독립형 태양광 발전 시스템 충전제어기 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Charging Controller in Stand-Alone PV Power Generation System)

  • This paper describes microprocessor-based control of photovoltaic power conditioning system. where the microprocessor is responsible for control of output power in accordance with the generated array DC power. The microprocessor includes the control algorithm of maximum power point tracking and converter control algorithm. In this power, we have designed a MPPT(Maximum Power Point Tracker) algorithm with environment factors and a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) algorithm for high efficiency. The controller has been tested in the laboratory with the power conditioner and shows excellent performance.

  • This paper describes the three-phase inverter system for 1/2[HP] induction servo motor, using TMS370C050 single-chip microprocessor. The Power MOSFETs are used for PWM inverter circuit because of the advantages such as less harmonic losses and smaller peak current, less torque ripples and noises. Single-chip microprocessor enables the whole controller to be simple and reduced size as well as to more stable and flexible. The basic structures are shown for the power circuit, including the protection and driving circuitry, and the control loops for inverter control functions. The experimental results are given for the prototype PWM inverter system.

  • This paper proposes the microprocessor-based step-up chopper system used for the battery charge from the photovoltaic arrays. The proposed scheme tracks the maximum power point by analyzing the voltage and power phasors which vary as the solar irradiation quantity. In this system, protection for the overcharge and overdischarge in also provided.

  • This paper presents the result of driving performance analysis of PMSM type AC servo motor based on control system using a microprocessor. The experiment using the microprocessor is tested with a 120[v], 200[w] PMSM type AC servo motor. The PWM signal generated in the microprocessor for the servo motor voltage is chapped by power transistor modules to change the AC servo motor speed. The torque of the AC servo motor with a permanent magnet can be easily controlled over a wide range by changing the AC servo motor current.

  • This paper describes a new pulse width modulation (PWM) scheme suitable for microprocessor-based PWM inverters. Optimal switching patterns minimizing the performance index corresponding to the distortion factor are decided in real time by numerical calculation using the microprocessor-implemented control system. This PWM method is compared with conventional methods, such as the natural PWM and the direct PWM. Harmonic analysis using digital simulations shows that the proposed PWM scheme has much less low-order harmonics than the other methods. The validity of this method is verified in experiments using a microprocessor-based control system, where a 16-bit single-chip microcontroller, Intel 80c196kc is used.

  • The DC motor has the strong characteristics in the speed response, the system parameter variations and the external influence and is used as the speed controller with its good starting torque in the distributing industry. However development of the Microprocessor which is for high speed switching program can make better control system. This paper introduce to design of the high-effective DC motor controller that is using Software Bang-Bang Program of Fuzzy algorithm and to verify a PI controller and a Fuzzy controller.

  • 세계적으로 헬스케어 산업의 발전 가능성은 눈에 띄게 증가하고 있다. 그 중에서도 환자 혹은 각종 디바이스 사용자의 생체신호를 다루는 기술은 다양한 중요정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 심전도의 미세한 생체 전위를 측정하기 위해 각종 필터와 증폭기를 이용하여 회로를 설계하고 이를 Cortex-M3 Microprocessor와 MATLAB 프로그램을 이용하여 필터링과 데이터통신을 통해 최종적으로 실시간으로 모니터링 하였다. 일반적으로 임상이나 진단에 이용되는 ECG 신호는 각종 심장질환의 지표로 사용되지만 전문적인 지식을 갖추지 않은 일반 사용자가 사용하기에는 어려운 점이 없지 않아 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 생체신호를 다루는 다양한 분야에서 용이할 수 있다.

  • The architecture of microprocessor for a embedded system should be one that can perform more tasks with fewer instruction codes. The machine codes that high-level language compiler produces are mainly composed of specific ones, and codes that have small size are more frequently used. Extended Instruction Set Architecture (EISC) was proposed for that reason. We have designed pipe-line system for 64 bit EISC microprocessor. function level simulator was made for verification of design and instruction set architecture was also verified by that simulator. The behavioral function of synthesized logic was verified by comparison with the results of cycle-based simulator.

  • This paper utilizes an optimal control law for the accurate tracking servo system design. The devivation of a simple control law implementing microprocessor is made to minimize position and speed error of the controller. The 16 bit microprocessor receives command angular position and calculate the control algorithm for accurate tracking and provides control system gain scheduling to achieve very short settling time. Simulation results and some experimental results of the position controlled tracking using 4.5Kw DC servo motor are shown.

DEVELOPMENT OF RPS TRIP LOGIC BASED ON PLD TECHNOLOGY

  • The majority of instrumentation and control (I&C) systems in today's nuclear power plants (NPPs) are based on analog technology. Thus, most existing I&C systems now face obsolescence problems. Existing NPPs have difficulty in repairing and replacing devices and boards during maintenance because manufacturers no longer produce the analog devices and boards used in the implemented I&C systems. Therefore, existing NPPs are replacing the obsolete analog I&C systems with advanced digital systems. New NPPs are also adopting digital I&C systems because the economic efficiencies and usability of the systems are higher than the analog I&C systems. Digital I&C systems are based on two technologies: a microprocessor based system in which software programs manage the required functions and a programmable logic device (PLD) based system in which programmable logic devices, such as field programmable gate arrays, manage the required functions. PLD based systems provide higher levels of performance compared with microprocessor based systems because PLD systems can process the data in parallel while microprocessor based systems process the data sequentially. In this research, a bistable trip logic in a reactor protection system (RPS) was developed using very high speed integrated circuits hardware description language (VHDL), which is a hardware description language used in electronic design to describe the behavior of the digital system. Functional verifications were also performed in order to verify that the bistable trip logic was designed correctly and satisfied the required specifications. For the functional verification, a random testing technique was adopted to generate test inputs for the bistable trip logic.
