be cleaned; b) Individual taste type starting from give and take between members and recognizing one another. e.g., aligning the U-shaped sofa and giving a sense of comfort by using the achromatic colors; and c) Workroom type involved with the face-to-face type of space design and arrangement of mild grey and brown colors. Finally, this study has its significance in suggesting the direction for new occupational clusters in the field of domestic space design (interior, architecture, environment design, etc.), which could be utilized as a basic data for training program development to foster interior therapy professionals.

Responses of an herbaceous community to wild boar (Sus scrofa coreanus Heude) disturbance in a Quercus mongolica forest at Mt. Jeombong, Korea

  • This research identified a disturbance regime caused by wild boar in a mature Quercus mongolica forest and analyzed the impact of this disturbance on the structure and distribution of herbaceous plants in Mt. Jeombong, Korea. We demonstrate that disturbance by wild boar was most frequent from winter to early spring, but also occurred year round. Areas which were frequently disturbed by wild boar included the mountain ridge, the mild slope on the north face, and sites with high concentration of Erythronium japonicum. The disturbance cycle by the wild boar in this region was estimated at approximately 2.8 years. The wild boar's reduced the community's species diversity and herbaceous coverage, and increased its evenness. This disturbance reduced the coverage of spring ephemeral; Veratrum nigrum var. ussuriense, Symplocarpus niponnicus, Anemone koraiensis and Corydalis turtschaninovii were particularly sensitive. In addition, summer green herbaceous plants such as Astilbe chinensis, Ainsliaea acerifolia, Meehania urticifolia, and Pimpinella brachycarpa were sensitive to the wild boar's. It was found that wild boar ate E. japonicum most selectively of all plants in this investigation area. In conclusion, together with micro-topography, wind, formation of gaps of a forest and rearrangement of litter layer, wild boar's disturbance is an important factor influencing the dynamic changes of an herbaceous community in a mature temperate hardwood forest.

보혈안신탕(補血安神湯), 가미보혈안신탕(加味補血安神湯)의 항(抗) stress효과(效果)에 관(關)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

  • Human and animals are living by acclimation to environmental changes like high and cold temperature, nose, confinement, etc. If the above changes reach a defined levels, some physiological abnormal state could appear, which we call them as stress state. Catecholamines are excreted by the sympathetic-adrenomedullary system in free from in urine. Catecholamines are derived from the adrenal medulla and urinary epinephrine can be taken as a rough estemation of the activity of this gland. Many scientist reported the endocrinological change, excretion of catecholamine and its metabolites, stomach ulcer formation, etc. under the condition of the confinement and high temperature. In this study author gave restraint, electric shock and immersion stress to rats by administrating by HPLC and got the following results. 1. In the restriant experiment, epinephrine contents in control rat was 194.7 ng, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine 198.9 ng of epinephrine was found. 2. In the electrical shock experiment, 199.5 ng of epinephrine was found in the control rat urine, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine epinephrine content was 142.4 ng. 3. Dopamine contents in control rat urine the immersion environment was 118.9 ng, but in Bohyulanshintang administered rat urine only 55.2 ng of dopamine was found. 4. Incontrol rat stomach there appeared focal erosion and inflamatory exudate, but in experimental group these symptom were turned to mild condition.
